I ordered one color in 7M and another in 7W, and of course liked the feeling of the W better but the color of the M better, so shipping them back and trying again. There is so much cushion in these, I love it. Super squishy. Only had them on for a second so can't speak to all day comfort, but I am very optimistic. The While I love the easy returns (I have now purchased and returned 9 pairs of shoes in the past week, searching for the perfect nude pump), I will say sometimes Zappos seems to be more accepting of return merchandise than they should reasonably expect the next customer to be. One of the pairs I received was significantly scuffed on the toe, the ball, and the inside of the heel. Either it got worn A LOT before it was returned by the last person, or this shoe scuffs at the slightest breeze -- either way, it was not in "new shoe" shape and I would have had to send it back as damaged if I hadn't already been sending it back due to fit.

The 6.5W was too tight for me so I returned it for a 7W which seemed fine but I found that the low heel height was a bit too low for me. The Rockport's cushioning is the best so I will be checking out other shoes in their line.

Do not order down a size. I learned the hard way after reading everyone’s comments! Seems like good quality compared to most heels! Im a true 9 and my feet were cramped in the 8 1/2.

Great looking shoe! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to wear them because they were so tight when I first tried them on. Returned for a larger size.

First I should say I never wear heels and usually go for brands that are known for comfort over style...but I really wanted a pair of heels for a night out so I went on the hunt. Theses shoes do have a decent cushion in the foot bed. The heel is a comfortable height for someone who never wears heels. They show the tiniest bit of toe cleavage on me and seem to be wide cut near the front of the foot which flatters a larger foot (not saying they are wide width--just the look). For a comfort shoe they seem attractive. For the price I think they are a good deal but l I'm returning them because the website suggested going down a size. I completely disagree. I ordered them in a 9 and two other brands in similar styles in my usual 9.5. These were definitely shorter. I am going to try ordering them in my actual size...and bonus that they are on sale now :D

Wonderful neutral shoe color, especially that it's not patent leather, which is so prevalent on the market. A nice style, comfortable heel and good interior padding. Just what I was looking for, but the shoe box runs a bit short, unfortunately cramping the toes. Maybe a half size larger would help.

I was looking for a pump in a neutral shade, comfortable to wear. It seemed comfortable but since it was ~1/2 size too small I couldn't fully sense it. I really liked th shoe but must return it.

Based on the reviews of this shoe I ordered a half size smaller. The shoe was so tight I could barely get my foot in. I think it would be comfortable since I like the padding on the footbed. Recommend ordering your true size, don't go a half size smaller.

My toes feel a little squishy, but I think that’s the nature of a pointy toe... and I know getting a size bigger would fall off my feet! Other than that, really comfy and they look great. The only odd thing is that the back of the shoes looked kind of worn out.... like the sewing stretched the leather thin. Kind of strange, but not a dealbreaker.... unless it spreads to the rest of the shoe!

These are nice and comfortable feeling shoes. Seem true to size. I can’t comment on their longevity because I returned them, but my return was not related to fit/comfort. I returned them because the color was much more beige/taupe in person and I was hoping for something more orange/peach. Also after trying them on I decided that I’d prefer a slightly higher heel.

RUNS SMALL! I am a size 9. I've just had to return a 9.5 because it is still incredibly tight. I am exchanging it for a 10 because I love the look of the heel and the inside is incredibly well cushioned. There is a lot of potential for this to be a great everyday heel once I can get the size dialed in.

I usually wear a size 10.5-11, and my toebox is wide-ish and my heel is narrow-ish. I ordered a size 10M (as that was my only option), and it was extremely tight everywhere. I can usually squeeze into a size 10 and have it be tight, but this was BEYOND that. I would encourage you to order a half to a full size bigger than you usually wear. If I ignore the size issue, the shoe felt like a cloud! It felt very dreamy and comfortable. I ordered the bone metallic color, which I was hoping was going to be white with just a hint of subtle metallic... but no. It reads "gold" to me.

I ordered a half size smaller, according to other reviews, but it was a little snug. Soft leather, nice heel height, seems like the right size would be comfortable, but I just didn't care for the shape of the shoe.

I have high arches, and was unable to get any midsole contact or arch support from these. Lots of squish inside makes standing in them pretty comfortable, though it's important to note that the insole fabric is smooth so slippage may be a problem if this shoe is too large or is higher than this 2" heel. I ordered my "true size" despite the manufacturer's recommendation to size down because this shoe runs large... and my "true size" was STILL too small throughout the entire shoe, especially the toebox. I usually wear a 7 1/2, and I think an 8 in this shoe would probably fit.

Very comfortable with stylish lines. I did not find the shoe to be too large at my normal size.

Loved the look of this shoe, but the 8.5 was too short, and the 9 was too wide for my heel...I just slipped right out and almost fell. Thanks for the great customer service, Zappos, but these both have to come back.

These shoes are very pointy at the toe, much more than I expected from the picture. I have only tried them on and walked my kitchen so far. I think the toe will pinch, the foot bed feels very comfortable and the heel will be a good fit for me. I plan to wear them to work in the fall, a night out for a wedding party and to two weddings in October. I'll check back with another review after some wear. I am normally an 8W and that is what I ordered, feels true to size.

Beautiful shoe, but too narrow, a touch too long and pointier then I thought it would be

This was a replacement for a smaller size in the taupe calf. I ordered in my usual size and they fit perfectly. However, there are visible scuffs on both shoes where the shoe dye has been scuffed off and you just see white instead. There are scuffs on the side and on the back of the shoe where you can get scuffs when you drive and the back of the shoe is on the floor. I have never had this experience before. The soles of the shoes and the inside of the shoes look pristine, and then there are all these scuffs! So back this pair goes as well. I'm a little concerned about what this says about the quality/durability of the shoe dye. I didn't see scuffs on the pair that I returned yesterday, so will try one more time in the same size.

Bought this shoe in warm taupe calf. Color looks great, style of shoe is great, heel is perfect. However, because the product description said the manufacturer recommends buying a half size down, I sized down a half size from my usual size in Rockport heels. The shoes were much too snug. So at least in my case, I think they run true to size, and am reordering in my usual size. Suggest if you want to order these, order both your regular size and a half size smaller, and then return one.

I ordered my regular size, 11, that fits me in almost every other shoe on the market. But these were too short and Pinchy at the toes. The warm taupe color was nice, on the darker side of taupe shoes and maybe a little too dark for my fair skin. There was also a weird bump in the side of one of the shoes between the lining and the outside leather â?? as if there was something caught between the two.

I really love the color and the foot bed has nice cushioning and even a little arch support. However, had to return because even though I ordered the wide, they still seem tight in the toes especially in the bunion area.

So incredibly comfortable (like the most comfortable pumps I've worn), but the warm taupe has a weird dark pink tone to it. My search for the perfect nude pump continues.....

Very comfortable shoes. Lots of padding, not just on the bottom but also all around the toebox. Much more plush than everything else I've tried on. Got them in a 7.5W, which is about a half a size larger than I would normally get. I had to add heel grips to prevent them from slipping off, but I've yet to meet a pair of wide width shoes that are not too wide for me in the heel, and these were less bad than most. The wide width is quite deep, in addition to being wider, so they look a touch loose on my wide but not plump feet, but I can live with that in exchange for comfortable toes even after walking a couple of miles and spending a whole day at work. They are not the most drop dead gorgeous shoes, but they are perfectly nice and professional looking.
