I ordered three pairs of black heels, looking for something comfortable on my bunion. These were the most expensive but #2 in terms of comfort (I preferred Lifestride Parigi). These are good-looking, flexible, basic black heels. Not bad on the bunion, I just wanted a little more comfort. I did think these were more comfortable than Clarks Linvale Jerica.

These fit very well but the suede already looked worn out in a lot of areas, so I was concerned about the quality of the suede. Perhaps it was just the pair that was sent to me. Very comfortable pumps though!

The shoe was so pretty, but the toe Box was too narrow. So sad.

The look of this shoes was exactly what I was going for; alas, looks did not translate to comfort for me. I wear a wide to fit my forefoot. This shoe is not nearly as wide as two other brands I have in the same size in a similar style which I wear for work and work travel multiple times a week. The comfort padding in this shoe becomes a torture spot for me. I find this true with all 3 different styles of Rockwell I have purchased in the last year. The stitching and minute free edge of the comfort padding rub the bottoms of my feet raw every time I wear them through continual friction. I wore these in an airport last week and the padding shredded my socklet and then skin. It was not pretty. Not a fan of these shoes. Perhaps people with less tender feet won't be bothered.

I wish I had not listened to the reviews recommending going down a size. In my experience these shoes, while appearing really comfortable, are true to size. I look forward to getting the larger size.

I have wide feet with a bunion and fallen arches. I was afraid these pumps would have too narrow a toe but they were fine for me. I ordered my normal size (10W) and they were plenty roomy without falling off my foot. I wore these to a wedding and had no problem walking, standing, and dancing for around 6 hours. I would not wear these every day, but they are a lot more comfortable than most pumps, and when you have to dress formally, these fit the bill. My sister, who is a little-footed fashionista, complimented me on these shoes.

My feet truly are a 9 narrow, but I usually wear 8.5 or 9 medium, since most shoes do not come in narrow. This shoe does come in 9 narrow, and I found it fit very well. The shoe is comfortable and well-made, adequately attractive for my purposes, and a good value. I would order additional colors.

I bought these shoes in blue suede last year and love them. So,I knew I should get them in this color. The leather is soft. The cushioning inside is wonderful for my arthritic feet. The right shoe seemed to rub on the outside a little, but I think they will be fine. I look forward to wearing them.

I like the look of the shoe. I usually wear a 9 1/2 W. These shoes are too pointed and squeezed my toes even though I ordered the shoe in a wide. Plus, they must run big - could not keep the shoe on my foot. So disappointed.

I have other Rockports where I'm a 9. In these, even the 8 is a little too big. So I don't know if the others run small or these run big.

Comfortable and stylish!

Size/Fit was great - super comfortable and good heel height. They are more almond toe than pointy toe and I just prefer the longer toe box (lengthen that leg!) so that + the super shiny patent made me send them back. But if you're looking for comfort and like an almond toe snap these up!

This shoe is lovely for medium wide feet. It’s soft and elegant looking. I tried the 5.5 and 6 in medium widths. My feet are narrow so I had no luck with these. The 5.5 was too tight and the 6 was too long and wide. I tried the 6M with a full thick insole but I still could fit my index finger in the gap in the rear of the shoe. Another gorgeous shoe I couldn’t wear- Zappos is the best and I truly appreciate the free return process. So frustrating when the perfect shoe you want and like does not fit.

I had ordered these in my usual size of 8N and had to exchange them for 8.5N. The 8.5 fits good; a little tight through the toe box but I think that will improve as I wear them. I like the height of the heel and they look good. Great for work.

The 8.5 and the 9 wide both run really large. Some reviews have said they run small, but not my experience. I couldn't keep the 8.5 on my feet, I kept stepping out of them (I'm usually an 8.5 or 8)

Cute shoe, I'm going to keep them because they're extremely comfortable. I do think they run a little narrow (as many pointy shoes do). I'm normally a regular 8.5 but ordered these in a size 9 as well as a 8.5 wide after reading reviews. Ended up sticking with the 8.5 wide, and honestly I think I could have gone with a 8 wide instead...the shoe itself is not small, just the narrow toebox. I ordered the petal suede and was surprised to see it is a distinctive rose-mauve color rather than the taupe I had expected...however still pretty so I'm keeping them.

I like the style alot & love the black suede. I ordered my normal 10 medium, but had to send back as too tight across the bunion area. I reordered a 10 1/2 & 11 & the 10 1/2 worked fine. I think the pointed toe cuts the shoe size down so I think it best to order up a 1/2 size. That workd best for me!

I really like this shoe. I needed a new pair of black pumps for work, and these fit the bill. They look great and best of all they are COMFORTABLE! I liked them so much I just bought another pair in taupe. My only complaint is that I listened to the recommendation to size down, and bought a 7 1/2 at first. They were too small, and I had to return them for an 8, which fit perfectly. So take that recommendation with a grain of salt!

These Rockport Total Motion pumps have great cushioning (gel padding) built into the forefoot, arch, and heal areas on the inside of the shoe. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the gel cushioning was in a pump. That makes them more comfortable than most heals. However, they seem to run at least 1/2 size small in the length. I'm normally a size 9.5 and can sometimes were a size 9. However, these I would need at least a size 10. My feet are average width and the width seemed ok. I had to return them due to being too small. Otherwise, I would have kept them.

Best fit of several shoes. As I'm in between sizes, it is difficult to find the right fit for a heel. This one was fairly comfortable. The nude color was slightly browner than others, but still beige. Overall, good value.

I wear a size 10AA and these were still way too wide and did not give my foot the support it needed.

Nice-looking basic pump for work. I’m kind of between a medium and wide width and these fit nicely, other than my toes feel a tiny bit squished, but I’m also not used to wearing pointy shoes. I mostly wear Dansko, Earth, and Taos for the arch support because of knee problems, but these pumps were fine for a regular office day and did not bother my knee. I’ve really been wanting to find a pair of pumps so I’m not always in clunky Danskos, so I’m happy to have found an alternative that is comfortable enough. Am planning to buy a second pair in a different color.
