Like the cut of the shoe. There is adequate padding on the footbed. The heels can slip so scratch up the plastic with an emory board before wearing.

I normally wear a Size 10 and I felt like these were too short on me and weren't super comfortable. They are cut lower around the toe area than some pumps. Heel height is good and feels stable. I returned for something else. Both the humus and black are good colors.

I have wide feet and narrow ankles, I got these in my usual size 7 wide. However because the toe is pointed my wide feet were pinched. It’s not the shoes fault, the style just doesn’t suit my feet. The comfort of the shoe was just as you would expect in a Rockport, the padding was comfortable & flexible. The leather was soft and these did not slip off my narrow ankles, which is rare in a pump! I wish I could keep these, because with the heel height they are perfect for wearing a full day in the office without achy feet. Sadly, I have to return them.

This shoe is super comfy, heel height not too tall, easy to walk in, good cushion and a moderate point to the toe that looks nice. However, it seems to run a size or half a size too big lengthwise. I’m normally a size 6W and while the width was great, a 5.5W would probably work way better, if it exists. I have a really weird shaped foot, short in length and wider than average, so it’s like a duck foot and hard to find comfortable dress shoes. For this show, even adding heel grips wouldn’t have been enough, the gap was way too big. Unfortunately having to send them back, other than the length these were close to working out great.

Give them a 4, but unfortunately they are too tight across the toes for me. My toes are relatively close to the same length (Flintstone feet) so much as I wanted to keep them, they just weren't comfortable at the toe. Otherwise, they were great.

Bad advice, don't ordera half size down. The shoes will be too small. They were perfect except for the advice to order a smaller size.

The arch support and padding were fine, but they felt a full size too small. They're well made and very nice looking shoes though.

I put no arch support b/c I have very high arches- so for me I'm still putting a lot of pressure on my heel. However, love the heel height and should be fine for a wedding. Pretty shoes but the 9.5's looked like they've been worn. Check the bottoms before reshipping. Glad the 10 N fit perfectly. Go Narrow if you have shoes that fall off the back.

I think I would have been better off with a wide width... though I don't think these come in wide. The forefoot area is a bit too snug to comfortably accommodate my bunions! But they are ok for a few hours at a time; wouldn't want to wear them all day...the struggle is real with my funky feet!

I like the soft leather & overall appearance of the pump. The heels are a reasonable height for me. I haven't worn them out of the house yet as they do seem to need a bit of breaking in for the leather to stretch & conform to my feet.

i originally ordered 1/2 size smaller, that was recommended on the website. they were too small and I had to reorder in my usual size.

I am almost always a regular size 10. This shoe was definitely too small. But it was REALLY pretty on my foot (for the few seconds at a time I could wear it). I think a half size bigger would have worked, but I haven't checked yet to see if there are half sizes above size 10 - there usually aren't. an 11 has never, ever fit me in any shoe, so I think an 11 would be too big.

This was a very nice looking shoe. The material is very rich looking and the construction feels solid & expensive. I normally wear a 9 in most shoes and an 8 1/2 in dressy shoes. The 8 1/2 in this shoe was definitely too long, however. A shame since they were fabulous in every other way.

Really wanted these shoes to work! Bunions have changed my ability to wear pointy toes forever. A 6m slides off my heel so I tried this 51/2 wide hoping that would give more space in the toe box. But they are too short sadly. But a great quality shoe!

I was surprised by the pointy toe when I received it. I must not have looked at the picture carefully enough. I think it is probably due to the pointed toe but it was so tight I could not wear it at all. If you really want this style, try a bigger size and a wider one than usual.

A true narrow. I’m usually an 8N, and these fit well out of the box. I could have worn the 7.5N, but kept the 8 because of the pointy toe. After wearing, they stetched a bit and I now wish I had kept the 7.5. I’ll put pads in and they should be ok. Lots of cushion for a heeled pump, heel height is very comfortable.
