This is the most comfortable pump I've ever had, and I don't generally wear heels - even low heels - because they just aren't comfortable. I had been searching for a pair I could tolerate on those occasions when nothing else will do! I generally wear a size 7M or 7 1/2M and avoid dress shoes. This shoe is somewhat stylish with its pointy toe. I decided to order a 7W for the extra width across my bunions, and it fits pretty well. The leather is extremely soft and the inside of the shoe is well-padded for comfort! There is a non-slip sole and a short, sturdy heal. This is a win for me. I wore them for about 3 hours right out of the box and was reasonably comfortable.

After ordering, trying on then ultimately returning many, many pairs of shoes these Rockport Total Motion Kalila pumps arrived and have finally resolved my endless search for the perfect shoe to be worn for my son's upcoming wedding. Comfortable, classic shoe (I ordered half a size up as they're pointed)that does not put your feet to sleep after an hour's wear. I've worn these for extended periods in my house for the past two days and have no complaints whatsoever. I don't have bunions or anything like that, but after teaching for 24 years in 4" heels, once I stopped and started living in casual shoes, my arches fell, I developed plantar fasciitis (which has since resolved) and my feet just don't like being squished AT ALL. These are exactly what I needed and will continue to wear them daily leading up to the big day in October. Again, Zappos, thank you for your unending patience and understanding.

The manufacturer suggestion was to order a half size smaller because the shoe ran large, what a mistake taking that advice!

I bought this pair of shoes for a job interview. I did not have high expectations, I just wanted a shoe that looked the part. This shoe did not look cheap, didn't have too high a heel and looked professional. I followed the reviewers recommendations and got a 9.5, as I am usually a 10. It fit a little snug at first, but it did not slip off my narrow heel. Surprisingly, this shoe is really comfortable when standing and walking, too. It almost feels like I am wearing flats. I hope I am this lucky in my job hunt!

The Rockport Kalila Pump is cut pretty wide. I usually were at least a C width (sometimes D), and medium width fit my foot almost perfectly (still a little tight on my left foot, but that should relax after a few wears). This shoe is very comfortable, with great soft padding inside. The sole is totally flexible, so it's very easy to wear. And it doesn't look like a "comfortable shoe". I'm giving 5 stars for comfort and overall, but they are cut pretty wide, which will affect how you should size.

These shoes are super comfy and I love the style. I ordered down a 1/2 size as per instructions but needed my regular size. Both pairs have had scuffing at back of heel. Not sure why. I may return as this is a lot of money to spend on shoes that arrive damaged.

These shoes have a pad at the ball of the foot and that makes them very comfortable for a long evening or day of standing on your feet. The only thing that was annoying and had nothing to do with the shoes was they sent me two lefts. I ended up having to wear another pair I ordered, so these $120 shoes ended up costing we $260 because I had to wear the other pair. Zappos customer service said that happens sometimes. It really annoyed me.

One Zappos reviewer said that she bought the wide shoe to accommodate her bunions, so I ordered an 8.5 and an 8 wide, and an 8.5 medium to test. My usual size is 8.5. Although some suggested to size down, a size 8 wide was too small. The 8.5 wide won. This is the first time I went with a wide shoe, but I could not deny that the front of my feet were far happier. This is the only kitten heel I have found at Zappos so far that does not cut into my bunion, and it is still very fashionable. I am so happy. Hoping it will come out in more colors.

Perfect work shoe. I previously left a positive review for the Rockport 7 to 7. This show exceeds that shoe by surpassing it in style. It is comfortable yet looks dressy enough to wear with Chanel dresses and suits in NYC. I also wear Sarah Flint heels but these are way more comfortable. It’s Rockport. My dad used to wear Rockport. Who woulda thunk?!!

This is the first shoe I have ever left a review on! As someone who wears office dress 5 days a week, I need a dress shoe that is comfortable, versatile, and stylish. This show has all three! I love the arch support, ball of foot support, and the rubberized sole. The shoe runs large, so while I normally wear a 7.5 narrow, I ordered a 7 narrow and it's about perfect (my right heel still slips a little, but my left heel is great). I walk about a mile to and from the bus stop every day (I'm in Los Angeles) and I wore these heels for the very first time walking the mile from office to bus-stop. A bold move, but I had faith! No restriction to my gait, no blisters, no slippage! Wonderful, wonderful shoe.

The clean-line styling of these shoes makes them versatile as they work with a variety of clothing styles. While the cushioning and arch support are good, these features take up a lot of room in the shoe's interior - making the shoe run narrow and short as a result. I'd recommend ordering up 1/2 size and/or trying a wider width. If you can find a size/width combo that works for you, these are a good value.

I needed a pair of navy heels for an event, searched and searched, finally chose this pair and I'm so glad I did. I am totally a flat shoe person; Ok, frumpy shoe person, and a klutz to boot, so I approach any heels with some trepidation. These shoes have gel inserts to pad the ball of your foot, and another thick pad under your arch. The sole is not slippery leather, but rubber, which sounds like it wouldn’t be stylish, but it works. The heel is solid so I don’t feel wobbly. And they don’t kill my feet. I also found the suggestion to buy a half size down to be helpful.

This is the best work pump I've ever owned. I could run a marathon in these heels. The insoles are like sneakers. The heel cup has a suede lining, so the shoe grips your heel. There is at least a 1/4" of padding throughout the shoe. The leather on the outside is a nice quality leather, and when mine do start to scuff (because I wear them so much), I use some polish and they look like new. I own a pair in black, navy, and now nude. I am a Rockport convert. As a young professional in my 20's, I can honestly say that stylish but comfortable pumps are hard to find, but these check all the boxes.

They are lovely and fit perfectly but unfortunately they arrived badly and noticeably damaged. I’d keep them otherwise. Photos are all of the same shoe

I loved these shoes seeing them on line and love them ,more on my feet. The size and width are true to size. Arch support is excellent and the shoe feels so comfortable-I could wear them for hours and not have arch pain. The style is classic, the quality excellent.I will have these for a very long time and always be in style.

These nude pumps are fantastic! Classy kitten heels that are really comfortable. These are slightly big in my regular size of 9.5 but definitely would not size down. The wide width is just right.

Being older and arthritic, I ordered what I thought to be a smarter dress heel. The shoes are, indeed, attractive in a “mature” kind of way but they DEFINITELY run SMALL. The width is comfortable but my toes feel a bit cramped. Overall, they are nice but order a half, to a whole size up.

Because of the pointed toe, my usual size (5.5) felt tight and I had an exchange for a 6. The process was smooth and fast and I just got the replacement today. This time they are comfortable, well cushioned and the size 6 feels right. My complaint and reason I took 2 stars off is that the back (and front) of the shoes have some discoloration, almost as if they have been used for a while. I already had them exchanged once, waited longer than expected and need them right now so I will keep them. But not entirely happy...

Classic style and comfortable, but, as others have stated in reviews, the Taupe pumps arrived with discoloration. Decided to return and go with a different shoe.

It took a few tries to get the right size and the right shoe in this style which I liked very much from the outset. I originally purchased Rockport pumps in my normal size 10 Wide and they were way too big and I literally walked out of them. Sometimes I require a 9-1/2, especially when I can get a wide width shoe but even here, the shoe was just too long and I was walking out of those too. I finally went for size 9W and this size fit perfectly. Rockport Pumps as a rule are on the long side, so order one size down and get a wide width if your toes feel at all crammed in the toe box. Also, the first 9W pair I ordered were obviously a returned pair and the suede had been scuffed. I returned that pair and persistence paid off. The new pair I received were clearly new and looked much better and even fit a little better than the first pair. So a struggle to find the perfect kitten heel black suede pump finally paid off and now I have exactly the shoe I was looking for. Pumps are never going to be the most comfortable shoes in your closet but these are pretty comfortable given the style that they are.

This is a stylish but comfortable low-heeled pump. Makes me feel very feminine without the discomfort! I bought it in two colors-- black calf leather and warm taupe. I think I will soon get the black patent too. Thank Rockport --don't stop making this shoe.

Classy and comfortable!

I love this shoe but due to a bunion on my left foot I'm having a hard time finding the size that fits best. I tried an 8 W, 8 1/2 M and an 8 1/2 W. My normal size is 8 1/2 M - if I didn't have the bunion. The 8 1/2 M fits my right foot the best. The 8 1/2 W seemed longer than the M, so it slips on my heel. It probably isn't longer but due to the wide width my toes slide forward more. The 8 W felt too short. This is a very pretty shoe, has a great heel height, dressy but still comfortable to walk in. It seems very well made and is genuine leather.
