def not true to size! At least a whole size small. Will try a size up.

Shoe was cheap looking; felt like glorified slipper. Not what I expected with the name "pump."

These shoes were too big and too wide.

Very cute shoe but was disappointed that the shoe box listed the size as: US size 10/EU size 41.5 The European equivelant of a size 10 is 42. These shoes were too small and size 10.5 isn't available.

This is a cute shoe, but it is too small. I normally wear an 8 in Clarks, but ordered a 9 in this shoe based on other reviews. It is still too small! Another similar Clarks shoe that I bought elsewhere was too large in an 8 1/2. What has happened to Clark's product control that their sizes vary so much now? I am hesitant to order moare.

Really wanted to like these. Very cute but they have a textured insole that i know will cause me blisters on a hot day. Back they go. Comfy and would take but for that

I love the look of this shoe. Butit runs super small - I wear a 9.5-10 and it took a size 11 for my toes to not touch the front of the shoe. But I ultimately had to return it because the top of the shoe is super tight and dug into my foot. An unfortunate design fail.

The shoe is too short for a size10 and I had to return it. Size 11 too big. They need to provide a 10.5 size. I am returning the size 11 shoes. Such a shame - really cute shoes.

I bought these in my usual size and they were too small. I ordered them in the next size up and they were even smaller! They would be super comfortable if they fit properly.

These run small and are rough against the skin.

Loved the look of these shoes and knew they would be a great pair to wear with anything this summer. I've had Clark shoes in the past and love the way they fit. I wear a wide shoe, so I ordered a 9.5 W. They were TIGHT across the top of the foot after wearing them an hour or so. Unfortunately, since I've worn these, I'm unable to return for a different size.

Ordered 10W which usually fits me in almost all brands. These were incredibly tight across the widest part of the shoe. I could not even get them on my foot fully. I was shocked. The shoes are on the way back!

Runs small. I love the shoes but had to return them.

The downside: this shoe is more like a house slipper. It runs a bit wide with no support at all and it barely comes up around your foot (the sides are very low). I agree that the toe box is narrow while the rest is wide. The upside: it slips off and on easily and is cute (though still looks like a slipper). Why it is called a pump? It is very flat. I'm sending it back and keeping a Clarks Asney Slip-on.

I thought these would be comfortable, but the zigzag stitching across the top of the shoe rubbed and scraped my skin. Back they go!

Clarks, including Privo, used to fit me (size 12). Sad to find these are so small.

Even as a wide I could not get my foot into this shoe. Disappointed because I like the support of a Clark.

These run much smaller than every previous Clarks shoe I own. What is going on with this brand lately?

Just received these and while they are adorable they are way too small...should have listened to the previous reviews. Only gave it 2 stars since they are too small. Used to always buy the privot shoes cause they were so comfortable and fit great -- too bad Clarks is cutting corners on them.

This shoe is very cute and would be very comfortable also but they are too short. Hurts my toes if worn for more than a few minutes. If ordering, order a size up.

Worst shoe I bought from Clark. No cushion feeling. it's hard as regular $5 shoe

This shoe is pretty. My normal size 7M felt too small. I read the reviews and tried to order one size up but it is sold out in 8M. I hope it comes back as it is a pretty shoe and Privos have worked for me in the past except that they seem to be making them small this time around.

Too stiff and too tight in the toe box. The sole is comfortable but my feet hurt too bad to look passed the other issues. Sadly, they have to go back.

Shoes are cute but very stiff and uncomfortable! Returning them without taking a single step in them. Clarks usually fit fine and are comfy so I'm disappointed.

I was in a rush and needed some walking shoes for a trip. Since I have wide feet, I need to buy shoes online. Most stores do not carry wide shoes. I tried this shoe at home.The top felt a bit narrow. The width was ok, but the top band was a bit tight. I thought it might stretch upon wearing. I thought WRONG. The shoe is poorly constructed. The added width made the center of the shoe wide as well. And so upon walking I had the center of the shoe ballooning outside. Very weird. Also to make the wide shoe actually stay on, the length of the shoe has been made smaller. Which means the shoe bites! I had them on with thin liner socks and I could not keep them on for than an hour. I had shoe bites, which I have never had before. It was painful and ruined my feet for any other shoe as well. I had to wear slip ons for a few days to let the feet heal. In short, there is nothing that will make these shoes fit and feel better. A waste of money for me since I already wore them and can not return. I don't recommend buying these shoes.
