Went with the Navy because it was on sale and seemed decent, did not like the look of it in person - would say gray or white would have been better. Shoe did not fit me well, so I will not be attempting another color. Very tight, rigid, not comfy - which is what I wanted in a shoe like this.

The negative comments about size are all true. I couldn't get my foot into this shoe although I have numerous Clarks flats in this size.

I really like this shoe. I am having to exchange since they run about a half size short. Also the arch is not as supportive as I expected in a Clark and is very important to me.

Love Clarks, but the reviews say it runs short and narrow. I ordered up a half size. Still too short and now too wide. This doesn't come in narrow width Otherwise I w ould keep it.

I have bought many pairs of Clarks/Privo shoes in basically this same style, so I felt pretty confident in purchasing another pair. I originally purchased a pair in a size 11M - when I received them, it felt like they were a size 9. Since I run a little wide, I returned them and got the same shoe in a size 11W - this has never been necessary in the past with Clarks/Privo. This time I was able to get my foot in the shoe, but my toes were basically crammed in the toe bed and it was clear they did not fit well. I would say that this particular version of this shoe runs 1/2 to 1 full size small and runs narrow. So bummed.

Went up a half size because toe box was too tight or short or both. It was better but not good enough. Cute shoe but could not get them to fit.

I wear a 12M and these are too short and the inner sole is short for the base at the tip. Toes are tight. Love the style and wish I could get a half size bigger.

Had these in the past and was happy to see them available, but the sizing is a little off. I am usually a 9 or 9.5 in Clarks and had to go to a 10 in these. And, even now, it's just shy of me needing to go up a size. You need to go larger in these.

Run Very Small. I have 4 other pair of Clarks shoes in size 7.5. I ordered these in the same size and can't even get them on. Really disappointed.

I was so excited and looking forward to my new shoes for an upcoming trip to San Francisco when I knew I'd be doing a lot of walking, but when I received them they were too short in the length and a bit too narrow even at the medium width I'd ordered. I deliberately waited until the end of my work day, when I'd been on my feet all day, to try them on. I'd advise ordering them at least a half size bigger, and if you have any concerns about width ordering them wider than you would usually wear. They are adorable shoes, though. Luckily, I have time to return/exchange them in time for my trip.

I thought these were going to work. At first they seemed comfortable and neat looking. The the dreaded big toe struck. My big toe in quite tall and inflexible because of surgery, It causes a great deal of trouble with shoes. Otherwise this seemed like a good shoe for every day around the house. (I'm retired.)

I normally wear a 9B-C (depending on the show style). I got this in a 9D, in it felt quite tight and the top cut into my foot. Had to return them.

I wear a lot of Clarks shoes, so I hoped this would work for spring and summer. It just did not fit my foot. I am a 9M with a low arch. The toe box felt stiff and low. It pressed on the top of my toenail and my toe hit the end, maybe it was just a slight bit too short. The side and back of the shoe fit loose. It just did not fit my foot. I was mistaken to order this shoe, because flats are hardly ever comfortable for me, due to my flat-ish arch. The material and style looked like a shoe that would be very flexible with summer and spring clothes, so I tried it hoping it would work. Sorry Zappos.

Nice-looking shoe but way too tight in width and short in length. Had to return.

Not as comfortable as most Clarks and runs small

This shoe was too wide for me. My foot does tend to be a narrow B. Seems expensive for what it is.

I ended up returning these because for being a wide shoe, they were entirely too tight across the top of the toes. The cute elastic decoration there created a very tight pinch over the top of my foot and they were not comfortable to sit in, let alone walk in. Sadly returned.

As other reviews said, the shoe was too short. I ordered a half size larger but still too small. I believe a whole size larger would be too long and not fit in other places. Cute and comfortable shoe otherwise. I would prefer the fabric not be suede as it shows the dirt and stains and is hard to clean. I was hoping it was smooth synthetic leather.

These are cute shoes, but offer very little support. I have plantar fasciitis and there is not enough room in the shoe for my insert, so they are going back. I'm a true size 9, but needed a 9.5 in this shoe as advised by other reviewers.

These shoes are really cute and would have served my travel needs well but they are much too small. I normally always wear a 7.5, and in these I would have to wear at least an 8. Also, the upper part of the shoe rides high on your foot, so the top parts cuts in, making it a bit uncomfortable. I don't know if this problem would go away if the size was bigger.

Cute shoe. I ordered an 11M, but too narrow and too short. I couldn't get my foot into it comfortably.

Wanted to love this shoe, but I guess I have too high of an instep. The top of the shoe cut across my foot, which was very uncomfortable.
