I ordered half a size larger than normal (& wide which I usually am) and it was too tight. These also seemed stiff and I hoped they would have been dressy walking shoes. These were so cute. Wish they would have worked out.

It's ok, not super comfortable. Hoping they'll get broken in with use.

These shoes are super cute. I ordered the gray and the blue crisscross on the toe adds a nice pop of color. The shoe feels well made and had a nice supportive foot bed. I ordered a 10 hoping it would fit (normally I wear a 10.5 but I range from 10-11 depending on the brand). These size 10's were tiny. I can't truly judge the arch support because the shoes were too small. If a larger size was offered on zappos I would probably order but none are available. Bummer.

Width of toe box was good, length was good, but shoe gapped out on the sides.

These shoes are super comfortable and great for walking, but they run a FULL SIZE LARGE. I have worn several types of Privo by Clarks shoes, always size 6 like every other brand of shoe I have, but with these even the 6.5 was small, had to go to a 7. Must be some major mix up at the factory!

I am a pretty standard 9 (especially in Clarks) and I had to send these back. I Have owned similar Clarks shoes and these just did not even come close to fitting right. They felt too narrow in the top of the foot and tight in the size. I really like the style but the heel of the shoe does not feel as supportive as other shoes like this. I am not sure if I will get the next size or try another style. That is disappointing!

Size 11M. Length and toe room were fine but very tight and uncomfortable across top of foot. Probably would stretch out and be okay but did not want to to through the potentially painful first few wearings. Debated keeping these because I like the style but comfort won out and returned them.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a half-size up, and these were still WAY too small. The instep cut sharply across the top of my foot and the shoe was too short. I own several other pairs of Clarks in my normal size and have never had this problem with their shoes before. They weren't all that cute on my feet, either - looked a little stodgy and dull in the navy.

Cute shoe. I ordered an 8.5 and a 9. I didn't feel any difference in the size. They were both very short in the toe. Sadly they are both going back.

I read the reviews and ordered a half size smaller than usual- still way too long and too wide. I wear 8.5W usually, and this is so very wide my foot was slipping around. The length was off as well, too long and the heel was slipping. The taupe is more light gray, nice enough looking, seemed it would be cushioned and comfortable if only it fit!

Great shoe, but not wide enough. The footbed and arch support of this shoes are fantastic, but wish they made it available in double wide. It was just a bit too tight across the bridge of my foot so I'll be returning.

Very disappointed. I first ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal 9-1/2 wide, but they are still too tight in the toe area. I'm not sure if I will be exchanging my 10 Wide for a half size larger or returning them for a refund. And knowing that the material is synthetic, they probably will not stretch or give much to allow more comfort.

It's really cute but even though my "real" shoe size is 6 3/4, so 7s are rarely an issue, this shoe was squashing my great toe from the instant I put it on. Also, the back comes up very high, so I'm sure I would have blistered. I think it might work for a narrow foot, not we "wide-ettes"!

I really wanted these shoes to work for me because they are really cute and comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. However, the fit of these shoes is a bit weird. I ordered by normal size (6W) and but they run really short (my toes were touching the end of the shoes), so I exchanged for a half size larger. The new size was too wide in the heel (they felt like I would walk out of them) but my feet slipped forward and my toes were still touching the end of the shoes.

I tried 3 different sizes as I very much wanted to replace my old Clarks Privos which I've had for several years, but the new shoes don't have the quality. The insole is a thin wafer, not the molded comfortable insole my old ones have. If you don't need the arch support or want to change the insole, I recommend you order a 1/2 size bigger as they seemed to run short. They are pretty.

This looks really cute, but is unfortunately not a true W width. The toe box was also shallower than I expected---it wasn't high enough to really be comfortable even if the width had been right.

I've been looking for a new pair of Clarks to replace the pair I bought two years ago. I wear them constantly and finally decided it was time to replace them. I ordered a size 7 1/2, which is my true size, and the toe is too short. Unfortunately I have to return both pairs that I purchased.

These shoes are super cute but they run EXTREMELY small. I normally wear a 7W, so I bought a 7W and honestly I could hardly get them on. I may have to go a whole size up.

Love the look and style of shoe. I ordered my regular shoe size and found them to be tight. Waiting to receive next size up. I hope it fits!

I loved, loved, loved this pump. Really cute. The length and width of the shoe was perfect; however, the top of the shoe, over the arch was way too tight. It was really stiff and painful even trying to squeeze my foot into the shoe. I would never be able to wear them long enough to stretch them out, if they would even do that. I have not decided whether to try a bigger size, as I fear they would be too big in length and width. I would recommend this shoe to anyone that does not have a high arch.

maybe even a full size too small. i expected better arch support for this sporty/comfort type shoe.

These are so narrow it is weird. I have a narrow foot and I can't get these on.

Cute shoe, but way off sizing. I am a true size 5 1/2 and I think I would have to have gone up a full size (6 1/2) to have a comfortable fit.

Liked the style and it felt like it could be comfortable. But they felt too small, with my toes pushing up to the toe box, so I would need a 1/2 size bigger.
