After being disappointed with the quality control of the 624 shoe I was a bit apprehensive of the 626. Am I ever delighted! Sized correctly, stitches stay stitched and quality is back to where it should be

love the shoe , it is delivered when it is promised and the shoe is very comfortable other store that carry new balance say that they cannot even order the size I need but I love it when I can order the size I need myself .

Can work all day and my feet feel great ,the insoles in the shoe has good cushions

I don't usually write reviews for shoes - but these are different. The do have great traction and the tread looks like a real tire. The best part is they are very comfortable. I get shoes for comfort and this is a perfect combination of traction, comfort, quality and price. I use Spenco shoe inserts in all my shoes it is great match for these shoes.

They are a perfect shoe for working long hours in the restaurant. I wish the were easier to clean bottons that sometimes get stuck into the grooves and alittle more slip resisistant but the comfort are great for those long hours. Any recommendations would be appreciated. overall happy with performance

Shoes are very comfortable and very quick to break in.

I work all day on concrete floors, and my knees & ankles were paying the price. I've got a closet full of NB "Postal Approved", Asics "Gel", Rockport etc. None of them come close to these for out of box comfort. The Asics were very cushioned, but they're badly sized and my big toe wore a hole thru the top after less than a month.

I'm on my 7th pair of these solid black sneakers I use for work. They recently changed these slightly and I was fearful. The changes were good. I use arch inserts from a foot doctor inside mine for a great fit.

I have been wearing New Balance exclusively for work since my chiropractor recommended the brand back in 2008. As a restaurant manager, I need slip-resistant soles. Through the years, NB has changed their slip-resistant options several times. Some were better than others. Most recently I have been disappointed with the comfort of the 526 and 512 models. HOWEVER, I absolutely love these new 626v2 shoes. They have the most cushion of ANY New Balance shoes I've ever owned. At the end of the day, my knees and back feel much better than they every have with any other NB slip-resistant offering. I can't speak for the longevity of these shoes because I've only had them for a week, but so far I am super pleased.

I bought this to use as a walking shoe. Since I began using it two months ago, it has been an extremely comfortable shoe. It doesn't seem to be wearing down at all despite being used to walk two miles a day every day. I will buy NB shoes again.

I have extremely wide and tall feet and these shoes are the best fit for me and are excellent for my work. I am a restaurant manager and they look nice while being slip-resistant and very durable. I am a very large and heavy guy who puts a huge amount of time in on my feet. It is critical that my shoes are up to the task and yours are more than up to it. I am in love. I have been wearing your cross-trainers for years and was very glad when these popped up in a search. And I love dealing directly with the manufacturer. You guys rock!

I'm on my feet for long hours and this shoe has great support. My legs, back and feet feel much better since getting this shoe.

Have owned many work shoes of the 626 v2's type (including some lower level NB's) and these are the best fitting shoes of the bunch. Non slip, supportive and comfortable..Im a big guy (230) and these still are well cushioned..highly recommend.

Comfort is a plus for me, also needs to be wide. I spent several hours carrying a heavy instrument over my shoulder, all day long. they look elegant and can be use also as casual shoe.

Wore this shoe for four years the sole of the shoe was almost the same as when new I litterally wore the top of the shoe off of it. These shoes were worn 365 16 hours a day. For the entire time and my feet loved em. Got a new pair of new ballance.

These shoes are much more comfortable than boots; especially on a hard floor.

I'm satisfied. Solid but lightweight shoes, built for comfort and walking/standing. I like them snug for my narrow feet and the medium width is just right. I take out the insole and replaced with homemade Plastazote insoles that better conform to the lumps on my old feet.

Bought these for my son to wear to work. He has had this style shoe by NB before and likes it very much.

I love the support and motion control that is offered. I have previously owned three pairs of 826 v1. I work in a hospital kitchen all day long and am used to long hours of standing still in one place with having to run around and I never feel tired or warn out afterwards

I have a difficult time finding shoes that fit me. Being able to select a 6E width made possible and the shoes fit very well. They are excellent quality and also provide exceptional support. I will definitely buy this shoe style again from New Balance.

I have worked in the automotive service & repair industry for over 18 years, with most of that time as a technician. I have spent 18 years working on concrete floors! I can speak from experience when I tell you it's just about impossible to find a shoe that is professional, comfortable, durable, AND costs less than your firstborn. I have wide feet which makes finding good fitting work shoes even more of a chore, so when I found the New Balance 626v2 was available up to 6E I had to give them a shot. After about a week of wearing the 626 I started to notice all sorts of improvements, the most noticeable was the lessening of my plantar fasciitis in my right foot, you know that pain was like walking around with a golf ball in your shoe, and it was terrible. In two weeks my most severe symptoms are gone! Thank you New Balance for making such a great product!

Great support for someone on their feet all day. I would recommend these to anyone that is on their feet on concrete all day.
