Unfortunately, the color and the shine did not match the online photos. Too shiny. Color is nearly black. Wound up appearing too formal for my needs. On the plus side, returning was easy

Gray should be gray, not tan/brown/etc. I own a pair of these in blue, love them. Comfortable, fits well. Ordered these in what should have been gray as title says, but they are clearly brown (they would not come close to being word with black pants as gray would)

Good looking shoe but scuffs soooo easy. Wearing it around the house I found that the tips of the shoe laces were leaving little scuff marks on the shoe just from walking around. I can't imagine how bad these would look if I wore them out into the world!

These shoes squeaked terribly which I tried to ignore for a while, but then the sole started separating from the leather after a little over a month of wearing them maybe twice a week. With their price point, you’re not expecting poor quality.

This is my second pair, with the first pair lasting me for several years. I purchased a new pair about 6 months ago and within a few weeks (even with keeping shoe trees in after each time that I wore them), the sides began to separate. The price went up, but the quality went down.

The shoes look nice, and are comfortable enough (though only averagely) after a rough period of being broken in. However, after just under a year and a half of far-from-daily use (I probably wear them 30-40% of the time) they already show significant wear. The rim is coming apart, the shoelaces are a disaster, and a large chunk has come out of the insole of one shoe (while the other looks like it might be on the way to the same).

I bought these shoes and quickly realized the squeaked non stop. I wore them for approximately a month thinking that they may have needed to be broken in but they never quit squeaking. I returned them for a new pair and immediately had the same problem. It is highly embarrassing and ruins the shoe.

Bought the Grey color for my husband but they are definitely more of a tan/taupe. Hubs has plenty of brown and brown variation shoes, so we were disappointed they were not as pictured and ended up returning them. He said they were comfy and if it weren't for the color being off, we would have kept them.

Shipping was too long. I was being told the shoes would arrive the next day and they did not arrive for three more days. I like the shoe but not the black shade on the front. This was not in the picture in the catalog.

The pictures on the web site look like the color I wanted. In reality, they are taupe at best. Great shoe, but the color is way off. If I wanted brown, I'd have bought brown.

Not very comfortable. I went with the size that the store associate recommended, but the shoe is still tight on the sides of my feet. The shoe does look nice but not as comfortable as I expected.

I was looking forward to wearing this shoe. The shoe looked absolutely fantastic. The look of the shoe fit most everything I wear. After wearing the shoe only one day, the back of my foot was bleeding due to the back of the shoe digging into my foot. The material was very hard and abrasive on the back of my foot. I hated to return it because it was a great looking shoe.

Was excited to wear these out. Day 1, got a blister on the back of my heel. I expect shoes to need a "breaking in" period, but not to this extent. Disappointed. The style and cushioning is great, just not the blister causing aspect.

I like the shoes but after a couple of walks they irritated the outside of the big toe on both feet. No I'm not sure I can wear them for any more than a block or two. Very disappointed.

Nothing in the description tells you that the insole is Memory Foam. Not sure where this trend came from, but this is the second pair of shoes I've bought and returned in the last month with a memory foam insole. It's not comfortable.

These shoes are great, except for the fact with moderate, everyday walking, the bottom soles come apart at the seams.
This happened with two consecutive pairs. Its something that I could live with until the splitting came up around the sides and showed cracks on the midsole. Extremely disappointing, especially for $158 pair of shoes.
