Ordered Sofft Somers. VANS arrived with different color and design than what was ordered. Returning and very disappointed because I bought for a gift.

These were too big. I bought these because I have a pair of Sofft boots that a so comfortable and have great support. These were not comfortable at all. I am returning!

I have LOVED Sofft Somers shoes in the past but these are just a lot smaller... its too bad because they're beautiful and I want to love them!

I bought these last year and loved them, but they changed the sole. It's some kind of molded plastic now. It is lightweight but extremely slippery.

I have purchased 2 pairs of Sofft Somers in the past and love them. I bought these because I thought they would be cute for a change. I had to send them back because they ran so small. At least a full size smaller...I could barely get my foot into them. So Im not sure if this pair was off in size or if they all are in this particular color.

I am SO DISSAPOINTED IN THESE SHOES. I purchased these shoes because i had read that they were both stylish and comfortable but that was not the case at all. Yes they were cute but the scuff very easily and the pattern on them is already practically worn off in spots. What's worse is the fit. When I tried them on initially they were okay and I felt they may just need some breaking in. It took very little time to realize that while they were both the same size, the right show felt almost an entire size to large. Mind you i have never had this problem before and so I dont believe my feet are the problem. It is like they were made to different specifications and my foot was slipping out from the heel with every single step. I tried with thick socks and extra padding in the heel and its still too big. Of course because I wore them I can't return or i would.

Glue stains on side of shoe. Base pulling away from toes. Disappointed. Returned.

Sooooooo disappointed. Cute, comfortable...and broken. In two. The sole split. Purchased toward the end of last summer so I didn't wear too much. Was planning to take with me to a warm weather vacation but noticed , while packing, that the sole was cracked all the way through. Wore maybe 25 times. Based on the other reviews I see about these shoes, what happened to mine is not an isolated case. Beware!

After 3 months of light wear, the rubber sole cracked completely through the sole and across the entire shoe

I have other Soft sneakers, this one is a goo 1/2" too long....

These shoes are so incredibly narrow that I couldn't walk more than a few feet in them. And my feet are no especially wide; I always wear a Medium width. How they have so many positive reviews is a mystery to me. Boo!

Has to be the most uncomfortable show I have ever stepped into -- hands down!!!! Stiff, hard, no cushion at all. For a name like Sofft, one would imagine something of the sort. Sorry Sofft...sending you back :(

I am giving these shoes 1 star because I can't wear them on my hardwood floors. They leave white scuff marks. They are comfortable and I love the shoes.... I have worn them for a few days now so I won't return, however I now have 90. garden shoes because they will only be worn outside

I love Sofft shoes; they're a fantastic brand but my goodness, I have nothing good to say about these shoes. I had very high hopes after reading all the positive reviews. I'm very pleased with the style of the show - it looks great, but the shoe itself is one of the most painful shoes I've ever worn. There is very little flexibility in the sole, and its surprisingly slippery. I thought the soles would be rubbery, but they feel very hard and stiff. I have worn the shoes for a few days with very thin (borderline nylon) socks. They pinch right where the elastic is, almost like a vise on my feet. I feel like there's no arch support despite the fact that I can SEE the arch support in the shoe. The length of the shoe is fine; I normally wear an 8M, but these feel incredibly narrow. After an hour in these shoes, I was nearly crying to get them off. I gave them a chance for a new more days but I don't think I can any longer. I've never written a review on Zappos before, let alone a negative one, but I was so disappointed in this purchase I felt I had to.
