When I first put this shoe on I immediately took it off, because I thought I'd not taken out all of the cardboard used to keep it's shape while shipping. There was no cardboard, that should tell you all you need to know about the comfort of this shoes. What a shame, because it's so cute, and, the Snare Grey is a great neutral color.

I am a true size 7 so am surprised these are too big, The front is going into my ankle. And they are overall lose. I hope the 6.5 works.

I ordered my normal size (never had this brand before). I agree with other reviews that the shoe is stylish and offers more support than this style typically does. However, I felt the arch support was very weird. I like good arch support, so it wasn't the presence that bothered me, but rather the shape. It made me feel like the insides of my feet were dipping in/down, and made my feet and knees uncomfortable. My husband agreed that he noticed it looked strange. Otherwise, I think the pattern was nice, and they did fit my feet (wider toe box with bunion on one foot)- on the foot with the bunion, when I first slid the shoe on, it felt like my little toe was pinched. But once I stood up with both shoes on, it seemed more comfortable. The shoe was definitely longer than my foot, but didn't look too big, and I couldn't have gotten a smaller size b/c of the toe box/bunion issue. If it wasn't for the strange arch support, I would have definitely kept them.

The style is nice I just don't like the slight matalic sheen. Also, the footbed was not as comfortable or supportive as I wanted.

I gave these a try based on other reviews; I too am looking for an easy, comfortable, and stylish shoe. I don't know what true to fit means, I am an 8.5 in some shoes and a 9 in others, so right there I don't know whats "true." Anyway I ordered these in a 9 based on an other reviewer with a seemingly similar flux in size, they were much to large. I might even have to go down to an 8 if I were to try to get these to fit. I thought I'd review because I didn't see this mentioned else where -- the back of the shoe hits very low on my heel. I find this too uncomfortable (personal preference) especially because one of my feet is slightly smaller. I'd imagine even if I got this shoe to fit I'd constantly be stepping out of them, or having them rub on the lower part of my heel.

Really cute style shoe, and very lightweight! Unfortunately for me, I will be sending back. The forefront of the shoe, from about mid-foot to the toe, it's very narrow. I have a regular size 7.5-8 size foot and these were pinching my toes in and rubbing in that area. They also feel very cheap and plastic-like. Although, I will say that they felt cushioned, not as much as I thought they were going to feel soft, but they weren't hard as a rock when on my feet. I ordered an 8, and they were also slightly big on me, but I feel if I go down to a 7.5 that narrow toe box definitely won't be comfortable. Pretty bummed these didn't work out! But, I think I will try the Vionic Midi. Same style shoe, a little more expensive, so we shall see!

Loved this shoe for about 10 months and then the sole split into a front section and back section ON BOTH shoes. Frankly, no idea how long they had been split. Only saw it after I stepped in a puddle and got soaked. Don't look at the bottom of my shoes too often. Half the time I am just happy I managed to put shoes on with my two toddlers in tow. For that price, though, I wouldn't expect such malfunction. I did get quite a bit of wear from them, so I don't regret the purchase.

I wanted to like these so much! I'm usually a size 7 in tennis shoes, 6.5 in heels. After reading the reviews I decided to order a 7, but they were too big even with socks on. I'll sadly be returning them as they didn't quite look as I wanted in person.

Love these!!! they have been my go-to for casual days and trips for the past 7 months. Unfortunately, just realized that the sole is breaking apart. These have not been used heavily and are well taken care of- they should definitely NOT be breaking this soon. Its a shame!!! I wanted to get these in more colors.

These were sort've cute but just uncomfortable to me. Returned them because the top just hit the top of my foot in the wrong place.

So disappointed. I ordered the "suggested size" and it was just barely too small. Besides that they were not at all as comfortable as I expected them to be. Have to return. I'll continue my search for the perfect slip ons.

Adorable shoe - very fun. But the back of the shoe hits my heel funny so I have to return them. Very unfortunate.

Good looking shoe and comfortable. However it was a tad too wide and my heel slipped. Also there was no arch support.

Very stylish casual shoe. Good arch support like my other Sofft brand shoe. But material was stiff especially in the back. Perhaps it would have softened up after wearing but I needed for an international trip in a week and was worried about getting blisters. Had to return and kept the less stylish but softer shoe that required no breaking-in.

try to size, maybe a tiny bit small. after wearing for an afternoon walking around NYC my feet and legs ached as if I had been wearing shoes with no support. will give these another try but on a shorter jaunt.

Was so in love with the style of this shoe. I own several pair of Sofft, but these were huge compared to my sandals and heels that I wear everyday. Unfortunately, they are going back. I normally wear size 7.5 and purchased these in 7.5 and they were like clown shoes on me. I would recommend a full size smaller. Thanks Zappos for quick delivery! They are beautiful shoes though! Can't wait to try a smaller size!

These shoes are very cute but didn't fit at all. They gapped at the top and were way too wide. Kind of stiff too.

I normally wear a 10/10.5 and this shoe does not come in a 10.5, so I ordered the 11 because all the reviews said it ran a bit small and the 11 was too loose and long. I tried to put a pad in and wear thicker socks, but my it still didn't fit right. My ankles would hurt at the end of the day from wearing it.

My boyfriend bought these for me and I was so excited to get them! They are such a beautiful shoe, but they are a bit narrow for my feet. I'm not a wide, but do find some shoes to be a little narrow. Wasn't sure these would stretch out so I have to return. If you don't have any issues with wide to slightly wide feet, I would totally recommend these though- so beautiful and the arch support is great!!

The main reason I'm returning this shoe is that the toe curls up ever so slightly. Otherwise, the style and fit and construction were good.

I like the color of these shoes and that they are leather and leather-lined. But the sole is strange - stiff and hard, not like I expect sneakers to be. My usual size was too big - like flip-flops, but the half size smaller was a bit tight on the toes. I'm returning them.
