Very cute shoe, but incredibly uncomfortable - both with and without socks. Inflexible sole and stiff interior seams that you can feel all day long. Was not expected from a brand called Sofft. Upside is that they're well-made.

These shoes were very stiff and uncomfortable. It would take a lot to break them in. They are also narrower than expected and larger than I needed. This was my second attempt. I Had tried a smaller size but they didn't fit either.

Love the look of the shoe... worn them once and they rubbed blisters on my feet with a short sock on. I hate I wore them because they would be returned.

Very stiff - when I walked the back slipped too much for me. Was usual size. The leather footbed was appealing but I can't keep these.

I was so sad to have to return these: they were exactly what I was looking for in style and color. I have flat, narrow feet that are usually limited to lace-ups for security and fit, but these slip-ons were so tempting I ordered them. Should have known better: the only width they come in -- B -- was far too wide; while the toes were comfortable, my heels slipped out with every step, even with heavy socks. Sad, sad, sad. However, there is a happy ending. A friend pointed me to the very similar Naturalizer Marianne, which does come in a narrow width. They fit beautifully, with plenty of toe room, decent support, good cushioning and a heel that hugs comfortably. Happy, happy, happy. (They're also $20 less -- a nice bonus.) I wish that manufacturers who try to save money by making their shoes in a single one-size-doesn't-fit-all width would realize that it's a false economy. If customers with narrow and wide feet don't buy their shoes because they don't fit, where's the savings?

This is an attractive, informal shoe. The top looks like a woven grass and is a pretty blue. I ordered a size 8 and 8.5 hoping to find a fit. Both were too large for me.

I always wear a 8 or 8.5 - I ordered an 8 and they were way too big for me. My whole heel cam up out of shoe even with sock on.

These shoes are incredibly uncomfortable.

Loved style and they go with everything BUT major flaw is the sole cracks. I had them around 6mts when it happened it’s unfortunate as now can only wear them on dry days otherwise they let the rain in.

I really, really like these shoes and they are so comfortable after a short break-in period. However, there are two fatal flaws. One: the Snare Grey Thai Snake color absorbs water and permanently stains the material. Second, and the worst in my opinion: the sole cracks. From the reviews, it sounds like other people have had this problem as well. I have had my shoes for a year and a half and the sole is cracked all the way through on one shoe and partly on the other shoe. The soles aren't even worn, so I haven't walked around in these excessively. I took them to be repaired and was told that the sole would have to be fully replaced, for half the cost of the shoe, so it wasn't worth it to me. I'm disappointed because otherwise I love these!

Cute shoes but too narrow for my wide feet.

I wanted to love this shoe but it did not work for my flat feet.

Very disappointed in these sneakers. They were a little uncomfortable at first, but eventually worn in. But the worse part is that the inside bleeds the black die like crazy. Every time I wear them my feet end up black which keeps me from wearing them.

I had to return this pair of shoes. Both then ones that I ordered for me and the one that I ordered for my mom were defective. The insole in the left show of both pairs was not glued down smoothly. Instead, it was gathered and lumpy.

I really wanted to love these shoes. The inside bottom is very soft, but the heel rubbed and gave me blisters. I wanted these to be ready to wear right out of the box. I had no show socks on and they made most of the shoe comfortable, but any part of the shoe that was exposed to my skin hurt. They have a nice pattern though.

These shoes looked too long for my feet and the arch support is not high enough. They're going back.

Loved these slip on. Online. Once I got them, they were way too narrow for my wide feet. I ordered half size bigger hoping to fit my wide feet, but didn't work. Too bad.

I loved these sneakers - very comfortable from the first moment, very stylish and sleek, not too wide nor bulky like some similar styles often are, I was looking forward to some years of wearing them, but the soles cracked in half after only a month of wear! Do not waste your money on those! Zappos has an excellent customer service though, and accepted the return immediately.

This is bigger than the same shoe, same size I ordered three years ago. I love my old one and need to replace it. Should I go down a half size?

I have a pair of these from 2 years ago that desperately needed replacing. Unfortunately, I ordered a new pair, tried them on and immediately wore them for a trip. Something is definitely wrong with the right shoe. I wore socks with these and yet the right shoe felt like there was a stone sewn into the shoe by my pinkie toe. They were so uncomfortable, I feared I would get a blister. The worst part is that I wore them in the airport and now cannot return them. I will have to throw these away. What a waste of $$.

I bought these to replace my old Sofft slip-on shoes thinking they would be as comfortable… I was SO wrong. I’m so disappointed! My feet have blisters after wearing them at work today.

These are SUPER narrow. It’s too bad that companies are changing their sizing these days to save money. Horrible.
