These are good for lower volume wider feet. I ordered a regular and wide width but they sent me 2 pair of wide so I was unable to compare.

Cute and pretty comfortable. The narrow wedge heel sole makes it slightly less stable. They should have made the entire sole the same width for stability and less chance of turning an ankle.

Lovely shoes and I wanted them to work, but I have bunions and the toe strap hit me in the wrong and painful place.

This is the 3rd pair of this style that I have purchased. My 1st pair in black leather had a cracked sole after years of wear, so I purchased a new pair for a trip. The 2nd pair in tan suede were comfortable straight out of the box. Unfortunately this pair seems more narrow than the other two pairs of Söfft Innis sandals that I purchased from Zappos and the black dye bled onto my heels.

Loved these shoes - Super cute and very comfortable heel height. The straps were a little tight making them uncomfortable after trying them for a bit. Was trying to get them for an upcoming cruise but don't think they will be comfortable enough to wear all day.

The ankle strap cut into my ankle bone within a second of buckling the sandal, so, unfortunately, these did not work for me. I was also disappointed with the dearth of footbed/arch support.

I love this shoe, I have purchased it in 3 colors, but the black rubs off on my ankles and top of my foot. It looks like my feet are dirty and I have to wipe my feet off several times a day. Not sure it's a fault with the shoes I purchased or it's something everyone has a problem with the black color.

I really loved the style online and bought a 6 1/2 W in 3 colors. Sadly, the straps are too big and I hesitate to poke more holes in it, as it may not work.

They were way too tight. I will be returning them.

The D width is more like a C. Straps not long enough, strap holes not in correct place for high vamp. Strap across toes is too forward, so widest part of foot is not supported.

Fit and size were fine but the color seemed a lot paler and pinker than the shade I was hoping for. The picture of "desert talco sand" looked much more like a camel brown, but I do not like the beige-y pink that they actually are. Otherwise, a very nice shoe.

They are nice but not wide enough

These were OK, but they weren't nearly as comfy or as stylish as the Naot Pixie. I have a neuroma in my left foot and the sole bothered it.

I didn't like the uneven finish on the back of both shoes.

I have the same shoe from last year in the tan (love, so comfy!) and decided to order the black pair this year. When I tried them on, I immediately noticed the difference in quality - foot padding is completely different, almost nonexistent on this pair, and I could see where the sole was glued on the shoe. Sadly, had to return. Not up to usual Sofft comfort or quality level.

I was surprised this was a wide shoe because my foot hung over the sides. Disappointed because it had so much potential!

Shoe was attractive however, I would have to bring to a cobbler and have another hole punch to keep heel in place. Foot slides to the front and toes are off the shoe a little. I usually wear a 8.5 or 9. Bought these in 8.5 wide a tad bit wide and maybe that’s why my foot slides forward. Will try I regular.

Color is not brown, it's tan. Not what I was looking for.

Way too big overall. Ordered my normal size 9.

I love the look of this shoe but was disappointed when walking in the shoe and it constantly squeeks, maybe due to rubbing on the heel? Really don't want to, but will be sending them back.

I ordered this shoe in the 9 M. I found that my foot just swam in the shoe.

Love the look of this sandal. Unfortunately I must return them because they rubbed the back of my heel.

I have been trying to find a replacement for an older pair of Sofft sandals that zip up the back. This pair did not meet my expectations. The shoe was much wider than my previous pair. I also found the ankle strap to be too big around. Unfortunately, I am still on the hunt for a replacement pair of shoes.

Cute shoe but the buckles presented a problem for me since I have a bad back. Once I got the shoe buckled, I just didn't think it was comfortable enough or had enough support to warrant the buckle issue every time I wanted to wear them.
