I bought these to travel internationally and they did not disappoint. I was in a tropical zone and my feet felt supported and were able to breath as I walked around each day. The color is true to the picture. I am a 9 1/2 size in dress shoes and size 10 in running shoes so I purchased size 10. They were what my feet needed as my feet did swell a bit in the heat with that much walking. the straps are so easy to adjust (after you figure out their path). Having them all 1 continuous strap is what makes them so worth the money. I will buy them for my teenagers. They last forever. I still have my previous pair (that don't have a back heel strap) that I purchased 6 years ago and the foot bed still has help its form.

Fantastic shoes! The Cloud X2 is stylish and super comfy with a squishy soft footbed that keeps my feet feeling good all day long. I ordered the black in size 8 and 9; both pairs fit well, but I kept the 8 and returned the 9. My normal size is 9 for closed toed shoes and 8.5 for sandals. These shoes are perfect for people like me who have foot issues; plantar fasciitis, bunions and extremely high arches. I have tried so many brands and spent thousands of dollars on shoes that seem to work initially, but typically fall flat in the comfort department after several days of wearing. A few reviewers complained about the toe loop strangling their big toe, but after watching the YouTube video on how to properly secure the shoes, I had no issue with the toe loop or fastening system. Thanks Chaco for designing the perfect shoes for my feet!

First pair of Chaco's. They take some getting used to and a little learning curve to figure out how to adjust all the straps. However, in my 3rd day and loving them. Very cushiony, good arch support, all toes free except the biggie one (which is surprisingly comfy) and cute to boot! Looking forward to seeing how long they last...have heard amazing things about the longevity and guarantee from Chaco. Becoming a fan!

I've been having some foot issues. Specifically, morton's neuroma, I wanted to try these shoes to see if I could find some type of every day shoe that weren't sneakers. These are great sandals. The cloud cushion is wonderful. I still have pain, but these are the most comfy shoes I've had for feet in a while! These are worth the price.

I am returning to try the wide size. The "laces" are too close to the sides of my foot and squeezing it a bit. The Chaco Doras were wider than these shoes.

Love this sandal! This is my fourth pair of Chacos and I can't praise them enough. This pair did not require any strap adjustments and felt like I had worn them for years. I wear an 8.5-9 in most other shoes but buy an 8 in these and they fit perfectly. Well worth the money because they never wear out.

These are the best sandals I have ever owned! They are lightweight, but completely comfortable and supportive enough for hiking and walking. Nice and cool for land and perfect for water. The colors are beautiful!

This is the second pair of Chaco sandals I have ordered. I started having severe heel pain so I wanted to get a pair of sandals that had good arch support. I ordered the zong slip on sandal. My feet felt better immediately after I began wearing them. I decided to order a second pair this summer. I am pregnant and my feet are swelling some and the slip on didn't have enough of an adjustment. I went to a store that carried Chaco sandals to see if I needed a wide or a different sandal would fit better. I would only recommend their wide sandals if you truly have a wide foot; they were too wide for me. I tried on the z cloud x2 and they felt amazing. The store didn't have the color I wanted so I ordered them from Zappos. Zappos has fast free shipping and a big selection. These sandals are amazing. I can adjust these much more than the zong sandals and the sole is more comfortable. I walk in these on a dirt road and wear them everywhere else. If you are having foot pain due to arch support or you are wanting sandals good for walking or hiking, these are an excellent choice.

My first pair of Chaco's after wearing mostly flip flops and sneakers and I have been very happy with them. Very comfortable with good arch support. Stylish enough that people have stopped me on the trail and asked me where I got them. When dry: I have experienced no rubbing or sliding around. When wet: The bottom of the sole can be a tad slick when wet so make sure you plant your feet deliberately. Great buy!

I've wanted a pair of active sandals for the lake, rivers and kayaking for a good while. None I've tried have matched the comfort, ease of wearing, durability and enjoyment I've had from these sandals. I truly love them! Never looking for another brand, I'm hooked!

I'm so bummed because I loved the design and feel of this shoe, but the ankle strap dragged on the floor. I don't want to have to cut my new shoes.

I really love this kind of Chacos! They were just too amazing to me that I could not stop staring at it. I am going to keep on buying these because they are amazing. I give it a five star!

Cute and the soles are comfortable but the straps move and tighten while you are wearing them I am constantly adjusting them.

I didn’t like how they made my foot look. I had an older pair slide that was much more attractive and wanted the same look

Chaco Z/Cloud X2 look great. The style is perfect. I thought however they would be a little softer as they were cloud rather than classic. The biggest problem is the strap on the heel. I just can’t get it tight. Chaco’s are adjustable but not the back. I will be returning them.

The fit and size on these were good. Nice looking sandal. With some getting used to, I might have really liked this sandal. A Chaco sandal without the toe loop might be preferable to me, as I find them a bit uncomfortable. Judging them against a pair of Tevas, I went with the Tevas. They feel more comfortable. Teva is definitely more familiar, as I've worn and liked them before.

I like these a lot my only complaint is that the toe strap can get tight throughout the day but they are easy to adjust. I am in between a 6 and 6.5 and a size 6 worked great for me.

Cute shoes for hiking or urban "hiking"...I have wide feet and these seemed a bit tight but also a bit long and the back straps were completely loose on me. Also found that the arch and toe loop didn't seem to align correctly on my feet. That said I might try the wide in a smaller size. Otherwise the adjustments seem easy enough once you get the hang of it and I can see how the toe loop would be very good for support if these had aligned correctly on my feet.

I love Chaco sandals, but wish the designers would figure out a way to adjust the length of the loose strap that drags on the floor if your foot happens to be more narrow than average.

trying to get a wide foot into those straps that are adjustable......well it wasn't fun. Lovely shoe. Maybe 25 years ago, but today... nahhh

I love the support and the foundational pad. my foot is narrow so I had return them. the strap could not be tightened enough. bummer!

All good except I prefer the open toe area without the strap between the toes. My mistake in ordering this style. Great shoe for those who don't mind the toe strap.

THE SIZE IS TRUE SIZE

Super cute and comfy shoes...but terribly narrow! My second pair of Chacos this week I had to return for that reason. My feet aren’t usually wide but I finally opted for ordering wide in chacos. Only order these if you have narrow feet!!!
