Chaco sandals are a travel essential for me. Comfortable, easy to clean and pack, too. I still wear a pair that I purchased to wear on expeditions in the early 90's. I winced at the investment at the time but my money was well-spent. They are, by far, the most comfortable, supportive walking sandals I've ever had. Don't be put off by the price! A bit stiff at first, all straps adjust. Get the sandals wet, in surf or sink, wear them until dry. It's a custom fit. The only difference in newer sandals is that Chaco shortened the main adjusting strap. Disappointing change. Easier to slip in and out of when it was an inch or so longer.

The extra “cloud” layer is worth the extra few dollars! After switching from my old yampa classics, these Chaco clouds felt so good! I have very wide feet, but wear size 11, which has no wide option. The straps were still just long enough to be adjusted to my feet. Personally, the footbed of my shoes can get dirty fairly easily, due to dirt becoming stuck in the crevices. Other than that, they’re great!

I purchased these for my daughter who was going on a trip to Mexico and needed comfortable shoes that were durable and comfortable. The first pair we bought was her size, but they fit too small. Luckily, Zappos made it super easy to return and sent the new pair which was a size larger. She loves these shoes and wears them everywhere.

So I ended up getting the wrong style sent to me but it was a quick call to customer service and it was all switched out very easily and quickly. The sweet young lady I talked to was very apologetic and friendly. So that's the only reason for the 3 star for style... the ones I got were cute just not what I ordered. Just wanted to leave a review to praise Zappos for a job well done in the Customer service arena 110% great service! I will order here again for sure.

So comfortable! The cloud soles are way more comfortable for hiking than the original Chaco soles. I got lots of compliments on these!

These have it all-comfort and glam. You could wear these all day hiking and then into town for dinner. Love the metallic! The straps are adjustable as well.

I broke my foot a year ago and still have pain everyday. I have to wear orthotics and foot pads all the time except when I wear the Chacos. These shoes are amazing. The arch support distributes the weight in my feet in a manner that relieves all of the pressure. I was reluctant to spend so much money on a pair of shoes but they were worth every penny. I am already thinking about purchasing another pair. If you have foot pain give the Chaco Cloud a try.

I wear an 8 1/2 in almost every shoe and based on other reviews, I ordered a size up (9). No matter how I adjusted the straps, the back strap was always loose. So I ordered an 8, and it fit like a glove. I definitely recommend ordering a size DOWN if you are a 1/2 size. They do not feel the least bit small, and are so comfy! Grateful for Zappos and their free shipping both ways!!

I bought these sandals looking for an athletic sandal that would provide the support of a tennis shoe. Several of my friends have these and LOVE them - so I thought I should finally give them a try. I normally wear a size 9.5 and I got a 9 in these and they are perfect! I have seriously flat feet and these have an arch that provide the stability I need to wear these in lieu of a tennis shoe in the summer. Since my feet are so flat it took a few wears to get use to the arch. The straps are great because you can adjust them to your comfort and tightness - it also took a few wears to get them where I like. Overall these are a great sandal for comfort and they are super cute!

Dealing with a neuroma in my foot hasn’t been fun and the show search has been long and arduous. Enter the Chaco. All of the straps are adjustable so you can always get the perfect fit. The toe loop is slightly uncomfortable (for me- I like to wiggle my toes a lot) but makes the whole sandal fit very securely. These aren’t for slipping on quickly, they do take some putting on, but walking is a pleasure in them!

This Chaco style is my favorite. It is comfortable to wear all-day, and the support is excellent. It takes a few minutes to adjust the straps; but it is well worth it. I have major bunions and these sandals not only accommodate the bumps, but look good doing it! These sandals are so secure that I can run short distances in them forget that I'm wearing a sandal instead of a workout shoe. The sole of the sandal provides good grip in all kinds of conditions. Love all the color choices!

Took me a few weeks with a few blisters to really break them in but after that they feel great. I wore them on vacation and after walking all day in them my feet did not hurt and neither did my ankles.

I ordered two pairs of the Chaco Z sandal because I wanted to see if I liked the Cloud as well as the Classic. They both fit perfectly and were so comfortable and cute, but the Cloud version was a little softer and cushier, so I returned the other one. Wish I could keep both--they are great shoes for plantar fasciitis problems and really last forever. Don't know what I'd do without them.

This is my fifth pair of Chacos and usually I have to adjust them several times do you sit right out of the box like a glove. Love the color and gray soles

The footbed was great but I had to exchange for the style with no toe loop! The loop tightened every time I took a step. The exchange was easy and they shipped super fast! I wear a 7.5 in shoe but the 7 fits perfect!

they are so awesome; i have my 1st pair of Chaco's. i have worn them to vacation bible school & have served lunch for 5 days in my new Chaco's. they have great support.

I love these shoes - they are comfortable to wear all day and have great arch support. The straps can be a bit tricky to get just right, but once you have it, you won't need to change the straps again. I think they are stylish to wear with a skirt or shorts.

Ordered recommended size — 1/2 size too small! Love Chaco’s!

I typically wear size 8 in Chaco but could not get the heel strap to fit on the size 8 no matter how I adjusted the straps. The arch support for size 8 did not align with my arch. Size 7 fits perfectly

I normally wear a 7.5 M normally. I ordered size 7. The length and width fit great. The straps adjust to fit my foot nicely. These are a great looking pair of shoes and really look pretty fabulous with anything.

Love these! First pair for me but my three sons have been wearing theirs for years. Durable and come in a variety of colors.

First time purchasing chacos and they are amazing! Great arch support and style.
