My first Chacos and I am pleased I bought them. I have joint fusion in my big toe and this sandal gives support where I need it!

Felt way small

I normally wear a 7.5 in shoes and go up to an 8 in running shoes. I got a 7 in these sandals and they fit great. Love how they can be tightened to fit my foot well.

Been wearing Chaco sandals for more than 20 years. These replace a pair that finally wore out after 10 years of use. Pretty similar although the arch seems to be in a slightly different spot than the old ones. I've worn these for about a week now and needed to adjust the straps daily at first but seem to have found the perfect adjustment finally.

Perfect! I can't say enough about how much I love my Chaco's. Great support, comfortable, and light weight! Zappos is the best place to order them as they have free shipping. If you order directly from Chaco's and need to send them back they will charge you a stocking fee. Yet, they claim to have free shipping. Zappos is the best!

LOVE these! They are so comfortable and give the right amount of support. My only suggestion is if you are in between sizes then order up. I read the reviews and ordered down. I am a true 6.5 and I ordered a 6 and my foot is almost too big. My toes are right at the end and my heal sticks over a tad. The straps are adjustable so you can always tighten if you order up.

I bought these for my sister. Her feet are wide and flat. She loves these sandals. She finds them supportive and comfortable.

Love the fit and support. They feel really comfortable but the strap between the toes might take some getting used to. This is my first pair of chaco's and can't wait for it to get warmer to wear them.

Best shoe purchase I’ve made in 2019! I love the blue/green colors and the style of the thin straps. The sole is lighter and more comfortable than my older Chacos. Wore them hiking in the mountains and at the beach as well as out to eat. Lots of compliments. 10/10 for comfort, versatility and looks!

After three days I was ready to throw these shoes away. I wanted to like them, but I just couldn’t get them adjusted to where they felt right. I stuck with it and after about a week they became my favorite shoes ever. I went hiking in the Rocky Mountains on some pretty primitive trails in them, whitewater rafting in them, and pretty much wear them daily. Now I want a second pair! Wish they could figure out how to make them less sporty and more dressy so I could wear them to work. ?

They feel amazing on my feet.

I wear a 9 12 in shoes and can wear a 9 in sandals. This shoe fit great in the 9. I liked the style and comfort of the arch support. I adjusted the straps and even though I have a NN foot I was able to secure them tight. The only thing I had trouble with was the toe getting tighter as I wore them even though I would make the toe area loose. I decided to go with the cloud z instead. I liked the look of the cloud z x2 better on my foot but did not want to fight with the toe getting tight.

I’m always a size 7 but needed a 6 in this shoe; size 6 fits perfectly. Super happy.

The fit is perfect. I love the wrap around toe design of these sandals. That's why I bought them. They are so comfortable that I can wear them all day. Very happy with my purchase.

I have extremely picky feet. Plantar fasciitis, fallen arches, and just sensitive all around but after trying so many different sandals I finally found a pair that works well! A little padding on top of great arch support and an adjustable strap to make it all comfy. The trick is to get your heel all the way back before adjusting the strap. I can walk like I have a tennis shoe on and that's amazing in the Iowa heat and humidity! These were slow to arrive though, ordering on a Saturday and receiving on a Wednesday. Wish Zappos would go back to UPS only!!!! USPS slows orders down and the next business day shipping is a thing of the past with USPS! Sad!!

Once I figured out how to adjust the straps the fit was perfect!

It takes a minute or 50 to adjust the straps correctly for your foot, especially the toe loop. But, once configured, they are comfy and very sturdy on your feet. I’ve worn them for a good hour walk and didn’t even get any hotspots, much less blisters. Worn them all day at work with no problems either. I’ve got plantar fasciitis and these are about the only shoes, much less sandals, I can wear without an over-the-counter orthotic insole.

I got the X and the X2, first in size 11, because my usual size is a 10-1/2. The 11's were perfect for my sister, who usually wears a size 12, and the adjustable straps were great for her narrow foot. I exchanged for 10's, which fit me perfectly. Great arch support and cushioning. I kept the X2's, which is just a matter of preference (my sister kept the X's).
