Once the straps are in the correct place for fit, too much strap is hanging off the back if you don’t have wide feet. Also, the straps are a total pain in the neck to do. Ugh.

These shoes were the same style and size that I had worn for years. However, they felt smaller . When I measured the old against the new I found that the new Chaco's were shorter than my reliable old sandals.

I don’t know if maybe the pair that I received was defective? Oddly, the strap across the lower part of my foot was way too long and not adjustable. My feet would have had to been massively fat for these to fit. I decided to go with a pair of Teva’s since they are adjustable at both the top and bottom. These are strange shoes, I don’t think they would fit anyone.

These sandals do not have a buckle clip for easy entry. My arches are too high to get them on comfortably. It was also really inconvenient to have to loosen the ankle strap slider buckle to put them on, and then tighten it back up.

I had to send these back, they were heavy, clunky and huge on me. I always wear a size 8M but these looked like I was a kid playing dress up in grown up shoes! The style and color are cute but the straps over the feet aren’t adjustable and were also way too big. It was my first attempt with Chacos but they’re not for me. I’ll stick with Teva for the customizable fit.

The straps on the front are WAY TOO LOOSE. No way to tighten them. Had to return the shoes the very next day..... I should have paid more attention to the reviews
