I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 in a tennis shoe and needed the 7 in this sandal. Cute style and color but just not comfortable. The footbed has a nice arch and is a bit cushiony, but it is shaped weird and it "hugs" my foot in the wrong places so will have to send them back. Thanks ZAPPOS for making this so easy and not charging me the shipping to shop and return items. Appreciate your speedy shipping, too. GREAT company!!

The arch, which is very pronounced (not a bad thing), was in the wrong place for me. I also need the toe loop as I feel like I need more to keep the shoe fitting properly.

I love the black and white double straps and really looked forward to owning these sandals, but the heel sits very low in this model. It is hard to tell this from the photos. I need a slightly raised heel and this shoe does not provide that.

Too heavy

I really wanted to like these sandals. I had read about the company and I thought that it would be a good choice but the sole of the sandal just felt "weird". It seemed like it didn't fit my foot. It felt high where it should have been low, etc. I'm sure it's just my foot but they did not feel comfortable to me. They look very nice.

I liked the style of these sandals, I think they would have been very comfortable; however, I have tried numerous times to get the buckle on the sandals to be in the same place on each foot. On the right foot the buckle is on top and on the left foot the buckle is on the side. The buckle on the side doesn't work as well because of the additional length of strap and I don't really like the buckle on the top. Since I originally purchased these for vacation and then didn't wear them due to the weather being to cool for sandals I am returning. I gave them 3 stars since I didn't wear them I don't really know about comfort, liked the style but the buckle is the drawback.

My feet are wide in the toe box - I don't always need a W shoe size but I would in this one. Other family members love Chaco's but I have yet to find a pair that feel comfortable.

My daughter really loves chacos. She has had several pair. They fit true to size and are cute and stylish but the straps hurt her little toe. Unfortunately we had to send them back.

I have a narrow foot, I had read that the straps were adjustable but the strap from big toe across foot to opposite side is NOT adjustable. I had over an inch of extra strap loose across my foot, so I had to return the shoes. I like the shoes but they do not work for my feet.

These sandals just won't work for my foot. Heel is too thin and strap won't stay up. I wanted to like them!

I have been trying to get a pair of Chaco sandals but the non adjustable width straps are a problem for my feet. I tried going up a size but then my toes did not reach toe area....looking for waterproof open sandals, but could not get Chaco to fit. Thank you zappos for all my back and forth purchases, but I did find one pair of closed toe Keen Clearwaters that fit perfectly out of the box. Now just need to find an open toe pair.

These would have been my first pair of Chaco sandals, but too narrow across top of foot. Unfortunately, will be returning.

The shoe was much narrower than expected!! My pinky toe couldn’t fit in it. The length and arch support were fine so I’m going to look for a wide.

These were the right length for my feet, (I wear a size 6 but ordered a 5) but the straps were not long enough.

I'm not sure what changed, but these chacos were way narrower than the classic models

Straps across the arch are too tight!

These looked fun, and I have heard great things about arch support with Chacos, but I can't truly comment about the support or comfort of these. The front straps are clearly designed with narrow toes in mind, so I was unable to even get my foot into the shoe. I have a narrow heel and wider toes, and usually am able to wear " normal width" shoes, just not these!

The problem with these sandles is that there was no way to tighten the straps at the top of the sandle around your toes. Way too wide for my feet. Front to back they seemed to fit fine.

Because of the Small straps it was too complicated to put on

I bought these looking for trail sandals after reading lots of positive reviews. They didn't work for me. They might work for you. I was expecting a less hard and less dense sole. The soles were super hard and dense. The footbed is also very narrow. I ended up buying Xero trail sandals instead, and that suited me more because the sole is so flexible. It's really up to personal preference. These might work great for you, or you might prefer a sandal with a more flexible sole.

I like the shoes, but the un-adjustable straps that cross the top of the foot were uneven. One shoe was right and the other was so wide or stretched out that my foot slid out. I was disappointed that they were sent to me when I felt like they were defective.

Arch was to high. Threw my balance off. Gave to my daughter. Little heavy.

The straps across the top of the sandal were so tight I couldn’t find it on. I have a petite foot, so it was a surprise! I gave it 2 stars since I couldn’t get the sandal on.

the straps were short, comfort underfoot was missing, so wad famous chacos arch support. NO longer a "go to" company for me.

Fit and size are fine but one of the straps is twisted. Are these seconds????? I've owned many pairs of Chacos, these are weird
