I have worn these sandals for the past 15 years. These sandals have thinner straps so they are not as supportive as those older sandals I have and are not as comfortable. The soles are not as substantial either..a little bit narrower. Is just a cheaper product of what they used to be in my opinion but still the same price.

I have knee problems and these just do not work for me . I think it's because they make me hit my foot in a proper position hence not letting me compensate for my knee

This shoe was impossible to adjust. After several videos, a call to Chaco customer service, I still was unable to make these work. I’m so disappointed.

I'm not sure these sandals are actually wide width. They came in a generic unlabeled box rather than a Chaco's box. They're much lighter weight than a supposedly identical pair I bought in August this year and the strap isn't the same. To be honest I wonder if they're a knock-off version that Zappo's is carrying. They'll be returned tomorrow. I found what I was looking for at our local REI this afternoon.

Surprisingly heavy and stiff, and with an arch so high the rest of my foot wasn't even resting on the shoe. Tried the left one--my larger foot by about a half-size, maybe slightly less. Just enormous, and couldn't figure out how to adjust the strap. Others have said Chacos are heavy; I should have paid attention!

I really wanted to like these. They'd be perfect for boating and are very cute. But, even though I ordered a wide fit and adjusted them as wide as I could, they still felt too tight at the broadest part of my foot (and other brands' wide shoes in the same size fit me no problem.) And, I found the soles to be very clunky, hard, and heavy, making for a very uncomfortable sandal. I returned these.

I initially ordered the normal width, and discovered my feet were too wide for the footbed. I exchanged them for the wide width - and the straps wouldn't tighten enough to sit tight against my feet. The arch support was amazing, so I'm disappointed they wouldn't fit my feet. I've returned and won't be trying this brand again.
