The straps don't fit my feet right so I won't be able to walk distance in them.

I ordered a 1/2 size up.. It's too large.

These shoes have great arch support but for those with a wider toe box they are too narrow in the front. The strap cuts into the foot making it feel cramped. Sadly these are going back.

These shoes are really cute and I wanted to love them. They were too large for my foot and just not comfy. I’ve had chacos in the past. But just think this brand does not work for my feet.

Too clunky for my taste!

Overall, I really like the look, fit and support of the sandal. But the textured footbed does not jive with my feet. In normal conditions, on a one mile walk, I will develop blisters on the bottom of my toes. I’m not sure what the benefit is of the textured footbed, but unfortunately because of that feature, Chaco’s will not work for me.

The size was good all around but the arch support was way to high.

The instep was just too high. I have a high arch but this was just too much. Everything else was true to size.

I bought these for my daughter who wears a standard 9M. They came today and she immediately tried them on. She found the straps that cross the toes to be so tight that her foot was really pinched. I'm going to try a 9W.

They are comfortable but the sole is way too chunky and gives it a wide base.

I bought these shoes for the stylish look but, alas, they were too clunky and heavy on my feet: not what you want in a summer sandal (even if you want a sturdy summer sandal). So back it went.

No matter how I adjusted the straps, toe area did not feel secure. It felt like it would be easy to trip in these sandals.

The heel strap was too loose, I have narrow heels and a slender foot, so I took up a little length at the buckle by taking the stitching out and resewing it to the desired length, this took care of the problem at the heel, all is well until I wore them all day,the arch in the sandal proved to be too high for my foot, I don't have a high arch nor do I have a flat foot, I'm some where in between. Any way at the end day my arches hurt, feet felt terrible,since I altered the strap for a better fit I can't send them back, so the game plan is to limit my time in them. One more thing the foot bed is rather abrasive, that will take some getting used to, too bad that this sandal didn't have a choice in the height of the arch and the length of the strap, after all , every ones feet are different but yahoo for the people who can enjoy them for they are a well made sandal.

I ordered this style and the Z-Volv X and returned this one. I really like the arch support provided by Chacos, and actually liked the strap color and material of this style better than the one I kept. This style has a thicker, heavier sole which bothers some some people, although I didn't mind. It also has a slightly higher arch than the other style, which may or may not fit you. I actually prefer the higher arch. HOWEVER, the strap was flawed. After I adjusted the strap to fit my slightly narrower than average foot, I had nearly two inches of surplus strap dragging on the ground. I probably could have cut and melted it, but I didn't want to chance ruining the strap on $100 sandal. A person with a much wider foot might not have the problem with the strap, but I question whether the sole would be wide enough, given how long the strap was.

I really wanted to love these more than just three stars, however the blisters that are currently on my feet tell a different story. I have worn these sandals daily for almost a month, powering through the blisters and at times, painfully tight straps (they seem to move even after I have readjusted them). In an effort to make Chaco's work in my life (let's face it, they are the only sandal strong enough to power through the barnacled beaches of the Pacific Northwest), I will be returning my current pair and exchanging for a wider footbed - Hopefully that fixes the problem!

I was looking for a flat and very open sandal and saw all the great reviews. They fit true to size and true to width and have support under the arches (which is very rare, and great.) The colors are nice. The main problem is the sole. It is rock hard. As I've gotten older and struggled with illness and bad spinal stenosis I find I need cushioning or a sole that flexes. This has not flex and no cushioning so I have to return them.

I really wanted these sandals to fit, but they were very uncomfortable. The design was just off somehow. I ordered 2 pair, in different colors, and the bad fit was the same for both.

I love the color of the straps on these Chacos! I wish the sole was more firm - I have hallux rigidus and need a stiff sole. These seemed to run a bit long in size as they fit differently than the same size in a different style.

Cute shoes, but very uncomfortable. They felt like walking on stiff boards. Disappointing, will return.

As other reviewers have noted, you cannot adjust all the straps. Making this an uncomfortable shoe.

These have very high arch support and it felt like I was walking on a tennis ball...they went back to Zappos. Not for me, but I usually wear sandals, ballet flats or barefoot style running shoes. If you are used to more arch support you might like these.

I wear an 8 shoe and these were big and felt like the arch hit in the wrong place. I did not like the color on me, not at all flattering. I have plantar fasciitis and wanted something I could wear for a longer time.

I found the soles way too heavy for my liking and returned them

This shoe had so much potential for a trip I was going on that I was doing many different activities and needed a multipurpose sandal that could get wet. However, the strap across the front of the foot was so far back that the front of my foot was flopping around no matter how tight I made the straps. Further, the heel strap was not adjustable, so that was sliding off my foot as well.

SUPER heavy. And enormous. Hated these.
