Chaco are my new favorite summer sandals. I really like the straps across the heel so I don't have to scrunch my toes to keep the sandal s on. In regular shoes I wear an 8 but in sandals I size down to 7 and this worked perfectly with the Chacos.

Bought these for my daughter. She has wide difficult to fit feet and these are perfect. The shoes are easy to manipulate the straps to get off and on. They fit me as well and support good on the base.

I own two pairs of the Chaco Z/1 and both have held up extremely well! I recommend Chaco sandals to everyone-men and women- because they are comfortable as well as practical. They fit true to size and are fully adjustable. Overall, I only have good things to say about these Chacos!

These shoes are great! Super comfortable, great for walking, and hold up really well. I usually wear an 8 in shoes but in these I had to go with a 7 wide.

I love these sandals and have them in many colors. They have a good arch and are so comfortable that I can walk in them all day.

Last pair of all black chaos lasted me 10 plus years. Looking for another pair. I bought the medusa rose pair, they look better in person. I was surprised to see a depth of color orange/red in the pattern that is very fun & sporty and 'rich' looking.

These sandals are very comfortable. I could wear them all day long. They adjust to fit your foot exactly. The arch support is excellent! I also think they look cute!

It's great for walking.

These sandals have changed the way I walk. I've dealt with back pain when I walk long distance for most of my life, but I've only recently learned that it was due to over-pronation, possibly caused by high arches. All my life I've noticed that the heels of my shoes get worn down at a very strange angle, however with the Chacos my heels wear evenly. I think that the trick with Chacos Z/1 is the great arch support. These sandals are very comfortable, and I like their simplicity in style. I also like that they are so easy to keep clean and smell-free. But I do wish that they came in additional solid-color options, like gray or blue.

These are fantastic! My daughter brought them on a semester abroad where she backpacked all over and they really took a beating and kept her feet protected and comfortable! Love these shoes!!

Since these only come in whole sizes, I got the 9W and I normally wear an 8.5W. They are way to big so can't comment on comfort because of that.

Chaco's are the best sandals I have ever found! The arch support is amazing, the vibram soles make them a delight to walk on - whether you are on pavement or a rocky shore. I love that I can get them wet, and not worry about them. Adjusting them to my feet is easy, with instructions right in the box. I like the top of the sole, because my foot doesn't slip in the bed. I like the strap that goes around your heel - it keeps them from slipping forward when you walk. AND they look amazing! The strap colors available are always great and easy to coordinate with your wardrobe. These sandals work well in an urban or outdoor setting. They look great as a casual work sandal, but they are quite capable of running a rapid on the river or taking a trail. These are probably my sixth pair of Chaco sandals! I prefer the Z without the toe loop (vs. the Z/2) and a single strand of webbing (vs. ZX).

This shoe is worth its weight in gold. I never imagined that a sandal could be this comfortable. They are as comfortable as hiking boots! My husband and I recently took a trip to MN, and were hiking up rocks, through rivers, up waterfalls, etc. These shoes are surprisingly grippy. Only about once a day did I need to tighten the shoes which can be done in 2 seconds by bending over and pulling a strap. Genius design. SOOOO much better than Teva shoes I've had in the past. I'm a life time Chaco's customer from now on! *Would love to see many more patterns though, pickings are slim....*

I love these sandals! These are going to be my one and only's from now on. I needed a comfy and supportive sandal to wear during our big move this summer and these were comfortable from the first day!

Follow easy instructions to adjust the continuous strap and wear strap loose to avoid rubbing. Great sandals. Slip on and off with little effort once adjusted. Good support and protection. Black for women is good looking and not too clunky. Recommended by two friends and very impressed. Worth the price.

I love these sandals! This is my second pair in five years, and they are virtually indestructible. I chose them because of the good arch support, and find that I can wear them in comfort for many hours. I can even walk the dog in them! For the fashion conscious, people will compliment you on how cute they are.

After being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis my podiatrist recommended wearing Chaco sandals. I initially bought the Chaco Z with the toe loop, but found that no matter how often I adjusted them my big toes would get constricted by the loop. Switched to the Chaco Z/1 which doesn't have a toe loop and I love them. The arch is amazing and it gives my heels a break from the strain of the plantar fasciitis. Also have 2 pair of Z/Volv Chacos. I do wear them, but find that the arch isn't quite as developed and firm. That being said, the Z/Volv is much lighter. I wear a size 8 in a casual shoe and the size 8 in the Chaco fits perfectly. My foot if narrow and so I have to cinch the strap fairly tight and wrap it around the back strap to keep it from dragging on the ground. If you need a dressier sandal and suffer from plantar fasciitis, I recommend the Dansko sandals.

I recently purchased these trendy Chacos sandals for my granddaughter. She can't be more thrilled with them. It was so easy to order from Zappos. They were delivered exactly when promised! Awesome experience. Will definitely purchase from Zappos again!

I am in love with these sandals. I've always been a Teva person, but didn't like any of the colors I saw. These are perfect, and so much more comfy than Tevas. I am a Chaco's girl now.

VERY happy with this sandal after a rugged trip to Southern Mexico -- uneven pavement, rocky pathways, puddles, mud, you-name-it. I was reluctant to buy these as a replacement for a thong-style sandal apparently not being made by Chaco any more. But I highly recommend them for their comfort, ruggedness and yes -- good looks. Everyone is different in terms of what works for them in footwear. Initially, I was worried about how exposed by toes were with these sandals, but it wasn't a problem at all. I grew to enjoy the sensation of walking almost barefoot, after having my feet encased in boots this winter. It took a short bit of adjustment time, is all. The arch support is very good and it was nice to be able to let my feet 'breathe' all day in hot, humid weather. Bravo. I think another pair of these is in my near future.

the fit was good the strap was digging into my foot.

I got these to replace my VERY OLD Chacos which were a Size 6. I think my feet have spread out a bit because they felt a tad smaller so I bought a 7 (maybe a bit big, but better overall). A 6.5 would have been perfect!

the sole was a little too thick for me.
