Fit and comfort level are great but after wearing a few times it’s falling apart. Low quality. Disappointed.

i got these in green and they fit perfect. these are too big.

I've been super disappointed with this shoe. I have worn it for two weeks and it already looks like it has been a year. I work an office job and walk 5 short blocks to work. I say this because I have not put much wear and tear on them. The material is already pilled up and the wood sole has worn off. They also seem to stain easily. It is too bad because they are really cute and I want them to be my go to shoe. Perhaps if they were made in a leather they would hold up better.

I have other Toms that all fit well. The 8 was too tight and the 8.5 was too loose/ the heels popped off. Was disappointed as this is such a cute shoe. Just did not fit well.

This shoe is very wide. I purchased in my usual toms size and granted I have feet on the narrower side, they engulfed me. I would go down a half size for length. For me with narrow feet, I don’t think any size would have narrowed enough. If you have wider feet, this just may be the shoe for you though! Also, I have several pointed toe shoes, but this point just seemed to “elfin” to me. I am returning and getting another toms style.

I love the style of these and wanted them to fit so badly. Unfortunately these are not true to size. They were wide and too much room for slipping.

This is a very unflattering shoe. Although I ordered and 8.5 med... the shoe is marked as being a W.. and it was very very wide... no arch support

I like this shoe and have it in other colors. You do have to break it in, it’s a little rigid the first time wearing. But that goes away. I did return the black ones though because the fabric dye rubbed off on my toes. I read that others had this same experience with the black fabric, so I’m sharing as well and I’d advise trying a different color.

My toes were bunched up, so I'm going to try a half size larger. Also, the top was rubbing one of my feet. Very cute shoe though.

Cute shoe but the lining on the inside of this shoe rubs off onto nails and leaves stubborn black mark that ruins nail polish. Love the style, hate the lining. No real arch support.

These shoes are an enigma. The design looks amazing but feels sloppy - no arch or footbed support, an oddly loose fit (even when sizing down) that somehow still does not allow room for insoles, and weird rubbing (on the top sides of my feet). The shape is so flattering that I wanted to talk myself into keeping them, but reality is that these shoes were not made for feet.

I have this style in a tan suede version and this particular shoe is significantly wider than the one I already have. I am so bummed. They're so cute and comfortable, but this shoe is too wide.

This are super cute, however they fit weird and are really stiff. Maybe on someone else's feet they will work, just not mine.

OUCH! So painful. They are so cute and I wanted to love them, but I couldn't keep them on my feet for longer than 2 minutes. Scratching at my heel / squeezing my toe / immediately felt like they would become sweaty and smelly if I kept them on for any length of time. I wanted these to feel like traditional TOMS. They don't.

First off, I LOVE zappos! I will always be a loyal customer ;-). But I have to review these because they just did not hold up. It was my first Toms purchase and I love their giving spirit, however, these shoes wore so quickly. They looked like I'd had them for years after just a couple weeks. The suede seems to absorb anything it comes into contact with. They have many stains and some of the threads started coming undone around the stitching. I am not super hard on shoes so this was noticeable for me.

I really, really wanted these shoes to work. I have the discontinued style with the pattern over the toe in taupe, and they are incredibly comfortable. These however, were not. The seam on under the right ankle dug into my foot, and the heels in general felt very uncomfortable and cheap. The sole padding also felt thinner than the old version. At this price, I can't justify having to do inserts AND sock liners to make them not feel cheap. I am happy to do inserts for added support that I personally need, but the bottom line is this particular pair did not feel worth the price.

Terrible. I thought they would be like my regular Tom's just in a cute more work appropriate shape but these were awful. The fabric is stiff and they hurt just to walk around the house in.

I had previously tried this shoes on in a store so I felt confident ordering them from Zappos once I decided to purchase them. Unfortunately when I received them they did not fit at all like I remembered. I knew I needed to go a half-size larger, but much like many other comments have mentioned, the heel is ridiculously wide. I have narrow feet and even narrower heels so I'm used to (and expect) some slipping. I think the main problem with these shoes is that the heel has NO structure or support. This would be fine in a regular pair of Toms or some casual slides, but this does not work with a flat like this. Unfortunately I have to return them because there's no way I can wear them without them flipping off my feet.

These shoes are super cute, but the heel is wide and I walk out of them. I even ordered a half size smaller and that usually works with TOMS shoes.

Great. Except I’m quite disappointed. Just like other reviews, the stitching gave out on the shoe after 2 times. I had to throw them out as they are unreasonable. Great shoe. Looks nice but poor quality.

I usually love TOMS shoes - I own two pairs of boots and a pair of sneakers that I wear regularly. I was so disappointed by these flats. They stretched out immediately, so much so that they would not stay on my feet. Walking up and down stairs was especially difficult. They also started to fall apart quickly. I only wore them a few times, but it looked like I had them for years. The inner sole started to bunch up and was very uncomfortable. Even though I would recommend TOMS as a brand generally, these shoes definitely are not worth the purchase.

The shoe is super cute but would slip off the back of the foot. I don’t think I could have gone smaller so I sent them back. I wear a 7 and ordered a 7.

Sadly this shoe did not work for me. It squished my toes and kept slipping off on the heel.

I would consider my foot to be normally shaped, but these shoes hardly contoured my foot at all. The pointed toe felt way too curved in. I have a narrow foot too and these were way too wide. It’s too bad, because the shoes looked adorable.
