The back of the shoe is too high and will cut into my heel. The color was less grey/black than anticipated, with more of a blue hue. Also, the shoe was a half size too big.

Based on other reviews, I ordered a half-size smaller than I normally do. The length of the shoes fit okay, but my heel slips out when I walk. I will likely have to return them as I don't want to always to worry about my shoes staying on when I'm walking. Other than the poor structure in the back, they are super cute and comfortable and I would've loved to have them as work shoes. I'm still debating on keeping them. I just shouldn't have to find inserts to keep shoes from flopping off.

Pretty uncomfortable compared to classic Toms but really cute style. I'm trying to find some sole inserts or something to help with the fit, but so far no luck.

Felt very narrow in the toe. Doesn't seem to come in wide width either. Sad..heard these shoes are awesome.

Really cute but the material is hard so I think they would be painful to walk in and they seem to run a little small. I was hoping they would fit just like my regular Toms.

Heel is almost falling out of the 10 (I'm usually a 10 in Toms) and yet it was also crushing my toes like crazy. Really really wanted to love these because they were so cute!

Too wide

Cute but super inconsistent sizing. I own these in the grey chevron in the same size and they fit perfectly. The cheetah was about a full size larger in the exact same size. I also tried the black on in person and they were too large. I reccomend ordering your size and a size down and keep what fits best.

I was looking for dressier flats, and as a huge fan of traditional Toms slip-ons, I figured these would be a great choice. I bought them in black and love the suede material. However, the shoe is a bit awkward in size. The toe gets very narrow, while the heel is quite wide. So you have to either compromise on a painful toe with a comfortable heel, or a more spacious toe with a too big heel. I received these in an 8 and it hurt my toes so bad, so went up to a 9. It felt great in the toe, but my heel pops out a little when I walk. At the end of the day, I decided to keep them because they did look so cute. However, I would never wear these to go out all day for lots of walking. They are reasonably comfortable, but because of the too big heel, I just can't wear these for lots of walking.

Love the look of these shoes. BUT Tom's sizing is always a problem. Normally wear size 10, but usually half size smaller in Toms. Ordered 9.5; perfect fit in heel area, but toes were about to pop out. Exchanged for a 10 thanks to zapppos fabulous return process. Size 10 feels only minutely larger in toe area and heel is beginning to slip. Any larger would have them flopping off my heels even though I would appreciate more room in the toes. I do have a wide foot and the width is pretty good. I'm going to hope they stretch a bit. Unfortunately I don't think they're going to be the comfy go-to flat I wanted though, and expected at this price point. I should return them, but they're so cute I'll probably suffer through.

These are super cute and I wanted to keep them. The reason why I returned them is the lack of arch support.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the heel on these is uncomfortable. I could tell they would give me blisters so had to return them. Too bad because they are cute!

Really cute but just didn't seem like the quality was worth the price. The arch support was very light.

Other reviewers said that their heels slipped out of the shoe and that happened to me too so they must go back. Overall, the shoe is comfortable but my feet don't stay in them.

Really tight across the toes. Not the comfort you think of when you think of wearing Toms. Sending back.

The toe was too pointy for my liking, which is sad because I really liked the style/fabrics of the shoe. I ordered an 8, which is the size of 3 other Toms shoes that I own, but this one was tight.

TOMS used to make some great ballet flats. Sure, my heel would drag a bit, and they'd fray, but they were ridiculously comfortable, and I miss them. I've been hoping they'd make a return, but when they didn't, I tried these. So not the same. No real "give" in the width (I have a fat foot, boo) and after breaking them in for a few hours while on my feet edumacating the chillins, I was glad I'd brought a pair of flips flops to give my feet some relief. So while I was hopeful, overall I think these shoes are just okay. They're totally cute, and I like that the "TOMS" label on the back blends in more now, but they're not as comfy as what I'm used to from TOMS.

Sizing is inconsistent, but these are very cute. I bought these in both grey and black stripe in size 11. The black stripe fit perfect, but the grey was humongous. So I tried the grey in a 10 and it was way too small. Sad since the grey would have been really nice for summer. Sending back the grey.

I ordered these in black, and though the toe was shinier than I expected, they are really quite nice looking flats. But terribly uncomfortable, I found. I don't have very wide feet, but my left foot felt quite constricted (the right was okay). I ordered a half size down as others suggested doing, but even so I felt they were too big. Especially if they stretch even the slightest bit. Going back.

I tried these shoes in my usual size 6. That is the size I always get in Toms Classics. They were much too large and my foot would fall out of the shoe. I then tried a size 5.5 and they were much too tight! I couldn't even fathom trying to break them in, or waiting to see if they would eventually stretch. Sadly, this shoe did not work for me. This shouldn't be an issue with Toms. I would purchase Toms Classics again, and although this shoe is very cute and the sole would be very comfortable of the sizing were right, it just didn't work for me. I have a slightly wider foot, but not wide enough to ever necessitate purchasing specially sized wide shoes. Sad!

I wanted to like these so badly but they just weren't as cute on my feet. They felt true to size and semi-comfortable but I just didn't love the style. They were almost a bit "clunky" for flats but I was looking for something that I could walk around in, which I think they would work well for. Size felt dead on, I just didn't like them on so I'm returning them.
