These flats cover up the top of the foot more than most flats. They seem pretty comfortable, but my feet kept slipping out. The heels are too wide for me.

I love these flats, but they aren’t very durable. They quickly lose shape and become stretched out. I would suggest ordering a half size up to account for that.

Pretty shoe, but too loose on the heel.

These shoes seemed fine at first, but after wearing them a few times, they were flopping on my foot and not comfortable at all. The toe box squished my toes and there is not real cushion or support for my high arches. Overall, pretty disappointed.

I ordered a size 5 my normal size. There was some slippage on the heel and too wide for my narrow foot. If you generally have a narrow foot these will be too wide for you. Shame, they are very cute but sadly had to be returned.

Really cute style and comfortable, but these shoes did not hold up well at all. The wood look finish rubbed off the heel and just shows plastic, they stretch out quite a bit, and the black looks faded. Kinda bummed for the price I paid and have only worm them occasionally for two months or so.

Love the look of the shoes, but I’m on the fence about keeping them. The 9.5 seems a tad to snug but the 10 seems huge and falls off my heel.

have had these for a couple months. +I get lots of compliments on them but - I have high archest and these don't feel comfortable at all. I had to add in an insert. - they seem to run really big and really wide. So even with the insert they are still loose - the inside lining is already coming out and I've only had them 2-3 months. Wear them a couple times a week.

This is my 4th pair of jutti flats, I love them as work shoes. However this laser cut pair stretched out so badly I only got about 2 months of wear out of them before they wouldn’t even stay on my feet and they look all floppy. Wish they would bring back the solid kind without all the perforations/holes.

This is my second pair of these shoes. The first pair I returned because the inside lining came off after about 2 weeks. I’ve had this pair for about 2 1/2 weeks & can tell it is going to happen again. If the lining didn’t come out these would be a great flat for the summer. I find it annoying that this is happening with a shoe that costs this much. I have 8 pairs of Toms & this is the only pair it has happened to.

Too small, but the size up was too large. Disappointed! Very stylish, loved the shoe, wish it was a bit more uniform in the sizing.

I bought these in the tan color. They are so cute and super stylish. The sole is very durable and hard, I don't see them wearing out quickly. Unfortunately these were just too large and my heels slips out just slightly when I walk and I have to return them. I'm fearful they will stretch even more and if they're already a bit big, they won't fit at all. Very sad! Bought them in a size 12 and size 11. The 11 were way too snug (could barely get my foot in/out of the shoe, no way I could walk in them. But the size 12 were too big! Typically if the 11 is too small a size up works for me, but unfortunately not in this case.

This is a pretty shoe but very soft material gaps open at the instep. There is little to no arch support.

Cute and would be comfortable, if they weren't JUST slightly too small - have to return and order in the next size up as the shoes squeezed my toes too much to be comfortable all day.

Cute but the outside edge of the shoe digs into mid-foot while walking. They also run a little long size-wise.

I love TOMS Avalon style and really wanted to love these too. For me, the shape wasn't what I was looking for. While to top of the shoe came up high enough to avoid rubbing on my bunion, it also made for an awkward look (imho). Positives - what you'd expect from TOMS: well constructed, beautiful yet casual, comfortable. The style just wasn't for me.

Love this shoe but sizing is not typical - I wear a 7.5 consistently. The 7.5 was just big enough in this shoe that I would walk out of it. When I ordered the 7, it was perfect on one foot & WAY too tight on the other. This has never, ever been a problem for me and the difference is so stark that I can't even understand it. Too bad I wore them rushing out the door to work before I realized & couldn't return. :(

Extremely cute shoe of about average Tom's quality. I found that the shoe ran short and narrow and had to exchange for a size up.

I really wanted to love these - they look great on and the color is exactly what I was looking for, but they just aren't comfortable. I don't have particularly wide feet but the toe box is small and the material rubs in a way that doesn't feel like it will stretch to fit with wear. It wasn't terrible for me but I do agree with other reviewers in that I could see how the back could slip off, especially if I got a larger size to fit the toe box. I considered keeping them but they aren't exactly comfortable flats as a go-to casual shoe, which was the whole point. Overall just really sad about it.

Super stiff fabric, very uncomfortable.

These shoes have a cute look but not a great construction. As other reviewers have noted, the heels are fairly loose and so they definitely rub. I used some moleskin stuck in the back to prevent blisters but it is kind of sad to have to doctor a new pair of shoes just for the look. The back heel part is also a bit taller than what I am used to with a normal flat, so that doesn't help. Ultimately I am keeping them but I have been known to choose look over comfort. Ultimately, if you can get these on sale and are willing to make your own adjustments, they are a decent buy. But if you are picky about comfort, you should probably pass.

Very cute style - and comfortable - but as other reviewers had said: the heel often slips out the back :( Sadly had to return!

These shoes are very cute and stylish; I wanted to buy additional colors when I first opened the box. However, one mile and two blisters later—I'm disappointed. I put them on again after the blisters healed (even with bandages for prevention) and they were even more uncomfortable!

I really wanted these shoes to work but I had them on less than 30 minutes and ended up with a giant blister. My husband said they were cute but I said I wouldn't look cute limping in them. So back they go.

I'm a true 8.5, and unfortunately these shoes run true to size but don't come in half sizes. The 8 was too tight and the 9 too big. They're super cute, but the shoe is also very hard and I'm sure would blister badly until broken in. Had to return.
