I actually ordered my normal shoe size,8, but they were huge and after reading reviews they stretch. I ended up returning the original pair and sizing down a full size (7) and they are wonderful. I only rated them with 4 stars because I haven’t actually worn them out of the house yet.

Comfortable shoe. Ordered my usual size & it fit great.

Nice shoe! Great looking, they feel good -but I should have sizes down a half size that was recommended (from and 8 to a 7 1/2). I will be sending them back and exchanging for the smaller size. Can’t wait to get them... luckily 1. Zappos are amazing with returns/exchanges and 2. Zappos are super fast. I would recommend them, but advise to go down a half size.

Tom’s can be so inconsistent with their sizing across styles. I’m a 12. These were very tight and narrow and being a 12 that leaves me no option to size up. Other Tom’s in size 12 have fit on the large size or have fit perfectly. Please be more consistent Tom’s!!! Also, when I received these they looked like they had been slightly worn. Scuff marks on sole and dark marks on the leather. I would at least have exchanged them for a fresh pair had they fit.

Wanted desperately to love this shoe as I was looking for the perfect flat for work and going out purposes. The shoe is very cute and flattering but also, very stiff. I thought it would work for my narrow feet but each size I tried it felt too big. I initially tried my typical size in 6 and noticed right away that it felt too big so I opted for a smaller size thinking that would work, but it didn't. I was pretty disappointed because everything else regarding this shoe..styling, color options and versatility were a bonus.

I ordered the 7 1/2 (too small) and the 8( too big) . I'm normally an 8 but wear 7 1/2 in the original Tom's. I also bought a size 8 in the Deconstructed and they fit perfectly. Tom's sizes seem a little all over the place. Really loved these shoes but can't seem to find a size that actually fits.

Love these flats! Adorable look and comfortable. My only complaint is that after wearing for about 3 times the insole is starting to come out.

Absolutely adorable. The left shoe is too tight. If I wear for more than an hour it starts to cause a blister on top of my foot. Perhaps if you have narrow feet this wouldn't be an issue. I have normal width feet and ordered a size up.

One shoe fit perfectly, another shoe was 1/2 size too big. I had to return these shoes which is frustrating because I like the style. This happened in a different t pair of Tom’s and I thought I was going crazy that only one shoe was too big; but I guess it’s Tom, not me.

love how these look and length seems good, but 8.5 just a bit too narrow for my toes. I think I'm an 8.75 in TOMS as the 9 is a bit too loose!

Cute and comfortable! I wear a 6.5 in various TOMS styles, therefore I ordered 6.5 in these. I recommend sizing a half size down. They are cloth and stretch, and I'm already stepping out of the heel in these. Nonetheless, they're still comfortable and versatile.

These are pretty comfortable, but did take a bit to break in. As others have said, they do stretch as you wear them. I would definitely recommend these for anyone that struggles with finding flats that don't irritate bunions.

Super comfy. Very casual shoe. I bought the black...and kind of wish the sole came in black too. They are cute, but not super stylish. Again, very casual shoe. Great with jeans and for walking around.

These shoes are so cute and would have been perfect for work if they would fit better! I ordered one size and it was too small. The. I ordered the next size up and they were too big (my heal slipped). There's no way I could have avoided major blisters with these, so I had to return them.

I usually run anywhere from a 8 to a 9.5 depending on the type of shoe and the brand. I ordered the Jutti Flat in a 8.5 and a 9. Out of the box the 8.5 seemed snug while the 9 was HUGE, particularly in the heel - it would flop off the back with every step. After reading some reviews about how they do stretch and wear in I decided to keep the 8.5. The first few days is a bit uncomfortable but once you get a little mileage on them these shoes are GREAT.

I enjoy these flats, but they take a while to break in. I have very sensitive heels, so I had to wear bandaids and put mole skin in them otherwise I got blisters on the back of my heel. Otherwise I love them. Comfortable and dressy enough to wear to work. Would recommend.

A little tight at first but definitely stretched to my liking! Very cute style, goes about with any outfit.

These shoes are comfortable and versatile, but they run wide. I bought these in gray to wear to work with dresses and jeans while still being comfortable when walking outside. They are fairly sturdy but not so stiff that they don't move. They're very cute and break in well within a couple of weeks. The sides of the soles are painted on, so the brown does rub off a bit with wear. They are not supportive, but I wasn't expecting much anyway. The reason I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very wide. I sometimes order wide width shoes if they are available, but these are much wider than average, especially classic Toms. The heels sometimes slip off the back and they are overall loose. I ordered my normal size (6.5) and I don't know if ordering a half size smaller would have helped or just been uncomfortable on my toes because the length of the shoe is perfect for my foot.

Just as cute in person as they appear on the website! They are a little roomy, but I have sweaty feet so the airflow is nice.

The shoes are cute, but a bit snug. I typically wear a 9 comfortably in TOMS shoes, but normally a 9/9.5 depending on the brand. I should have ordered the 9.5. Other reviewers said that they stretch out so order smaller. I went with the regular 9 thinking they'd be fine. Unfortunately, they're a bit tight in the front and squish my feet. Too bad I've been wearing them around all day, otherwise, I'd return them. A bummer too because they're kind of expensive for what they are.

These shoes are nice and like the real leather. The cut at the top of the toes fits nicely over my bunion. (that is usually a problem)!! The insole is cushion-y and comfortable but flat. I did find an insole to put in for a little arch support. I'm sure that this will be a shoe that I wear a lot.

Cute shoe overall. Liner inside is not removable. Runs slightly smaller so order 1/2 size up. A bit tight on the toes.
