Feels good, looks good though theres not much arch support but its for a good cause and great style!

Best shoe purchase I've made in a long time! I bought these discounted at a store and loved them so much I later ordered them online in another color, even though they were more expensive than my initial pair. No break-in period, no rubbing, no blisters. My commute to work is a little over a mile and I can walk back and forth in these completely comfortably. I generally wear an 8, and an 8 works perfectly for me in these.

A very good looking shoe overall, although the Toms logo is prominent on the heel as it's embroidered boldly with the shiney light color. The heel edge was rough and stiff, making it a tough blister inducing shoe. The toe also folded when walking, leaving a crease. Due to the heel discomfort, I've returned this cute shoe.

I love TOM'S shoes, but this pair felt very sturdy and like it could be worn well with slacks or jeans.

Love. I'm a fairly true size 7 but wasn't sure so ordered both 6.5 and 7...it was a tough choice but I went with the 7 and am happy.

My friend recommend them to me so I gave them a chance. It was the right choice. I'm usually an 8 1/2 and that's what I got and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable! I can dress them up or down.

Great shoe. Perfect true to size fit. I have black, striped, tan and cheetah. Please give us navy and some two tones too!

Love these shoes! I'm on my feet all day presenting for work and they have saved my feet from being so sore at the end of the day. Lightweight, professional looking, yet your typical TOMS comfort and fit. Highly recommend. True to size.

This is my first Toms purchase. I never liked the look of most Toms styles but this one reeled me in. I selected my normal size and they fit great. These are cute and help this middle aged lady look up to date. Thanks Zappos for your great service in next day delivery!

These shoes are awesome! They are my favorite pair of flats...so comfortable, you can dress up or down with them, and they go with everything! I have a really bad back so o can't wear heels right now - these shoes are such a great, comfortable alternative to heels and perfect for work. I'm going to order another pair!

These shoes are so comfy and stylish! I love Tom brand shoes. Definitely a must have. :) Don't hesitate to purchase. I wear a size 5 and these fit perfectly.

Love the look of this shoe. Its comfy but the back has started rubbing. I think it will get better as it breaks in a little more. I think I will also need to add a heel insert as it stretches out.

These may be the most beautiful flats I have ever owned. I gave the arch support moderate, but they may be closer to excellent, I haven't worn them long enough to know. Because I tend to need a little bigger size in flats I ordered these a half size larger than normal. One foot is a little big, and I may have been able to take my regular size but why take the chance? This is the first pair of Tom's I have purchased because I don't usually care for the style, but these are SERIOUSLY beautiful Pricey for flats but worth it! (I may need to purchase more, lol!)

I love these shoes. They are very stylish. I can bartend 8 hours and wear these shoes.

I am loving my new Toms! After talking with others and reading some online reviews, I decided to order down a size. I typically wear 9.5 in Tom flats, but got 9's. They felt a little snug the first few times I wore them but fit perfectly now. I have noticed the heel slipping on my left foot, but nothing that I can't stand.

Thanks, Zappos! I ordered these yesterday and they just arrived. When I tried them on it was just like slipping into my trusty and well worn Toms canvas shoes. I ordered my regular size 10 and find these to be a perfect fit. Roomy enough in the toe box, not too pointy, perfect width and no slippage at the heel. Also no visible toe cleavage. I also prefer a shoe with no arch support and a thinner sole and these fit the bill.

LOVE these shoes! Could work for any season. Goes great with jeans and skinny black pants. Cannot believe how comfortable they are. My first pair of TOMS, but will not be my last. They are a flat and does not have arch support, but that's what you find anywhere in this style of shoe.

I was afraid to get these because I grew out of wearing toms a few years ago but they looked so cute I had to try. I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled them out of the box and tried them on. They are more comfortable than traditional flats in my opinion and they can accommodate the width of my flat feet without stretching out the shoe (I am a normal width but my flats always seem to lose their nice structure in the width). I normally wear an 8-8.5 so I ordered and 8.5 but I think I could get away with an 8 because it feels a bit loose on the heels.

These are so comfortable. Only many of the reviews said these ran large and stretched out. Not the case for me. I usually wear a size 9 and my toes were scrunched in them, so I exchanged for a size 9.5. I don't forsee them stretching out. Most of all, they are cute, feminine, and functional.

I love wearing flats out of comfort and also because I walk so much to/from work and within the building, up/down stairs, and across campuses. Flats are generally really bad for your foot, arch and leg, especially some of my favorite ballet flats (Sam Edelman, Franco Sarto) - these have the classic Toms sole which is so comfortable. My feet and shins do not feel as much impact or hurt at the end of they day as they do with my other flats. They seem pretty durable so far. I am looking to get another pair in black!

Love these flats! They're so comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I am usually a size 8; size 8 in this shoe fits a little big. However, the size 7.5 is too small. Ended up going with the size 8, which worked out.
