So cute and I love the color (I ordered the olive ones). Originally ordered a 7.5 like my Classic Toms but they were definitely too small. I exchanged them for an 8 and they are a little snug but after wearing them around the house, I'm pretty confident they will stretch a little and be perfect.

I love these flats. Nice cushion on my feet. Cute.

I LOVE these shoes. I'm actually going to order a second pair as a back up in case they stop carrying this pattern. I had been searching for comfortable flats that I could wear to work and be on my feet for 5+ hours comfortably and hadn't found them until I tried these shoes. I currently have the black and the vegan gray. I will probably end up with every color. I even wore the black ones for a night out that included dancing and my feet felt great. Some other reviewers have complained about arch support, but I don't know a pair of flats out there that DO give great arch support. I normally need the arch support but haven't had any problems with these flats. My one tip is going down a half size. I normally wear 8.5 and 8s fit me perfectly.

I love Hess flats. They work so well from work to play. My only complaint is that the heel seems a little big. My foot flops out of my shoe if I cross my legs and let my foot dangle. If I go down a size, the shoe is a too small. Nothing a rubber grip in the hell didn't fix though!

This is the third pair of Toms Jutti Flats. They start out a bit stiff and maybe a little narrow in the toe -- especially if your foot is wider in this area. They do stretch out and get extremely comfortable. I walk to work every day and have to have comfortable shoes that hold up, which is hard for flats to do. The newer models of Jutti Flats seem to hold their shape much better than the older ones. I think you'll really like these flats.

These are the most comfy toms I own. Size down. They stretch a ton. Great cush and still enough support. Sleeker look and these are very easily dressed up compared to the other styles.

These are my second pair of Toms Jutti Flats. They are pretty comfortable, especially since I walk about 2 miles a day to get to work. They do stretch out after a fair amount of regular wear. I wear a size 10 and any flats with elastic backs means they are too small for my feet (and most flats don't come in 10.5); these flats, however, are true to size and super comfortable.

Adorable shoes. Got three compliments on the first day I wore them. I might get another pair as they are cute and comfy. Reviews said they Were a bit small so I ordered an 8 and an 8.5. I usually where 8.5 but the heel was too wide as well as the toe. Size 8 fit better. A little tight in the toe but I expect these will stretch as they are made of a canvas type material. This is why I gave a 4 star on comfort. Black is great with jeans or pants for work. Great for travel as they can smoosh up in your travel bag. I think I will investigate a spray waterproofer as they are suede material and will probably stain if wet

I really love this flat. I bought the Desert Taupe Suede and it's a beautiful neutral color that goes with any color I'm wearing. It has a casual/classy look to it and the slightly pointed toe gives it a more trendy style. It's also very comfortable, and I have very wide feet with bunions. I'd venture to say, though, that because of how wide me feet are and because the shoe only comes in a medium width, the shoe may be too wide for those with narrow feet.

I love these shoes. In fact, this is my 5th pair of Juttis. I love that they can be dressed up or down and are super flattering, making my ankles seem small and legs seem long. I get complimented on them more than any other item of clothing I wear. Some have caused blisters on my heel before they stretch to fit my feet perfectly (particularly the suede ones), but this passes quickly and can be avoided by wearing them with socks around the house one day.

Love these Toms! So cute and stylish if you are on your feet at work. very comfortable. I was hesitant to purchase these based on the reviews of them being too big, and I am always 7.5 in Toms and other shoes. I ordered this size and yes they are a bit loose, but I put a heel support pad (buy at target), and wear thicker no-show sock liners and it works for me.

So i just ordered these and they came today. I have only worn them around my house a little bit but so far I am satisfied. In most Toms I am an 11 but in these I'm a 12 (with a small amount of room in the heel). I tried on an 11 at a local nordstroms and realized they were just way too tight in the toe so i decided to go with the 12. This should be something for you all to consider before buying this shoe, I'm an 11 in all other toms (sneakers, slip-ons, and a different style of ballet flats) Still a great shoe though and i love the look of it!

I have to preface this by saying that I love flats, but I also hate them. They fall apart, and they always hurt my heels. However, they're the only shoe I enjoy wearing to work, so they're a necessary evil. I bought the Jutti flat hoping that I'd get a better shoe due to the TOMS name and price spent. I was right. These don't dig into my heels and never have, not even on Day 1. My stupidly wide foot feels a tiny bit cramped, but these flats do loosen up a little with time. I actually exchanged my regular size (7.5) for a 7, and I'm glad I did. I wear these almost every day now. They're comfy and holding up great! I also get a ton of compliments on them.

This shoe is comfortable and stylish. This shoe is perfect for the office and more professional looking than the basic Tom's. I bought it for my daughter, but it was too wide for her foot, which is on the narrow side. I tried them on and found that they were slightly loose on my foot, which is on the wide side.

These are by far the most comfortable flats i have ever owned! i have "high-maintenance" feet, so i am stuck with loafers or sneakers. I have been wearing these all week at work, where i walk constantly, and my feet feel just fine when i get home. Worth every penny!

I love these shoes. They are very cute and comfortable. However, the sizing is slightly varied. I bought two pairs - one grey and one black. The black fit great, but the grey were slightly tight. Not so tight that they don't fit, but it takes a bit to get used to. I purchased both pairs in my regular size.

Very happy with these. I don't usually order a size down because of the reviews but I was really happy I did this time. I'm always an 8 and the 7.5 fit perfectly.

These shoes are so cute and I consider them a neutral. I ordered both 8 and 71/2 and the 7 1/2 fit the best. I have not worn them out yet but they feel like they will be fine from wearing them around the house.

Awesome shoes! They look cute and are very comfortable. I doubt they will last long but I love them while they hold up.

Finally a Tom's shoe that give jeans, capris, and tights a 'dressier' feel. Comfy right out of the box too! Love love love these enough to get other colors.

These, in my opinion, are the most comfortable TOMS I have owned! They are cuter on than I thought they would be. Hope to get a few more colors, as they would be a great staple for me. I almost always have had to get a half size smaller than normal with TOMS, and I did with these also.

Super cute. They are not to dressy or too casual. You can dress them up or down depending what mood you're in!
