Classic shoe made even better because now it's comfortable! They feel nothing like the original chucks. These have great padding and feel like a regular sneaker. They are narrow just like the originals. I had to order a men's 11.5. I usually wear a 12.5/13 in Nike shoes; breakin period is about 2 days (they are stiff out the box) If you are a fan of Chuck Taylor's but thought they were a bit uncomfortable these chuck 2s are perfect.

I ordered these for my son. they are his second pair, and while he also wears standard Converse, he really loves the style of this and extra cushioning for walking in the city.

Love that these have better support and cushioning than the old Chucks!

This shoe was surprisingly comfortable and true to size. I did not get heel blisters which was one of my concerns. Nice looking and fitting sneaker!

I bought these shoes for my wife. She is size 8 (regular) but first like the classic converse she use them is size 7 (one size less) and in this case, I bought these shoes the same size as the classic but felt a half size smaller, so, I changed them for 1/2 more and fit perfect (size 7 1/2). Remember: she is size 8 in normal shoes.

Great shoes. They look good and feel good. I've worn Chucks for years, and it's nice to have a little cushion while keeping the familiar styling and fit.

I thought All Stars typically ran larger than marked, so I got a half size smaller in these, but they turned out to be a bit tight, so I'd say they are true to size. The comfort and arch support are terrific!

These shoes are so cool. It's more comfortable than the original Chuck Taylor because of the Lunarlon foam and the stiffer tongue. I like the white threading on the original Chucks and the lines on the rubber sides but that's fine. Those make the distinction between the All Star II and the original. I'm size 7 on both these shoes and the original but these are a little bit tighter because of the Lunarlon foam and in my case I prefer the the fit of the All Star II. They also came with extra laces which are white so I can switch between blue and white.

I really like converse aka Chuck Taylor. I like the style and the for. The other reasons why I like conversed are the prices and they never go out of style..you really can wear them with anything. I like the low tops and my son likes the high tops...also his last name is Taylor and his nickname is Chuck..so the shoes match him.

Been wearing Chucks since the late 80's. I've always loved the look of them. My wife and I even had custom Chucks made for our wedding day. The insole on the original Chucks left a lot to be desired though. It seemed like the shoes would go flat after just a few weeks. These Chuck II shoes have most of the classic style with an insole from the new corporate parent (Nike). Classic Chuck Taylor looks + a Nike sole = a nearly perfect sneaker. I do miss the black strip around the outsole though.

I love these shoes! I'd been wanting Converse shoes for a while now but had found they were too uncomfortable. The Lunarlon inside liner makes them so comfy! True to size. And, perhaps most significantly, they look great.

Much more comfortable than the originals for sure. I can walk around in these all day long and not get tired. Obviously the style is a classic and works with just about anything else you wear.

Great shoe. Classic Converse style with added comfort. Definitely an improved interior than the standard Converse. So glad to find these on Zappos. This is a variety that is not easily found in the market because they are a step above the classic. Super fast shipping as always. Love Zappos.

I gave these as a gift. She loves Converse but didn't have a pair like these. She loves them and said they are her favorite.

Really nice shoes. Great for just walking around and they last long. Also have great comfort. I do wish the the rim of the shoes wasn't white. But overall, great shoes.

Really loving my new Chucks. Unlike the classic ones you should just choose your normal size, rather than sizing down. Outta the box they're a bit stiffer, but they break in pretty quickly and are super comfortable. Already gotten a number of compliments on them and am really happy with the purchase.

Compared to original converse these are far more comfortable. Love the way they look and they've held up great under normal wear. Definitely recommend.

My first pair of Chucks and I am really loving them so far. Much more comfortable than I expected. The seem really well made and look great. They come with a second pair of white laces, which I do not think I would ever use, but I like having the option. The price was also really great.
