I have several pairs of Salamon Speedcross shoes which I truly love for my treks up and down Seattle's muddy, sloggy trails. I got these for the sidewalk and my daily treadmill workouts. They are perfect. They keep my wobbly feet and ankles solid and stable. They lessen impact and strengthen my stride. I like the roomy toebox and the relative stiffness of the shoe itself. They are very comfortable. These are also good looking shoes. Glad I got them and will likely get a second pair soon.

Love these shoes, true to size, fun colors.I pretty much can wear these shoes with any outfit.Great walking shoes, great sole, and comfort.

First pair of Solomon shoes i bought, fit true to size, all day comfort.Walking, running, or just doing chores.Loved them so much, bought 3 more in fun colors, 2 pairs for my grandchildren.These are by far the best quality shoes.

I ordered these on a whim and wow oh wow are they great. Day to day, waking the dog, or out in the woods hiking. They're comfortable and I love that the laces get tucked away. I can't wait to get another pair.

This is my fourth pair of Salomon X-Mission 3 and I won't buy a fifth pair. They have shortened the lace so drastically that I need a shoe horn to put on the shoe. I don't know who made this change in the design, or why they changed the design, but I know I can't trust ordering them online and I can't find them locally. Time to find a new walking shoe!

Excellent! I walk 8 miles a day and I know I'm in good shoes when I'm not thinking of my shoes. They fit perfectly, are lightweight yet solid, offer great support and I love colors and design.

Weren't comfortable. They made my feet turn inward that caused my arches to ache. They also fit a little large for a size 9 but a tad small for 9.5. Loved the look of them but had to return them.

I wanted to love these shoes. They were so comfortable but OMG!!!! I can't even put into words how much I hate the lacing system. What a hassle. I would have kept these if they had regular laces.

I own the previous version of these, the Salomon XR Mission, which ran large. I normally wear an 11 but they were too big in that version and had to return for a 10.5. (I have very long and narrow feet) This new style is much more true to size- ordered an 11 and they fit great! I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis and these seem to help but they do not have as much arch support as I think I need. I am on my feet all day. Love the color, love the quick lace system. Overall, I am happy with the shoe.

These are very nice for moderate trails. The sole is slightly aggressive. They Salomon makes a much more aggressive shoe for more rugged trails. The color is also fun. Love zappos!

Love, love LOVE these shoes! Comfortable, easy to put on/take off, they stay as tight or as loose as you like, look great, wear well, durable, hold up well with constant use. Did I mention I LOVE these shoes??!!!

I have been a faithful Salomon shoe wearer for 15 years. I wear a 10 1/2 in street shoes and always ordered an 11 in my Salomon's. Thru out the years they have always been a perfect fit. My newest pair of X-Mission 3's are a different story. my 11's are shorter. I've actually measured them against old pairs. I'm going to try the next size up, which, unfortunately is a 12,as most shoe companies don't offer 11 1/2. The jury is still out.

Sorry Salomon you missed the mark on this one. The toe bed is not as wide as earlier versions of the Mission.

Love this shoe! This is my second pair (different color) and they are great for hiking/trail running. I have a narrow foot but can tighten them enough so they work for me. They are light but very sturdy. Highly recommend.

This is a very comfortable shoe but I wish they had regular shoe strings.

I had the XR Mission and loved it. So, I decided to try this one. Very comparable, immediately comfortable and hope to wear it until it is dead like my old ones. A different color and not worn out is about the only difference I can find between the old and the new. This is maybe my third pair of Salomons, not counting boots and ski boots. I like this brand and I like that Zappos gets them to me in a hurry!

Great running shoe. I have the Speedcross 3 and thought I'd give their road shoe a chance. Salomon is more comfortable than ASIC IMO. I love the lace lock system. No more untie shoes mid race.

I love these shoes. These are the 3rd pair I've owned. I run both roads and trails and the traction is sweet, but they also have tons of support and cushion. Can't beat the pull closer either. AMAZING!

This sneaker is very comfortable. I think it runs a bit small but I kept them anyway. I would highly recommend them but I would go a half size bigger than your actual size.

I have been a looong time fan of the old Salomon XR Mission W, which is unfortunately discontinued and replaced by the X Mission 3. This shoe is much narrower in the toe box, which is unfortunate for people like me with wider feet. I am a C in width yet this shoe is too tight, even with thin socks, and causes pinched nerves, which are painful. Plus the sizing is different. If you were a 7.5 in the XR Mission W you will be an 8 with the X Mission 3. I tried a larger size and slightly fatter sock to pick up more room in the toe area only to have the arch support just slightly off. Only recommended for narrow feet. PLEASE, Salomon, bring back shoes with the wider toe box.

Love these shoes! This is the third pair of this brand and this model I have purchased. They give me plenty of room in the toe box. I have had surgery on my left foot and the ample room allows for comfort and support. I would definitely recommend these shoes.
