Love uggs but the quality of this boot was severely disappointing. Not to mention the return service they use is absolutely horrid. I never do reviews, as they can be subjective and buyer experiences may vary. Unfortunately this was bad enough I felt the need to deter people from this boot.

This is a mixed review. I purchased my boots on 01/04/2021 and I was in love with them. They are stylish and comfortable. As I was cleaning them after about my 4th time wearing them, I noticed that the seam was coming undone. If they are supposed to be water proof, why would the glue on the seam come undone. I've also read reviews and saw that a lot of people are having the same issues.

These boots were stiff and uncomfortable, the cuff chafed the skin of my leg. I would have sent them back on that alone, but they also were not nearly as cute on as they looked online. So because they were uncomfortable and ugly, I saw no reason to keep them. Kudos to ugg for an easy return process!

Too hard to wear not what I expected.

The first thing I noticed is the color.I could live with the inaccuracy of the color but after seeing the stitching, glue, the hoop on the belt looks like it's been stretched, and some marks out of the box, I thought this looked like it was poorly made. Never buying again. Definitely not worth the price. I can buy other brand names at about the same price with much better quality - and also accurate color. I'm obviously returning this.

I really wanted to love these boots, they're really adorable in person. But, they're just awful when it comes to comfort.

The quality of the material is so poor that by the fourth time of wearing, the color started to peel off. I wore them indoors in cool but dry Texas weather.

Sole is separating from boot

I bought these boots so excited. I read just about all of the reviews and I couldn't have been more convinced. I wore these for the first time for just about an hour, which is just about all I could take. The back of my heel was rubbing against the seem in the boot. I'm so upset. I wanted these so bad and I've asked my friend who has a pair as well and she said hers don't run so this has to be a pair of defective boots but I've waited so long for these since my initial pair was either lost in the mail or stolen. I'm just bummed.

I love UGGS but Im returning these boots. They are totally loose fitting and sloppy They mark up so fast and withing a couple of wear the look like they are 10 years old. So disappointed in UGGS this time around.

I love ugg and have since I was in middle school. I received these as a gift and they looked like knock offs straight out of the box. I confirmed they are authentic. Glue showing to begin with. I figured that I could deal with it. I wore them once at work (desk job, so it's not like I was hard on them) and the sole started to peel off, and the color faded. They look like I bought them off the street and had them for years. Very disappointed in Ugg. Second pair of boots I've purchased from them that has had issues such as durability and quality. I will never recommend these boots and possibly ugg.

Have had boots for less than 2 months and the Leather looks terrible and has a big split down the center. I wear them alot but just for every day wear. I take care of them but they look awful.

I have bought these boots a little bit over a year ago. I wear them occasionally. I made researches for weeks before deciding to go with UGGs. They were my first pair. Quality seemed great at first. But then all around the shoe, leather started to get unglued. I am a very meticulous person and treat my shoes with great care. I asked customer service if they would help me pay my bill if I was bringing them to a cobbler since I had spent over $200 and expected these boots to last way longer. But they would not hear anything. This is my first and last pair I will never buy at UGG. Save your time and money !

I purchased these for my daughters birthday.She had them 3 weeks and the inside ripped.Very disappointed!!

Styling good when new. But colors start peeling off within 2 weeks of use

Looked nice and supportive because of the laces. Laces are so stiff that every time I have to tie them it breaks my nails. Also, the brown color look nice but it went off in days it already pilled so I could not returned them. after wearing them for a month it looks like I have had them for years. No support when you walk.

I read the reviews before I purchased these boots and I must wonder if those reviews were manufactured by the company itself because in the reviews I was said that they keep your feet warm and that is a big fat lie. I was at the bus stop for about ten minutes after it snowed and my feet were so cold I was afraid I might have gotten frostbite it was horrible I am so disgusted I felt like I just wasted my money I will never buy anything from you guys again.
