I've worn the boots for one week and the front is already all scuffed and discolored. For this reason, I would not buy them again.

I was super disappointed in the quality. I wore them for 24 a day and the sole started separating from the upper.

I really love these boots, but there is an unfortunate design flaw regarding the liner. There are two parts to the liner - sheepskin and another material - and they are sewn together right where you have to press your heal down to put them in the boot. As such, they tore easily. One tore the first winter and the second just tore (less than one year after buying them). I love them but I am disappointed and believe it was a design flaw. There needs to be something reinforcing the liner so that this separation doesn't happen. Once separated, they become impossible to put on.

Typically, in almost all shoes, I wear a women's size 9 Medium, or a European women's size 40. The only exception is Brooks running shoes. I wear a size 10 B in Brooks. I wear a size 9 in Olukai sandals, and a size 9 in Naot shoes and sandals. Size 40 in Wolky.
Prior to ordering the Ugg Kesey boot, I read a lot of reviews on the Zappos site, and a few reviews on the Ugg website. Based on all of the positive reviews for this boot, and after thinking about it for a few days, I ordered my usual size 9 B, because so many reviews said that the boot is true to size and comfortable. These boots were the correct length for my longest foot, which measures exactly 10-inches long. There was about a thumb's width of space between the big toe of my longest foot and the front of the boot. A larger size would have been too long for my longest foot, and much too long for my smaller foot (which is probably about a size 8.5, and many shoes that fit my larger foot are too loose on my smaller foot).
I was very disappointed to find that this boot was the right length, but a bit too narrow, and the arch too tight. My feet are about 4-inches wide at the widest point. Unfortunately, there is never a width measurement provided in shoe sizes. Perhaps men's shoes would fit my foot, but my heel is small and the heel area of a men's shoe would likely be too wide.
I could get my foot into this boot without a sock, but even a very thin summer weight sock was too thick to fit comfortably into the boot, and a medium weight wool sock (similar to a regular weight Smart Wool sock) was much too thick for these boots. To get my foot into the boot, I had to unlace it and unbuckle the strap. After squeezing my foot into the boot, I then pulled the thick laces tighter, tied them loosely, and buckled the strap over the laces. Then I pulled the zipper closed. To take the boot off, I tried to just unzip it and remove my foot, but I could not get my foot out of the boot without also completely loosening the laces and unbuckling the strap! That is a lot of work to take off a boot that has a convenient side zipper! While the boot was the correct length, the boot's arch area was too small for my foot, and the toe box area was too narrow. The boot felt too small and tight and the leather seemed heavy and stiff. I didn't even bother trying on the left boot after struggling with the right boot on my larger foot.
I was very sad about this whole situation because I have been looking for a waterproof boot (that isn't a hiking boot or an athletic shoe) that will fit my feet and keep them dry. I look forward to another winter of cold damp feet, wearing mesh running shoes with rain water seeping into my socks. I am sending these boots back to Zappos. I don't have the patience to try a larger size, only to find that it is too long. Sigh.

I loved the style of these boots but they felt narrow and had little arch support. I wore them around the house for over a week and they just never felt comfortable enough to keep, even if I took them to the specialty shoe store and had them put orthotics (at a cost of $25!) A final comment: as a previous reviewer noted, they seemed to scuff easily, even just wearing them around the house and not going outside. Too bad. I wear a size 12 shoe and it is so hard to find comfortable, stylish boots.

I ordered these boots online and one boot came with a 2 inch scratch in the center of my boot and the aglet (plastic piece at the end of the shoelace) is smashed and cracked.

I bought these boots looking for a good waterproof boot to replace my previous pair of Uggs that wore out. The breaking in period was painful but I thought it would be worth it to have a comfortable and warm pair of boots. Unfortunately, the first time I wore these in the rain I discovered they are far from "totally waterproof". The water seeps right through the lace holes and tongue of the boot and pools inside the boot. I'm left with wet feet and boots all day. A total waste of money.

I purchased these shoes for a winter trip and they were very comfortable, but after wearing them about 3 weeks, the seam to the sole started coming apart. It didn't seem the overall quality was very good.

I love the look of these boots, although they do scuff easily. It didn’t take long for them to look very worn. My biggest complaint is that they do not keep your feet warm!! This is my second season and when the temperature drops to 32 degrees or below these boots do not hold up, even with wool socks. My feet absolutely freeze! I wouldn’t recommend them for any “real” winter weather. They’re cute, but I wouldn’t purchase again.

Bought these boots in hopes to find a good quality long lasting boot. I live in Vermont which is very cold, snowy and rainy in the winter. While the boots serve their purpose of being waterproof, the wool lining quickly wore down and anytime the boots get wet my toes feel ice cold. After about a month they looked worn (easily scuffed) and the lining inside is matted. Definitely have purchased longer lasting boots for the price. Bummer!

Super narrow. I wear 6.5 or 7 in any boot or shoe and always a standard width. These fit but I did not like how slim they were, certainly you could not wear anything more than a thin sock. Also very stiff leather so it was difficult to get your foot into this boot. Very cute and great Ugg quality though, gripper sole would be perfect in snow and ice.

Very disappointed in these. I made the mistake of wearing them on a long day and evening to a football game. The zipper hurts my ankle, the top of the boot bruised my inner, lower leg from bumping it all day. I was limping by the end of the evening. If you buy these, maybe wear really thick socks. :(

Bought these for my wife to wear on our vacation to Lake Tahoe . But she complained the whole time that they didn't keep her feet warm and were to narrow. She ended up not wearing them . Instead she used her old uggs. I was majorly disappointed .

I love these boots and so want to give them 5 stars. I have only had them for a little over one week and the sole is ALREADY peeling away from the shoe. After one week??? For a brand like Ugg and for an expensive little boot supposedly made for varied conditions, I am super disappointed. I will fix them and continue wearing them, but I cannot recommend something that breaks down in the first month of owning, especially a boot!

This boot looks great but is much heavier than I thought. The lining is only on the sole and around the ankle. It does not surround your foot for warmth.

i bought these and was super excited about getting them! I put them on and I couldn't zip them up over my ankles! I dont have a huge ankles, just average size and i could only zip them like 60% I was so sad! Also, these boots are heavily lined and HOT. So unless your going to be treading through snow I would avoid purchasing these.

Love the look but they’re dangerous. They have NO traction on wet surfaces. I took them as my only shows on a trip to Spain in the winter. There was light rain and I fell multiple times, even injuring myself and got nasty bruises. If you only plan to use on very dry surfaces, they are comfortable.

They are very poorly made! The color rubs off almost immediately from the FIRST wear. They are very cute style-wise but they look worn out very quickly. It was a dry, 60 degree day, no rain...nothing and the color rubbed off of them They were purchased directly from UGG too. I tried to upload pics of mine so ppl can see how awful they look, but conveniently they won't upload. Beware and don't waste your money!

I would not buy these boots again. They look nice but they are definitely NOT warm at all. And they ripped the first winter I had them which was last year.

Beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately they are not safe. The bottom of the shoe has absolutely no traction when the ground has any precipitation. I wore them in very light rain and fell multiple times because they are so slippery, and even got bruises all along my legs, knees, and arms. I am not someone who falls regularly while walking.
