returned due to small fir

I loved these boots when I first purchased them, but after only 2 years of wear they're starting to fall apart. Granted I live in NYC and walk around a lot so they're exposed to the elements more frequently but I feel for the price they should have lasted a solid 4-5 years rather than 1-2.

Very cute, stylish, and seemingly durable but not too comfy. Very stiff around the legs and tight around the ankles/heels. Caused a small blister on right outer ankle within the first 2 hours of wearing. I'm hoping there is just a break-in process and they will melt into comfy clouds soon. Also seems like they will show scuff marks easily as I have already found one. Overall pros outweigh the cons and I have not given up on them just yet.

Really wanted to love these because they have a slimmer style and would work well with jeans and skirts/tights but the left shoe felt weirdly tight and uncomfortable despite the fact that I size up a little for boots to accommodate thicker socks, swelling from all the walking I do, etc.

I bought these for my fiance because she loved her Renatta boots in black. However, these were much more narrow and we had to send them back. Also, the fuzzy sheep's wool around the upper ankle is really just for show--it only goes down a couple of inches from the top. In general these seem like a cheaper build quality than the Renatta boot.

I live in Michigan lot of snow. Everyday booth.

Cute boot for rainy old weather. The ankle area is very tight and until the classic UGG boot the shoe is very narrow.

IT'S NICE TO WEAR WITH EVERYTHING. BUT, WHEN IT DOES NOT PROTECT YOU WHEN IT'S REALLY COLD OUTSIDE SINCE THEIR IS NO INSTALLATION INSIDE.

LET ME PUT THINGS CLEAR, THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE SINCE FIRST WEAR BUT I'M A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED ON THE QUALITY, I GUESS I'M USED TO TRADITIONAL SHEEPSKIN UGGS SHOES WHERE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE WORRY ABOUT HOT OR COLD, WINTER OR SUMMER. THESE BOOTS ARE WELL MADE, NOT EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE BUT WELL, IM NOT A SHOES EXPERT BUT THERE IS NO ARCH SUPPORT AND INSOLE FEELS POOR QUALITY SO I BOUGHT DIFFERENT ONES FOR THEM, IM SURE THEY ARE GREAT FOR A LOTS OF THINGS BUT NOT LOTS OF WALKING (I WALK 7-8H A DAY) LIKE I REED IN ONE LADY'S COMMENT. AFTER ONE WEEK MY LEFT HEEL AND TOES HAS BLISTERS, SO I DONT ADVICE THEM AS SHOES FOR WORK UNLESS YOU SIT A LOT. ALSO IF YOU ARE ACTIVE YOUR FEET WILL SWEAT AND THE SHOES WILL DYE YOUR SOCKS WHICH PRODUCER WARNED ME ABOUT. HAVEN'T TRY THEM ON BIG RAIN YET SO HOPE EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD

I am used to wearing uggs without socks. The wool lining of these boots were uncomfortable without socks. If you wear with socks then they are too tight. They were just okay; I returned mine.

The boot are great except for the laces that don't stay tight for more than five minutes, which is annoying. Needs to improve that.

I got the grey knit cardy UGG and I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.

I just got my order of Keseys on yesterday. I ordered a half size up for socks and toe room. I kind of wish I hadn't because they seem a little big. They had a scuff mark on the side that I was not happy about but I still plan to keep them for the colder fall and winter days. I am happy with them so far. They were comfortable and extremely warm which is what I wanted. I see myself wearing these for the next few years in the winters. This is my first pair of UGGs and I must say that I am happy with the quality.

I only wear my boots at work and I only work two days a week. The soles have already started coming unglued. Very short life span.

I had to size up from my shoe size 8.5 to a 9. This boot is really narrow.

The boots are very comfortable and warm. Love how they look with jeans and dresses. Unfortunately, I have two discolored spots on the front top of the boots. I thought it was just me from walking, but after reading some of the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one. I wish UGG would make better quality of the same boots. Can I exchange them for a new pair due to the discoloration the material?

Boots are Beautiful! Shipping was extremely fast. I ordered them 1/27/21 and received them 1/29/20 amazing!! Once I received them I was super exited as I have not had luck with boots. My feet hurt now so I wanted something nice and comfortable. As I took them out of the box I noticed right away the scratches on them, bit of them. It looks as if they had been cleaned or an eraser was used to clean them or something therefore leaving them with "eraser scratches" not sure how to best explain. There were scratches that looked like if they were made with something sharp leaving the mark like a cut or something like that. Also there was a dent I guess that looks as if they had been worn already. Might have been the display or something. I believe the pictures will explain better. Once I tried them on yes the size was perfect. I wear a 6.5 and that a is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. They are roomy but they did not feel comfortable. Now normally if I saw a small catch I would have been like ok that fine they feel great I will keep them, however the price was bit high for me to keep with how I received them and not being comfortable at all. Everyone has different experiences and this was mine. I really with they had been comfortable because I really like them A LOT but I have to return them.

The leather was too stiff, returned for another selection of boots.

They are very nice and comfortable but nothing good for snow water they are a fraud! disappointed

The boot itself is nice but the actual color of the boos is like a deep cherry- way darker then chestnut.
