Very cute, but I could not get my foot forward enough to fit into the middle of the shoe, so toes were too far from the front and heel was hanging off the back. They are also quite narrow for a medium. I wear other Merrell's this size that fit fine, so I think it is the design of this sandal. Too bad, as I would have kept them if they'd fit. I don't think another size would fix the problem.

This is a comfortable shoe. I loved it and wore it constantly for the first summer and into the fall. Sadly, after one hard-wearing year, they didn't last. The fabric on the bottom started to tear. For this price, I was hoping for more than part of a year wear. So, the shoe works well for one season, but don't count on it lasting.

Too snug for wide foot and no patience to break them in. Also a half size bigger would have been better but only whole sizes available.

I had these Merrell's years ago and loved them so decided to order a new pair. Odd thing, the little strap on the outside on each shoe is not sewen in the same place, the spacing is way off. So I ordered another brown pair and same thing. I am now ordering in grey to see if the same problem. Visually it's not a huge deal but it causes the right shoe to twist on my foot. Kind of annoying, like one person is making the right shoe and a different person making the left and someone is not following the template! Fingers crossed for the grey ones because Merrell... I love these!

I loved these but I have to return them. So comfy, and cute, cute, cute but they would not stay on my feet. From the first step they started moving forward and by the time I got across the room they were half way off. I am not going to be able to keep these things on my feet. I thought the toe wrap would be enough to keep them on but no way.

I thought these sandals were really comfortable, but the front toe loop on the right sandal was larger than the one on the left, which made the right sandal too floppy.

This is my third pair! They are super comfortable even for walking -- great for moderate bunions. I keep buying them because they are the best for my feet in summer HOWEVER, the footbed does not hold up well. I get only about one good season out of each pair.

Returned Terran Ari Wrap and ordered these (Terran Post II) hoping to get some arch support. In the past had some fabulous ones called "Hollyleaf" that I loved with great arch support. Both the Post and Ari Wrap were disappointments due to no arch support. I kept the last order of Terran Post simply because I was desperate and tired of making returns. They are cute and soft but zero support.

I am joining the ranks of buyers who are disappointed in Merrell. They have been my go-to sandal and winter shoe for as long as I can remember. Their sandals have been re-designed to the point that they are not nearly as comfortable as they used to be, nor are they made as well. I've tried different sizes and they are either too small (narrow) or too long. What happened to the old designs? The really sad part is that I can't find a replacement brand.

Comfortable upper--no rub spots-but a little loose for a slender foot. Good compared to a flat sandal with no support. BUT for anyone who has ever worn & loved the Merrell Hollyleaf sandal, this will be a disappointment. :( It looks similar but compared to the Hollyleaf it feels like a flat tire. I wish Merrell would bring back the Hollyleaf because the comfort of both the upper and footbed support could not be beat. My first pair of Hollyleaf sandals were worn for 5 straight days at Disney--straight out of the box. It was like wearing a great pair of tennis shoes.

This sandal is closer to the old sandals that were made. Like that the foot area is still leather, little strap should be closer to the wider one so it doesn't slide so much as prior ones have been made and worked better. Big toes hole needs to be made a bit smaller, you guys are making them huge these days and it makes it impossible to keep on. I've been a 22+ year customer and really kind of disappointed in the way quality is going down hill. They are comfortable, but my 10 year old ones were much more comfortable out of the box and better made. Arch support seems to be smaller. I've had back trouble for years and recommended your product to tons of people, but not sure i will anymore. Need more colors.

I haven't bought this style of Merrell sandals for a few years, so I was disappointed to find that these run about a half-size smaller than my 2 older pairs. I wear an 11, so there's no option to order bigger. Also, the footbed/sole is not quite as thick as the older pair I have, and you feel more things through it when you're walking. The thinner sole may also result in less arch support, but I haven't worn them long enough to tell. These are going back.

I wanted to love this sandal. I generally like Merrill's, and needed a beach sandal suitable for walking, as well. On the screen, these were cute. But on the foot? They look like giant bandages. Ugly, IMO. Going back! :-(

These sandals were comfortable from the first time I put them on. That continues to be true. However, if I wear them for three hours or longer while standing and walking most of that time, my feet hurt. I was hoping for a sandal I could wear most of the day but I can only wear them for extended times when walking and standing are not the primary activities.

Loved the styling of this shoe, so I ordered two colors. Unfortunately the toe area of this shoe is so narrow that my fourth and fifth toe want to hang over the edge when I walk in them. I compared these to another version of this shoe from several years ago and placing the bottom of each sandal together, the older version is 1/2" wider in the toe area. So unless you have a really narrow foot, this style may not work for you. I wear a size 10 but I do have a medium width foot. I am going to have to return them. Merrell really has cut corners in recent years, so it seems.

Runs too short

I can generally wear a 10-½ in shoes and 10 in sandals. This sandal (size 10), while attractive, was obviously too small, too narrow, and not very supportive. I returned them. I have tried size 11 in Merrell sandals before and they were too big. I recommend going to a shoe store and trying sandals on, and save time on having to print out a label, packing up the return, attaching label, and driving to the UPS drop-off.

I was concerned this wouldn't be wide enough for bunions, and I was correct. Bunions press against the material and stitching in awkward way which would prove painful. No wide option for this, otherwise I might try it.
