I'm a loyal Aspics wearer, but this is my 1st pair of Nimbus. The shoe is comfortable, but the toe book seems a little on the small side. After a full day's wear my toes are always a little sore. I thought they just needed to be broken in, but after 2+ months I still have trouble wearing for a full day. Expected better for the price I paid.

Very disappointed. I've worn Asics for many years but this shoe has so much padding at the back of the heel that it pushes my foot forward ahead of the heel cup, which puts the arch support in the wrong place and my toes against the front of the shoe. The extra (or too high?) padding made my achilles ache. Will have to return.

This is my 3rd pair of the Nimbus 18 and my 12th pair of Asics Nimbus starting from the 12 series. I really love this shoe. Very comfy and great arch support. I have worn these for years and after I had lower back surgery I thought I would have to buy an orthopedic shoe or have to wear special inserts because it wouldn't feel the same. Happily I am still able to wear the Gel Nimbus shoe without any modification. I am very happy with the shoe even though I didn't buy any from the 17 series because I didn't like the design. I have seen the 19 version and also not too please with the design of the shoe.It looks like an animal print to me.

I have been in search for a comfortable, supportive shoe that I could wear for my 10 hour shifts in a hospital. I have tried numerous shoes over the past 12 years and none have compared to the instant comfort my Asics Gel Nimbus 18 have! I even asked Santa for another pair! Your feet will thank you for buying these shoes!

I love these shoes. I wear nothing else for running and working out. I have plantar fasciitis and the arch support and cushion in the heal is fantastic. It really helps to cushion my heal and reduces the pain I feel. I do think these shoes run a full size small. I typically wear a size 6 shoe but in most all Asics I wear a size 7. I highly recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes! Very cushioned with awesome heel support. I'm on my feet a lot at work(nurse) and good heel support helps keep my back from hurting after a 12 hour shift. Asics needs to keep the colors less neon, bright and crazy. Still have a dress code at work.

Great shoe! Comfortable and just what I wanted.

I usually run in Brooks Glycerin as I supinate and have high arches but figured I would try something new. So far so good, will see if they take as many miles as the Glycerins. Ordered wide and felt good on my feet.

Ordered these in wide width and they barely fit. These are most certainly a smaller width shoe even in wide. They also didn't fit well with my arch supports,my foot barley fit in the tiny space left.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I love the color. So cute. But best of all, my orthotics fit in them. This is my second pair.

I really wanted these to work out. I am an 8.5 in street shoes with a slightly narrow medium width foot. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 in running shoes but in this shoe the 9 was slightly short and the 9.5 was too big and felt sloppy.

Very comfortable, and true to size. I have this same pair in the "lite" model and I believe I like those a little better!

I have arthritis in my big toe joints and need sneakers with lots of cushion in the balls of the feet and also a bit on the wide side. I love Asics and have worn them for years but last year the Nimbus 17 was too narrow and I switched to Saucony for the year. They were the best I could find for my foot problems but they still weren't as good as Nimbus 16 or some of the GT 2170 or so. The wide width of the Nimbus 18 works for me but I still feel that there is not as much cushion, just not as good for me as previous versions. They are still the best I can find though. I believe the next version is coming out any time now, hopefully Asics is listening to customers & making improvements.

Felt too tight in the toe box. My toes were feeling numb. I don't have a wide foot, usually order regular in a size 8; tried a size 8.5 and still felt tight in the toe box.

I wanted to keep these SO VERY MUCH, but they are too short/ tight in the toe box. So cushy and comfortable. I will try the next size up, but suspect they will be too long and cause my heel to slip. I'm marking it 3 stars because the size is incorrect.

Very cushioned but I felt it was a little too narrow. Also I wish it was more flexible and lighter. It's a little stiff and heavy. It was better than my nimbus 16s though I thought. Love the cushion!

I had previously bought the Gel Nimbus 18 shoe in poseidon, flash coral/black at another store. I was so very impressed with this shoe that I decided to get a second pair, the black/silver/carbon, for its more conservative look. The original shoe feels better and better the more I wear it, so I was happy to have the second pair. I don't have 'problem' feet but I did have surgery on my left foot and wear orthotics. I chose shoes 1/2 size larger to account for these. The shoes are perfect for me. I'm so happy I found them.

These are by far the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. The colors are great and they look good with everything!

Completely satisfied with my new asics. Look and feel great. I run 5 miles at least 3 times a week and can say these shoes have never given me any type of issues. I think they do run a tiny bit big, but once you figure out your size it's all good.

Love Asics and this shoe is very comfortable. My only complaint is when I walk long distances, the bottoms of my feet tingle. Must be from the gel. Nonetheless, these are shoes provide good support and comfort.

I walk on a treadmill about an hour a day and these are the most comfortable shoes I could find and I had been looking for a long time. They offer cushion and support and have a wide base.

I have recently had a problem with plantar fasciitis. I did some research on line and found this shoe to be highly recommended. It has definitely helped. There is a lot of cushion, and my heel pain is significantly less when I wear these as opposed to the Sauconys I'd worn for years.

I've always worn Aisics. Love the cushion and the support they give. And the colors are always fun.
