Likes the shoes themselves but they were unattractive in a larger size.

Pretty shoe and normally AKs fit me fine. But this shoe hits my first metatarsal joint just where it can cause the most pain. Sending back

Super cute shoe! True to size. I wore it today for the first time and it rubbed on the top of one of my feet along the edge and on my heels but have kept them anyway in hopes that they will soften up. Fingers crossed! I have high arches and wore gel inserts so that affected the fit somewhat. I have narrow heels and they don't fall off my heels like a lot of shoes do.

Got the bronze which is a very pretty color. Fit well and given the flat-ness seem comfortable. Wish it had a half inch of lift and some arch support for greater comfort

I work in retail and am on my feet for over 8 hours. These shoes kept going all day and my feet happy. I would recommend this shoe to my coworkers.

I wish these were just a teeny bit larger...I'm a true 10.5 and these are a bit short. Little to no support; truly a fashion shoe.

I loved this shoe, and it fit perfectly. However, I have all hardwood floors, and the soles of this shoe were so slippery that it wasn't possible to wear them. That should be corrected by the manufacturer.

I was sent the wrong size, so I returned it.

Did not find this shoe to be comfortable. Not enough support, not the "leather" I anticipated from the description.

As with so many of the shoes I order, the toe box is too small/too short. I could barely get my foot in the shoe. I try to judge how the shoes I order will fit, based on how they look in the picture; however, they continue to fool me. I don't know why it is that the shoe that has that little 'hump/round' on the toe box, it is a bad fit. And, I don't order.

Cheaply made, terrible support.

I really wanted to like these shoes but terribly uncomfortable. I had bunion surgery a year ago so trying to buy cute shoes that are nice to my feet. The foot with the fixed bunion had so much rubbing that I couldn't have it on longer than 30 seconds. Returned immediately.

Normal size was too small (length)

Have been purchasing this shoe for years in various colors. Probably 6 pairs. Always an 8 1/2 M. Not sure what happened but the shoe is markedly larger. I would never be able to keep it on my feet while walking. Sorry to return.

I love Anne Klein shoes and they are always consistant with the shoe size, but not this time.

The sole is partially made with felt, which is so slippery! An otherwise cute & comfortable shoe is not wearable.

The reason I get Anne Klein sport flats is for their slip resistant bottoms. Apparently they don't make them like they used to. I put these on an immediately my feet were sliding around. That's a no-go, they're going back. Such a shame, cute shoes. (A little tight in the toes, but I was sure they'd break in.)

I have a pair of these shoes from a couple of years ago, so ordered the same size when the older ones started to get worn. They do not fit. They are a little on the large side, so I had to send them back, unfortunately.

Super cute shoe, but the footbed is just terrible. There is absolutely no support, and to make things worse, it makes your feet sweat terribly. It feels gross and starts to smell really quickly. Seriously.. did the people at Anne Klein not think of the fact that women wear flats without socks?

The sole is not satisfactory. There is very little rubber,, and predominantly a fiber which is slippery on a wooden floor, and could be on hard surfaces outside.

My feet are in utter pain and agony after wearing these shoes for a day at work. I have blisters on the inside sole of both my feet the size of quarters. I can't understand how a shoe could inflict so much pain when I spend most of my work day sitting at a desk. These are going straight into the trash if I'm not able to return them.

I believe I just can't wear this brand. this is the second Anne Klein style I have tried. Both pairs of shoes bulge out on the sides when I walk. Both pairs of shoes were very pretty. I'm sorry they didn't fit. I love the dark purple color of this style. Thanks for Zappos' amazing service !
