This shoes are quite narrow. I wasn't able to get a good fit. I will be returning these.

Great shoe for office work, the insole is made of a smooth shiny plasticky material and not cloth like many shoe insoles are so it makes your feet sweat a bit to where you can feel it if you wear without any sort of socks or hose. But overall I've worn it a lot.

excellent flat, comfortable while still having style & tasteful detail; pretty navy; I have another pair of AK flats that I were often. I think this new one runs a tad bit bigger

Great shoes - these fit perfectly, are very comfortable and love the color.

I purchased these in Wine and they are so incredibly pretty! I did get a blister on my heel when I was breaking them in, but they no longer bother my feet and I can wear them for a full nine hour work day, which involves a lot of walking back and forth across a 9,000 sq.ft. showroom. Anne Klein Sport is my choice for work and days-off shoes because they are comfortable, fashionable and so versatile.

I've had these shoes for over a month now and have found them very comfortable to wear. The only time I have felt discomfort was when I was walking/standing on a tile floor for several hours - my heel hurt. But normal wear has been great!

By far, these are the most comfortable flats I own. I always struggle to find flats that don't pinch my toes or scrape above the heel, especially when wearing them for the first time. Not the case with these: they fit beautifully right out of the box, and I wore them all day (9 hours) without a problem. I usually wear a size 8 in high heels, and fluctuate between a 7-1/2 and an 8 in flats; I bought these in size 8 and was fine. A little bit of room in the toes, but not enough to cause them to slip. All in all, a winner. And they're cute!

Bought these for work. Love them! It feels like I'm wearing slippers, but they look like all business.

I have tiny, baby feet and was excited to see that these shoes came in a 5 1/2. I just bought them a few days ago, and so far they are really comfortable! And I've already gotten a few compliments on them, too!

I love these shoes! So comfortable and stylish! I wear them with work pants AND jeans! Can't wait until the price comes down. I'm going to get them in several more colors! I usually wear a 7-7.5 and I wear an 8 in Anne Klein.

Very comfortable (and I have a high arch) and stylish. Doesn't show too much "toe cleavage" and looks good with pants and skirts.

I do like this shoe. It's trendy and classic at the same time. I've gotten multiple compliments on them, and I love that there are no animal products used in them. There was definitely a breaking in period, but now they're great! Not much support if that's what you're looking for. I also find the 10.5 a bit small, but over time they've gotten more comfortable.

Fit my feet like right out of the box! If you're looking for a pair of comfy black flats, give these a try. You have nothing to lose. Love, Love, Love the shoes!! I'm going to buy a second pair. It is hard to find a pair of shoes that fit just right from the get go.

I may have a new brand with Anne Klein. I was skeptical but when I put these on they were classy, sturdy, seem well made, and are comfortable. I love the embellishment.

Very comfortable. Perfect with anything from jeans to a short skirt. Can wear with or without hose/trouser socks.

Super cute shoes for work or play! Very comfy and fit true to size. Have the perfect amount of pop for work with the silver accent on the toe of the shoe. Only draw back is the sole is slippery so when I get home I can't wear them in the hardwood floors or I'm slipping and sliding around. I'm sure once I wear them in, it will no longer be an issue!

I wear a 7 1/2 or an eight in flats. I started with the 7 1/2, and returned it for a size 8. I have the silver/pewter color. It I s a great neutral that I can wear with anything. The pretty patent toes scuff easily, but other than that, no complaints.
