I bought these shoes to wear comfortably around the work office, and they serve the purpose well. Nicely made and pretty style, but they need a bit of breaking in. They are a nice business casual shoe.

Perfect shoe size since in my case, not all size 5 shoes fit the same. Once you wear them 2 or 3 times to "break them in" it is total comfort from there on. Looks very classy.

New shoes breaking in. They hurt right now. The last pair of Ann Klein flats, I put them on and wore them all day. This time they need breaking in, can only wear for a couple of hours.

The shoe fits well and moves well enough when I walk. Not as stylish as I wanted but definitely will serve its purpose.

I've had these shoes from a few years ago and loved them so I was trying to get a new pair. These are considerably smaller and tighter in the toe area so I'm returning them. I tried both an 8 and 8.5. Both toe areas too flat and no room. Disappointed.

I have several pair of Anne Klein shoes, and I like the styles and fit. This pair however, was very short and narrow in the toe bed of the shoe. I was disappointed that I had to return them.

I love AK sport shoes and this was the first time ordering them online. I haven't been able to find my size/color in any local stores. This pair feels as comfortable as the others I have and the style/color is perfect.

Very nice. great fit. the buckle makes a clicking noise when I walk, but they are comfortable.

Since I have such tiny feet that’s why I tried Zappos, I could use 4.30 size shoes

I tried on a couple Anne Klein Sports and I walked out of all the 8.5s when i usually wear them in other brands. I thought the style was nice enough for work with enough cushioning on the bottom. I worried too the shiny part front and back might be stiffer and less comfortable, but I could not tell as I walked out of them.

Attractive shoe, however, the 10.5M felt too short. The toe box was too narrow. I initially ordered a size 11M based on some of the reviews but the shoe was too big. I had to return both sizes.

These run smaller than another pair of AK Sport flats I purchased the same order. It was too much of a difference to "break in" as the blisters after a few short hours encouraged passing them off to a 9.5 wearing friend. They are lovely in style.

The shoe was gapping on the sides but with a pad inside, the shoe fit a lot better.

These were so cute, but they rubbed my bone at the binding. I just knew they would not be comfortable long term. My feet are long because of my big toe being so long, so maybe this caused the shoe to hit at the wrong spot.

Cute, comfortable. I usually wear an 11N. I think I could have made the 11M work if it were true to size, but it was just too big and ended up being sloppy.

I have narrow size 10.5 feet. These fit like a glove. Very snug yet comfortable. Unfortunately, my bunion protested. Otherwise I liked them. I will try the 10.5 wide. Cute neutral flats for work. For narrow feet.

When I first put these on, they felt so comfortable I was thrilled. As I wore them throughout the day, both of my feet got huge blisters. I am sure I will need to "wear" them more to break them in.

Love the look but a little wide. Also looked they had been worn before (was a slight scuff on the back).

As other reviewers mentioned, these are a half size small, and they do need to be broken in. They are very pretty though and comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time with minimal walking around.

A beautiful shoe but too narrow for my foot, which is on the wide side of medium. Alas, the shoe doesn't come in wide, so I must return, not exchange them.

Cute! These definitely run large tho. I'm normally a standard size 7 and ended up getting these in a 6.5. Cautiously optimistic that they won't rub the inside heel area.

I have arch issues, so ballet flats are a problem for my high arches. This shoe is very cute; I got the gold & tan, and the fabric has a slight glitter to it, which was nice. But although the tox box fir well, the instep was just too wide. The shoe felt about a 1/2 size too large, so I sent it back.

A little more "sparkly" then I expected. Fits great and will keep anyway.
