These shoes have helped my knees. They are comfortable, very supportive and flexible. I use them for Zumba and a body works class.

A wonderful exercise shoe I have been wearing these for jazzercise for years. They are so comfortable, love the wide toe base, they look great, and feel great.

Light, comfortable, flexible. These are the only shoes I found that have both a comfortable width in the toebox while not slipping in the heel. Truly great.

I bought two pairs of this style in different colors. This pair is more neutral and goes with more workout clothing. But, the silver stripes still make them pop out. They are comfortable and offer good support. They are replacing a previous pair of Rykas which finally had broken down a bit after 6 or 7 years. I won't wait so long next time.

These shoes are light weight and work perfectly for Zumba class. I love the iridescent stripes that change color depending on the light and the pop of pink.

Very comfortable light weight sneaker. It has a good arch support. I wear an 8 size shoe and i ordered the 8 size Ryka. Perfect fit.

These shoes work the best for me in my cardio step, Zumba and active classes. They turn well and provide just the right support and cushioning. Not too much, not too little. Good support for my high arches and overpronation. I'm normally a 9-9 1/2M in dress shoes and wear a size 10 in these shoes.

I LOVE this shoe! It feels like it was custom made for me. Light as a feather and super comfortable from the minute I first put them on. Works great in my Zumba class. I am so glad Ryka knows how to make an excellent shoe! Plus, it's really pretty! Amazing selection of color choices! I plan to order 2 more pair!

These shoes provide great support while being light. I am able to do my dance exercise routines with ease and comfort.

Love these shoes, I have 5 pairs! Since suffering with plantar fasciitis 15 years ago, these are the only shoes that work for me & I teach fitness classes 7 times a week. Its a shame they don't ship direct to the UK as I would buy more. Had to buy these, then have them delivered to my hotel whilst on holiday in USA.

Very comfortable shoe. I have a hard time finding a shoe I can wear, but these have nice arch support. I had bought a Ryka water shoe and loved it and thought I'd try a regular shoe and this is a very cute shoe and I'm sure I will keep buying this brand. Was true to size.

Thus sneaker is so comfortable with great arch support. They are so light it makes movement so effortless while exercising!
