These are really cute athletic shoes and fit me well. They have a sort of bouncy feel in the heel, which should be nice when walking and exercising. The seem to come below my ankle a bit more than other athletic shoes, but tying them a bit tighter ensured a nice fit.

Finally! This is the perfect shoe for Zumba for my wide forefoot. This shoe came true to size and width. I wear an 8.5 size W walking/running shoe and this shoe is the same size. This shoe provided good support, allowed pivoting while dancing and had just the right amount of grip on a slick wood floor without slowing me down. Wish I had found Ryka sooner!

I am a 20 year Fitness Instructor. I have been wearing Ryka shoes from day one. Never have had issues with any Ryka shoe. This is my sixth pair of Ryka Influence shoe. Loved the fit, great bottom to dance and teach Zumba , along with any type of cardio workout. Always buy from Zappos too! Thank you Zappos for carrying Ryka shoes .

My third pair. These are great for doing Zumba without tearing up your knees in the process. I’d love more cushioning, but dance sneakers tend not to have much of that and these have more than most (all?) other dance sneakers that I’ve seen.

Unfortunately I'm slightly between sizes in these shoes. The 7.5 was too short, but the 8 feels just a little too long. I have pretty narrow feet, so finding shoes that fit my width is a challenge. These are a little wide, but so are most all running shoes. I really love the arch support, and the style/design is unique, flattering, and cool. They are light, and I also like how the heel feels and fits! These are my first Rykas. I look forward to breaking them in more!

I purchased the Influence and Devotion XT because they were both on sale. In comparing the two, the Influence felt a little short because my toes hit the front of the shoe. I did not have that problem with the Devotion. Thought the arch support was a little better with the Devotion. Both are comfortable shoes. I wear these shoes when taking the dogs for long walks and moderate exercising. Got the Influence in Black Multi and love the color. They are decent shoes for walking. I occasionally find my feet sticking to the pavement, but it could be my problem and not the shoes.

I wanted these to work so bad. I read all the reviews about Lateral moves in the class and was so excited. Unfortunately my foot was just too crampy in them. I Have a flat foot and have ortho inserts. I tried them with and without them and just had to move on. I don't think it has anything to do with the construction of the shoe- I'm just a hard fit.

These are bright and trendy . . . if you have small feet (say 5 to 7). After that, it is more statement than larger feet might appreciate. Saw these on a size 6 and loved them during our Zumba class. Saw on my size 8 foot, today, and it's a totally different look . . . unless you are lucky enough to be at least 5'5" tall (to be fair).
