The shoes were too wide. I sent them back.

They're way way too big. I'm returning them. I cannot accurately review them until they're the correct size. I bought them for my son whose bigger foot is a 9.5. Your company's suggestion is to go up a size since there are no Crocs in 9.5. They look gigantic and are far too large for his feet.

Too big

Love the older version of the clogs. Where can I find a more narrow clog? The newer ones are too wide in front and look like clown shoes.

Size larger than other same sized crocs...disappointed.

My husband couldn't get his on. He has wide feet that are tall wide. We tried to get them on but couldn't I ordered wide.

I ordered a new pair of crocs because the side broke off and the strap is not able to be attached properly. within the second day of wearing my new crocs, the button broke off again. So uoset about that.

The clog is different than the Bistro Clog I purchased few months ago. The new Bistro Clog has no support and appear different

I have been Buying and Wearing for years, Both for Work and Just knocking around, But They are not what They use to be, They are The Size's are not true anymore, The Colors stink, And if You get them wet, They will shrink, I have 3 Pair that I can't wear anymore, after getting wet, and 1 Pair that the strap came off, and one pair of work, the blue is so Bad I won't use them for work, Brand new, I Guess, I'll have to find something else.

Too wide. Probably because they fit women and men.

Bought two pair of crocs, one culinary style, and both have shrank in size. I bought a size larger for easy on/off. I can't even get them on my feet now. I've worn then 3-4 times.

Hot and sweaty no holes to breath

The bistro crocs have been my go to shoes for work for 10+ years. I wore them through all four years of culinary school, and bought countless pair. I bought the same size I always get and this last pair are so incredibly tight and narrow I can't even wear them. They hurt my ankles, feet and back. These shoes used to get me through 14 hour shifts, this last pair didn't even get me through 2 hours before I had to take them off. Whatever you changed crocs, it isn't working!

Order same shoes as I have color, size, style. What came are what I ordered but now are made in Vietnam instead I'd china. So material is softer and shoes bigger & wider. Afraid they will trip me up. I know option to send back but wondering if next size down would be " too small". Plus not sure how to pkg since I tore bag they came in. Trying to give them away to someone I know but no luck. Was anxious to get them so very disappointed

I know it says "roomy fit" but I had no idea you were supposed to put both feet in one shoe!! threw them away

These are so tight, my son does not want to wear them! He loves crocs wears them all the time, not sure what's with these. I paid a full price in the store for them thinking my son will wear them all summer, they weren't so bad in the store when he tried them on. He had them on one time and does not want to wear them again. I tried and my feel doesn't go in, too narrow at the top. Would it be possible that they shrunk in the sun? They shouldn't but who knows? Maybe they make them in China now? Very bad quality. Never had uncomfortable crocs before. I wish I could return them, but lost the receipt.

I live in Crocs, I have worn them so often that I literally wear them out. When I started working in a high school kitchen, I automatically turned to crocs, knowing the comfort. Boy was I wrong with these shoes. After just a 4 hour shift, my ankles are so sore and my feet and calves ache for hours after I have taken them off. Very disappointed.

Will warp when washed and dried -- not as durable as I thought. Unsatisfied.

About a year in it fell apart, buckled, the insole came out, and it warped when I washed it and allowed it to dry outside. Customer service didn't help.

tread packs ith dirt after wearing one time. Are these meant for inside use only? Will try in winter and hope it's not too slippery. If so I will return them

I am not happy with the fit, this is my second pair of crocs, the first pair was the Santa Cruz they looked and felt great so I ordered the same size for these and they are far to wide and cause my feet to move around to much inside them. After one day of use caused me a lot of pain.

The shoes shrunk and were unwearable. Alexandra, the customer service rep. told me that warnings are printed all over the product, the receipt (I bought them at a shoe store that does not print that information on their receipt) and their website that they shrink. I cannot find the info anywhere. Alexandra told me, "too bad".
