Not very comfortable. The top part kinda pushes on the foot and makes it painful at the end of the day.

Your shoe size chart is useless. For each gender, a table compares USA sizes, EU sizes, Asia sizes, and foot length. You need a column showing the equivalent size for Crocs. Because all my other items of footwear (dress shoes, running shoes, hiking boots) are US size 11, I placed an on-line order for a pair of US11 Crocs. After receiving them, I quickly discovered that they were too large by 1 or 2 sizes. My consequent frustration was the difficulty required to return the shoes. You have to secure a return code (RMA #) online and pay for shipping, even when using the enclosed return shipping label. Curiously, my return label listed me as the recipient instead of the address for Crocs. Exchanges are not allowed.

I had bought some in the past and loved them so I got more.I don't know what they have changed in making these. The old ones were so comfortable ! These are so hard that they made my feet tired.

i recently bought the bistro a few weeks back... i bought 2 pairs bistro before same style and same size... when i got the new ones (style and size were correct) i wore it work the next day it was tighter specially the right foot and for a week i kept wearing hoping just maybe it was because it was just new but it didn't change so i finally had to stop wearing them. very disappointed.

I've never tried the Bistros because the RX Relief took away my heel & foot pain completely for the last 4 years. With the exception of the last pair I purchased my feet felt incredible. Thought it was just a problem with that particular pair so was trying to order another pair however the RX Relief can no longer be found. Lord have mercy, I may just have to quit my job since I will no longer be able to withstand the pain :(

I bought a pair of bistros over 2 years ago that killed my feet. I assumed I just got a bad pair or something since they seem to have decent reviews. I recently decided to buy another pair to give them a second try and again they just kill my feet. They feel extremely hard and rigid and don't form to my feet. I have a relatively average arched foot so I'm not sure why these are so painful to wear. I'm on my feet for about 10 hours a day in a bakery and have enjoyed regular crocs(which seem so much softer yet dangerously slippery on wet floors) in the past but these will definitely be going back.

It is a great product but not suitable for what i needed.
I work in a bakery where there is a lot of flour on the floor these are not suitable because you just slide around the bakery

The sizing spread is too lengthy. There needs to be single sizes including 1/2 sizes.

This was the first and last time I will shop at Crocs. Competition for my hard earned dollars is steep. There are an abundance of products that are as good, or better than Crocs and I will search them out. I bought three pairs of Crocs as holiday gifts. They came, thrown in a large box. No shoe boxes, no tissue, I had to piece the shoes together and one of the shoes is seemingly bent out of shape. If the company takes no pride in their product, why should I?

Unhappy with Size. The woman at the store insisted I get a larger size than what I wanted because she was absolutely positive that I needed a larger size. Now I have to wear 3 pair of socks so they don't keep falling off of my feet.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on nursing shoes and these are by far the best! Easy to sanitize, comfortable to walk in all day, and very reasonably priced! I usually wear a women's 8.5 and I purchased an 8, they fit perfectly! Get these crocs! you won't regret it!

These would have been perfect - no holes to collect pebbles - but the sizing is way larger than my husband's other pair of Crocs. He always wears an 11, but his foot flops around in these. It's a Crocs problem, but we're stuck paying return postage - grrr.

They say size 7 but they fit size 9 feet. I also ordered size 7 slides and they fit nicely. Very disappointed with these pairs

Sizes are way large. These things are almost two sizes larger than my other crocs. What gives? I'm returning.

Shoes started to fall apart within two weeks of buying these. The soles of the shoes started to peel off very easily. I tried to super glue the soles back on but it only lasted for so long before it would start to peel again. My old pair that I bought in a shoe store lasted me years. However, eventually they fell apart so I bought these online to replace them. Clearly Crocs needs to step up their game. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

This is my third pair of Crocs and unfortunately the least comfortable I have purchased. They are inflexible, extremely tight, and narrow in spite of the fact that the listing says they're roomy. I've worn them for about 2 hours hoping they would relax a bit but no go.....If I don't wear socks they're okay but it's winter and the ones I just disposed of, 5 years old, were much more comfortable and more of a roomy fit. I have to wear these in the chicken coop because I can't get chicken poo on my good shoes so I hobble through my chores with them on. I'm almost reluctant to try another pair even of a different style because I'm concerned that the next pair also won't fit and then I'll be out the money for both pair!! ~sigh~ What a disappointment.

Purchased these on line. When I first received them I felt that they were a little large with the width being average. After two days of wearing them at work I was satisfied that they would be ok with my only concern being durability. If they retained good support and didn't break down too quickly I was set to be happy.
I am a baker and I take my work shoes off when I get to my car because of flower builds up in the non-slip sipes and falls out inside my car. I place them in a plastic bin behind my seat. I am aware that the temperature in the summer time can reach 140F inside a car in Florida. But, two days ago I took my shoes off at the end of the day and placed them in the bin. Yesterday it rained all day and the temperature never went above 80F and there was no sunshine to increase the temp inside the car.
This morning when I arrived at work I found that the shoes had shrunk to the point that I could barely get them on. The right shoe was looser and while it was still slightly tighter than it had been the previous two days it was acceptable. The left shoe was so tight that I now have blisters on the top of my foot and on the two smallest toes.
I am extremely displeased. In a previous career I worked for a world leading manufacture that utilized injection molding for most of it's product line. Because of this experience I am pretty sure that I know why my shoes shrank. The answer lies in the manufacturing process. Either the dwell time was too short after injection or the shoe was not allowed the proper time to cool before being ejected from the mold.
Regardless of why, I now own a pair of shoes that I spent $45 dollars for and was only able to wear for two days before unacceptably poor process control rendered them useless.
Would I recommend Crocs to a friend? Not on your life!! I feel I deserve a refund.

They are dirt magnets. They leave nasty footprints all over the wife's clean floor! These may be fine on a polished floor but as soon as you step outside the non-slip tread fills with dirt that is difficult to wash out. I have to use a sink sprayer to wash them out repeatedly, beating them against the sink to slam out the dirt and it still won't all come out. My wife hates me for buying these shoes!
