I loved them until the little circle that holds the strap came a little loose. I could hardly feel it, but over the course of the day it slowly cut into my foot. It actually took some time to heal. I was angry and threw them out, but should have contacted Crocs.

I have not been able to return the product because it comes with a very large size

Ordered same size of previous crocs and it's a lot bigger, not comfortable, feels like I am walking barefooted. Minimal comfort, I regret purchasing this product. I am on my feet all day for more than 9 hours and by the time I get home my feet are throbbing.

These things are huge! Ordered a size 10 for my son. He wears a 10.5 shoe. They were WAY to big! I wear a 13 shoe and they were to wide for me and my toes just touched the front.

I have been weaing crocs bistro clogs for years. This time I received "ROOMY FIT". These new roomy fit crocs were at least 1/2 inch wider than the original design. My feet flopped around in them, which would not be safe on wet kitchen floors, to say the least. I sent them back. Customer Service said that the Roomy Fit are the only version now. I am extremely disapponted in the new design, and I was frustrated that the website did not indicate this change in fit. Customer Service could not give me any contact information at CROCS, only said that they were an outsourced company and that this fit is now the only available design.

Not wide, even though when I searched for wide, these came up.

Run really small

I bought the bistro clogs and not even two weeks into wearing them they broke on me. I threw them out I was upset about it and don't bother reporting it. I won't buy crocs again since how easily they broke on me and I threw them out

I was really excited for them and then they broke and I was upset about it but didn't bother reporting it. I really wanted to buy more crocs but Now I won't because the first pair I bought broke on me

Not as comfortable as crocs I have had in the past. Further, crocs botched the order 3 times and did not show a willingness retain me a customer (first question was "Do you want to cancel the order?").

First off, I will say that this was the most comfortable work shoe I've worn so far. I'm a server (on my feet for 6-12 hours at a time) and my feet never throbbed after a shift like they have with other shoes. I was disappointed because, I guess since there are no holes, there is no ventilation to allow your feet to breathe. I do not have particularly sweaty feet but after a couple hours of having the Bistros on, my socks would be wet. I even powdered my feet before a shift and they would still sweat. I actually ended up getting athletes foot and have since then thrown my Bistros in the trash. I'm a type 1 diabetic so I take what shoes I wear very seriously. I love my classic Croc clogs but will be sure to never buy any Croc without ventilation ever again.

I never received the product and have yet to receive refund.

I love crocs. However, the bistro crocs fit a lot more snug than the traditional crocs. I was super excited to receive these. But I wish I would have sized up. After working 15 hour days they are just too tight and bc they have been used I am unable to return. Very dissapointed.

They are too tight and I need the wide and I've hadn't before they do not fit like they used to I've had many pairs of them

Run small, they hurt my feet, if I order again in a size larger I'm worried that they will be to big.

I was so looking forward to my Crocs. Once they arrived I was totally disappointed. The Crocs seemed to be two sizes bigger than what I needed. I wish I had been told that the shoes run so much bigger than regular shoe sizes. Oh well, I know have a pair of brand new cool Crocs that I will sit in my closet until my feet grow to fit them. Something unlikely at my age!

I ordered the same size I have in my normal crocs and they're a lot smaller. The back lid rubs on the back of my foot making them super uncomfortable and giving me blisters. Order a size up.

Was very excited when purchasing shoes. But got really disappointed quickly when putting them on. I'm a size 10. One was tight & other was really loose. Since I WFH now, I wanted shoes to wear around house & wont slip. They were great on transitioning between rug & tile floor. Not great with comfort because of fit.

They squeak like crazy if they are wet at all. Sound like Squidward.

These shoes are the worst. I thought I would give them a try because I work healthcare and they were recommended by coworkers. These shoes are tight, support in all the wrong places and inflexible. My feet hurt after 2 hours. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try to break them in but they are not budging. The worst part is they were expensive and I cant return them. I will never buy from this company again!!

I was sent man. Crocs not women Crocs. In a size 12. I actually sent them back about three weeks ago. And still have not received my refund highly disappointed.

I received the wrong size and when I called customer service they could not replace it. I'm really disappointed. The person could not even tell me when they would be back in stock for that size.

Tried to match the product with my old Crocs that fit my feet and are roomy. The Bistro looked very close and says roomy but was nothing like my original ones and fit to tight. Wish they made them the same
