I rarely like shoes right out of the box and these shoes were no different. I tried them on and they felt good, good fit and looked good. then I ran into my neighbor, who is one of my harshest critics when it comes to clothes and she loved them. I drive a school bus and my kids loved them. They are very comfortable with my orthodics and have great stability. I love em. thanks Zappos.

This is the second pair I've bought. Comfortable right out of the box I'm supposed to wear shoes to work but I wear these and no one notices because there are no colorful adornments. I throw away the insert and use my prescription arch support.

I wear substantial orthotics, and New Balance Shoes have always been the best choice to fit them. These shoes are very comfortable, the insole is removable to fit my orthotics, and they feel great to walk in.

This is the second pair of New Balance MX623 I have ordered through Zappos.com The first pair lasted a couple years and well worth the money. This second pair I suspect will last just as long. They are very comfortable no break in time. I have a very wide foot and hard to find the width I need but at Zappos I can find them.

Impressive! ... After not being able to order the New Balance 623 for some time now, (have had to substitute other NB models), I finally have the latest version of the 623 and from the first times I exercised with them, they feel great! The only thing that NB should improve on with this product is a much better, more cushioned insole.

Use them for Orange Theory classes (like cross training). Very comfortable, strongly built. I use Spenco Polysorb cross training insoles and definitely recommend those. Heavier than my Innov8 F-Lite 250 shoes but the New Balance MX623v3 shoes come in a 4E size with a lot more toe box room.

New Balance is my favorite choice of shoes because they are comfortable and true to size. I ordered these and had the shoes delivered by UPS the next day. If you have wide feet and are tired of exchanging shoes, I highly recommend you stick with New Balance.

Excellent for walking, which I do in a serious way every day. They fit comfortably and hold up well.

at first, I am not sure whether this one fit to me. but, it was fit as measure my foot! so lucky! wide option make me so comfortable!!!. and cushion is also awesome!
