I haven't been able to buy shoes my true size in 25 years. I am a 11 1/2 D and I first ordered 12 EE because that's what I've had to buy in the past. They were too long and too wide. So, I returned them and ordered 11 1/2 D and they fit like a dream. Best fitting and most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The reason I only gave them 4 stars for style is because of the bottom of shoes. Has a weird indentation. Other than that, these are best shoes I've ever owned!

Perfect fit, for this 623 V3, as I have come to expect from NB. The pleasant surprise is that the ventilation on this version was far superior to previous versions. Time will tell how long they will last.

Felt true to size! Very comfortable shoe!

These are my teenage son's favorite shoes. He likes them for the comfort, and I like them for the looks and price. He does say that the Ww is a bit too wide, but the w is a bit too narrow.

New Balance never disappoints. Very comfortable.... I walk all day long and these shoes do the job.

My husband loves these sneakers. He claims they're the only ones that don't kill his back.

These are a staple for my husband - he only wears New Balance.

My son has the widest, thickest (top to bottom) feet! These, in width 4E, fit wonderfully. They are comfortable for him with wonderful support. We will definitely purchase these again!

Excellent comfort

Our 10 year old son has wide feet and the New Balance sneakers are the only brand he will wear. The sneakers are durable and usually lasts until he needs a new size.

I have been buying these for quite a few years. A pair every six months and I will continue. They feel good on my feet and there is a noticeable difference between these and cheap walking shoes. They don't seem to wear out. I replace them because a long time ago I was told that if you walk a lot, you should replace them because the padding wears out. Don't know if it is true, but I do it anyway. I really like these shoes. They come in narrow also.

I've worn older versions of this show for years! I will say this latest incarnation isn't as comfy as older ones. The inserts they come with have a little less cushion. The shoe sizing seems to run a slightly larger than advertised, but it shouldn't be enough to warrant down-sizing what you order. It just seems slightly longer of a shoe than I was expecting. All that said, they are still really comfortable overall, and I would recommend buying them unless you absolutely need serious arch support.

I have been waring New Balance sneaks for many years. Great everyday walking shoes. Order a half size larger than your normal size though.!

Thank you to Zappos for the quick delivery. I received these shoes in 3 days, not the 4 - 5 days promised for regular shipping. I wanted to replace my old New Balance 623 shoes with the same shoe. The local sporting goods store had these shoes, but only in all white or all black. Zappos had a large selection of colors to choose from. I chose the charcoal. Very nice shoes; fit well and the color is much nicer than all white or all black. The shoe came with a warning slip that since this is a suede shoe there might be some color migration from dark sections of the shoe to light color sections of the shoe if the shoe gets wet. Color migration could also occur onto light colored socks. I had not seen a warning on line when I ordered these.

I had an old pair of NB cross-trainers that I wore out. I wasn't sure what to replace them with and it was very reluctant to by online because I couldn't try them on first. I finally settled on this shoe because of style and recommendations online and conversations with the NB representatives. I picked Zappose because they have free shipping AND returns. This is a great fit, and has the support I needed. I am not a bit disappointed. A minor difference is that the toe is not quite as rounded as the shoes I am replacing. This is visual only. The new shoe also has a loop at the heel that helps when slipping it on so the heel doesn't roll over. I am extremely happy with this shoe and have no regrets. And the Zappos service was fast and easy to complete.

They're comfortable and stable, they don't leave my feet hurting at the end of the day. I get them in wide because I have very wide feet but the length is true to size. Absolute must have for anyone being on their feet a lot during the day. I love it so much I bought 4 pairs- just in case.

Ordered a half size up like other reviewers recommended and they fit my husband perfectly. He only likes all white gym shoes and this is one of the only pairs of all white shoes that I could find and am happy he liked them.
