Love the shoes they are comfortable and fit well. Low rating for "NON" customer service only. When ordering on line advertised discounts to be applied at checkout can be false. I found this out when I recently ordered online. The advertised 25% discount never appeared. When I tried to contact customer service I could not reach a person. I needed to text and kept getting the run around.

I put the shoes on for the first time. When I tightened up the laces the eyelet pulled out of the side of the shoe. This is the 3rd pair of shoes I have order from New Balance. Two pair have been defective and the other on did not fit the top of my foot

I have 6 different styles of New Balance shoes. All are 10 eeee. Because of the reviews for this boot, I ordered 10 6e and these boots are shorter than any of my other shoes and were too tight. What has happened to New Balance quality control. I now understand why they offer free returns. We must order two or three pairs in different sizes just to get at least one pair that fits. Historically I could depend on 10 4e to fit well. Not any more. The court shoes I ordered earlier this year only fit if I removed the cushioned insole. I am disappointed in the companies inability to provide consistent sizing no matter where the shoes are manufactured.

I own a female version of the boots that are so comfy! Please please bring back the female version of this boots.

I have been wearing New Balance for a decade and more. I use orthotics and New Balance shoes are a consistent good fit! These latest, boots, are just as expected. Quality is very good!

Bought for my husband and he loves it. Very well made, very comfortable and true to size.

This is my second pair already. I had a lot of foot pain before from wearing shoos that are too tight. Ever since I started wearing these my foot pain went away.

They hiking boots are awesome. Bought for my husband who has small feet. The 7.5 narrow was a great size. Can't find sizes this small at very many places.

Nice-looking boot. Excellent fit and thick sole. Comes in 4E width as well. Waterproofing is a plus as I will be using this as my winter boot as well. Fast shipping. The subtle look to the boot is a plus too.

I use one pair for work and one pair just for walking. Both pair fit great and I am pleased with the comfort and great fit with both. Will order New Balance again when I need shoes.

I have been waiting for this boot to actually be reavailable for 2 years . I love it and have taken 2 pair to smooth soles and was desperately look for an alternative, which was going to be difficult given I need a narrow width. Thank goodness this boot is back.

My shoe size is 12-1/2 A, I order a 13 narrow, because no one else makes a decent Trail/Hiking shoe. I'm disappointed that they are so seldom in stock.
