I have a few medical issues and these shoes are perfect for my feet. I have been wearing this pair several days a week since 2017. Now I am ordering a replacement pair. Thes shoes are very comfortable and conform to my feet perfectly. I sprayed upon receipt with a water repellant. Every few months I clean the white band and it keeps them looking good.

Purchased the black version of this sneaker as I already have a gray pair and I really like them. I wanted the black as they have the leather upper in the toe area so they will be more water resistant than the gray ones as they have a cloth upper. So they should be better on rainy days. As such even though these don't breath quite as well as the gray they still breath well enough with all of the vent holes they have. Now the gray ones are one of the most comfortable sneakers I've ever had. They have a fairly wide toe box area. These black ones are a little tighter. The toe box isn't as big but there's still room for me to move my toes around. Hopefully once broken in there will be a little more room in them. I didn't give them five stars for comfort simply because I have a small problem with my left foot where I have to put a little additional support in them in one spot to relieve some pain. This is easy as the insoles come out of these. I had bought a pair of Sketchers and after only about a month gave up on them as the insoles didn't come out and the sole was too soft/flexible. So I found these and have been more than satisfied. Unfortunately you don't see this model on the New Balance website so they may be discontinuing them, which is a shame if they do.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. I put them on and have been wearing them for several days now. For me the sizing and width were perfect. (Size 9 4E)

Bought for my husband to replace the exact same pair he'd already walked his way through. Will probably buy again when he walks through this pair. Great shoe.

These are awesome shoes for golfing. I bought a pair of NB golf shoes but they were too narrow. The width is perfect (4E) and they are very comfortable. Can't speak to the arch support since I use orthotics. The white shoelaces are a little odd since gray would make more sense but easily fixed. Highly recommended.

I recommend sizing up a half size over your dress shoe size, these New Balance shoes are so lightweight and comfortable. I always find myself coming back to New Balance!

They feel really comfortable.

The grey 411v2 with the fabric uppers fit fine, however the right shoe of the black 411v2's was extremely tight, even though the sole was the same size as the sole of the grey shoes.

Best style shoe (for me) I have ever owned. Comfortable and fits my strange feet perfectly. This is my "go to" shoe whenever I travel. Currently I own 2 pair and am ordering a 3rd.

These are great sneakers. That are very comfortable.

They feel great on my foot, maybe a little wide for me, but not enough to return them. They're your classic white sneakers, if you're over 50 you'll think they're cool, if you're under 50 you might not. Personally I think they're cool... I tend to walk between 7-10 miles a day and these do the job.

I wore the shoes all day and they felt like I wasn't even wearing any all day long. I think this was a good choice. You can't get a 4E in a Hoka, or a lot of other brands. I got really fast service and they were all in good shape I will be buying more as I need them from Zappos.

Because of my 4E feet and other issues, I've bought this shoe no fewer than a dozen times and they are perfect for my feet. The nylon material over the toe box is very forgiving if you have issues with there. My only issue (and it's not the fault of the shoe) is that I'm tired of them after wearing almost nothing but for the past 7 years. NB is coming out with some great styles but they seem to be going away from the wide widths. For the price, these are unbeatable.

I ordered these to replace a previous pair of the same shoe. I am in car sales, walking a lot daily including on asphalt and concrete most of the time. I wear out the soles in about 6 months on most shoes. These provide good comfort and hold up better than expected. I do replace the factory inserts with Sof Sole inserts. I prefer this over buying $120 plus shoes which many times wear out quicker/faster than these have. A good investment for me. 6'2", 170 pounds, 12 M shoe

Bought them for my husband, who immediately put aside the shoes he was wearing, and he's worn these every day since. He says they're very comfortable.
