Wanted to love it but the edge of the material is so stiff and tilts inward, rubbing painfully on my foot.

I had the same problem as another reviewer--I am normally a 9.5 with this brand but these 9.5s felt too short and too narrow. I am going to try the 10 but, based on her experience, I'm not sure it will work. Weirdly, when I tried to exchange these I wasn't able as the only option I was given was to return.

These seemed to run very small. Both narrow and a bit short. I thought they would be comfortable but not in my usual size 10M. There didn’t seem to be very much stretch.

I have buyer’s remorse! Rarely do shoes not fit me, rarely do I write reviews and rarely do I spend so much on shoes! I was seeking comfortable flats and after wearing these once I will not wear again. The arch support was ok but my toes were squished and in severe pain after wearing them one day. I wish I had realized before wearing them to work.

I so wanted to love these shoes. Although the stretch was perfect for my bunions - they didn’t provide enough arch support. After 3 days of flying my feet hurt so bad I wanted to cry. Sure wish I could return for a different style that I could wear.

I ordered a pair in my normal size 9 1/2 (occasionally I got as far as a size 10 with boots) those were too small. I ordered up and the 10 -10 1/2 were also way too tight. Too bad because they are really cute shoes.

Way too big!

I have worn a size 4-4.5 for sixty years. I was pleased to find these sizes at Zappos, but these shoes were far too big. Couldn't keep them on my feet!

I usually wear an 8-1/2 wide shoe. From reading the reviews I thought that because the shoes are meant to stretch, that width wouldn't be a problem. Wrong. I could barely squeeze my foot into the shoe. I was very disappointed because I thought they were so cute I wish that Zappo's would offer more wide sizes. I ordered two pairs of similar shoes from Lands End, and they are a perfect fit and very comfortable.
