These are really nice shoes, and it they'd only have fit, I would've kept them. Unfortunately, the back of the shoe bounced off my heel when I took a step-I can't walk like that, and stuffing the front of the shoe never works. I was cursed with bad feet, it's hard to find shoes that fit. I love Ecco, I have a pair of booties, but these weren't for me, and I'm sorry Zappos for having to send them back.

The shoe is comfortable, but runs big, both in the heel and the rest of the shoe. My foot just kind of floated in it. The length wasn't bad, it is just a really big shoe.

I tried on many comparable brands in this style of shoe, and although none were perfect, this came the closest to fit and style. I usually wear a 10, so I order the 9.5 which are a little snug, especially in the toes. Initially, these pinched my toes so badly that they bled. I ended up lining the inside of the toe box with moleskin for added cushion and comfort. They are still not as comfortable as I would like, but can wear them for all the occasions that I need to. They are a very nice looking shoe.

love this brand, but these are way too big. Usually I'm a perfect fit, but these are off the mark. Too bad because they are great shoes, perfect for what I'm looking for.

As some of the other reviews noted, the shoe slipped off the heel on the right foot, very annoying and unworkable.

I wear a 9.5 usually. I see this shoe is "9-9.5". It is too small. I need 1/2 size larger.

Beautiful shoes that I wished had worked for me. They were extremely narrow fitting despite being a regular/medium width. I returned them.

I wear a 9.5 medium almost universally. I ordered the 9-9.5 medium in this. It’s very narrow in the toe box and across the top of the foot. A little short also. The cushioning is really springy and supportive and the heel is just right for a professional shoe with dress pants. I wish these worked. Just too narrow. I have to return them. I would need a 10 wide in this shoe, but it’s not available.

Love the look of these but I have wide feet with bunions and they didn’t fit. So disappointed.

OK but too big.

Nice-looking shoes, but somehow they were both too loose for my average forefoot/narrow heel AND rubbed the skin on top of my fourth toe.

Loved fabric, but wasn't stretchy enough to be comfortable. Perfect heel height.

One shoes was dramatically bigger than the other.

The size I normally wear, 6, was too big. The 5 - 5.5 fits well. I’d like the wedges tad higher but they are comfortable and look nice.

I loved the look of the shoe- it would have been easy to wear with pants or a dress- but it was so tight around my instep.

The shoes would be comfortable if they weren't too big.

I got these in my usual Ecco size but they were too big. They seem like the would be comfortable enough a size down but the style didn't thrill me - I was looking for something that would look nice with a skirt but once I tried them on it turned out these were not what I was looking for.

I have bunions and a narrow heel, so I need width at the front. I was hoping that the fabric would stretch enough to be comfortable, and yet the heel wouldn't slip off. Unfortunately, my toes were crunched even though the shoes felt wide enough.

The uppers were well constructed and seemed comfortable, though the sole looked cheap in comparison. The style was a bit mumsy, likely because the vamp was quite high, almost loafer-like. Too tight across the top of the foot for me to keep - returning this pair.

Ecco shoes usually work for me, but this was too wide. Returned it.

Much smaller than I thought the shoes would be ~ order 1/2 size larger...

Unfortunately, these were too big. I also ordered one size down (the smallest size they have), and they were still too big. Actually, they were too long. If you're fortunate enough to find the correct size, I think there be extremelycomfortable and quite pretty, especially for those of us with narrow, problem feet.

Wanted to love it but the edge of the material is so stiff and tilts inward, rubbing painfully on my foot.
