I'm only giving the product a 3 because I'm a MEATHEAD and took for granted that a 10.5 world be a true 10.5. Unfortunately... that's not the case. A 10.5 is a 9-9.5. What is with this sizing? Oh well. I sent them back and will now have to re-order and re-purchase the same shoe in a smaller size because they don't have an exchange policy. **sigh** Moving forward, when I put the shoe on it was light and was very comfortable. I cannot wait to get the right size shoe back.

I purchased this in Feb and find the shoes are very comfortable and provide good stable support. The new design incorporates a mechanism on the back to tighten (push in and click turn) and loosen (pull out to disengage). This design takes some getting used to but works ok once you get used to it. Until it fails. The switch mechanism on one of my shoes has failed. The switch moves in and out but it fails to disengage. The result is I cannot loosen the shoe. I can no longer slip my foot into the shoe. Tried several times to engage the switch but this is a hard failure. Next step was calling the Footjoy warranty support line. Unfortunately, the Footjoy policy requires me to now ship the shoes back to Massachusetts for an evaluation to determine repair or replacement. Comes with a warning of 3 to 4 week delays currently in their system. Definitely not a customer centric policy. Footjoy tells me they are worried about fraud. I guess this is my reward for buying new tech shoes from footjoy, at a price far higher than any other golf shoe I've ever purchased.

Foot moves around to much in the shoe. Shoes are too soft for me. I can feel the spikes through the sole when I'm on hard ground.

First time BOA user and while my current size was a little larger than anticipated these didn't feel secured to my feet, at all. Even synched down nearly all the way it bulged the plastic band on the side and looked terrible. Rub in in the heal and tongue are bothersome and eventually lead to blisters on both feet. Shoe looks amazing but the performance is lackluster.

The heel portion is slightly higher than my ankle socks and rubs on my ankle which is annoying.

Love these shoes but the sizing is way off. Even from other FootJoy shoes these are at least 1 size too big. Had to send them back and change them for smaller size

I believe this Is a good show, although I don't believe I bought the right size. I usually wear a size 10 and I should have went with a 1/2 a size, maybe a full size smaller. It is a very comfortable shoe, and although the traction is good,, I feel there is too much movement when I am swinging a club. This could have something to do with the incorrect size, but I feel even with a smaller size my feet will not be stable. I have gone back and forth recently between these shoes and another older, but less flexible pair, and I am shooting about 7 strokes worse in the Hyperflex. Mainly because I am off balance and have many errant shots.

Extremely comfortable all around EXCEPT for the very high backed heel. The very stiff and unnaturally high back of the shoe makes high over the ankle socks a must. And I can't stand over the ankle socks in the summer. I've played 6 rounds in them and it has yet to soften up. Gotta say I'm a little disappointed considering the cash these things cost. Wish I could have gotten them in white but unavailable in my size.

Billed as being comfortable, however the "sock" is actually very high and harsh and causing blisters above where a shoe would normally sit. Seems to fit large compared to other styles.

Ugh ... love the look, but I like to wear low ankle socks and I don't believe I will be able to do that with these shoes.. the back part of the shoe rubs on you achilles tendon just above the sock..might try a higher sock but not sure how it will look..

Shoe is very comfortable and flexible, however the "pull tab" on the back heel runs up kinda high and scratches the back of your heel. You can wear longer socks to protect your heel, but with short socks, that part is very uncomfortable. If it wasn't for that part, it would easily be a 5 star shoe. Also, the size does run big, at least 1/2 size. #sweepstakes

I returned the shoes I like a firmer fit and the cloth and cable system did not meet my expectations T

The Hyperflex looks great and the first time you try them on you will say, "man are these shoes comfortable." But upon further wear you will realize, these are not shoes for serious golfers. The cleat and waterproof aspect are the highlights. The absolute loss of vertical stability makes these shoes a non-starter for anyone who plays on a course that has any vertical challenges. You want comfort, buy these shoes. You want to not slip around while playing in these shoes, keep looking.

Wearing/trying them in the house is NOT the same as playing a round with them! They are quite comfortable, and feel ok when trying on - but once on the course they do not support foot as needed. they fir wider and longer than other shoes, and even though i took a .5 size smaller, still too loose when playing. There is no way to tighten the laces towards the toes, which is the widest part, so foot actually moves from side to side when swinging / rotating. The lacing system is bizarre, and tough to get a snug fit without cutting into top of foot. Will need to find a pair of really thick socks to try and stop foot from moving in the shoe causing a sense of off-balance.

Size 10 medium are a little too tight

I'm disappointed in this purchase, unfortunately. The shoes are comfortable and the BOA bindings are okay, but I think Footjoy still needs more work to catch up with other competitive BOA shoes from their competitors. The shoe was comfortable but could use some breathing holes so feet don't feel so warm. The back of the shoe is also too high that there is rubbing against my skin. I will have to wear some half socks to prevent rubbing on my Achilles tendon area. I was hoping these would be better than previous FJ BOA's where there is always a problem with the tongue of the shoe sliding to one side. Oh well, lesson learned.

Shoes are very Comfortable but need to be worn with high socks. The back of the shoe at the top rubs on the Achilles tendon causing blisters or exposed skin.

Very comfortable shoe. Does not have much lateral stability. Walking on sloped turf feels awkward. One of the things I fight with is allowing my body to slide on backswing vs turn. The lack of lateral stability definitely promoted that slide for me. Didn't have a good solid base to load against.

Super comfortable shoes, I really like the sneaker look, especially with shorts. Good grip with the cleats on the sole of this shoe. The uppers are very flexible as the name states, but a little too much for my taste. I prefer a firmer upper part of the shoe.

13Narrow was still not narrow, more like a medium, so returned them

The shoes were comfortable for the little time I wore them, but due to it feeling a size too big had to return them before I could test them on the course. Due to its size, the back heel tab constantly stuck into the back of my feet. My tests were only indoors with socks

Annoyed I didn't listen to the dozens of reviews. These are HUGE. At least a size too big. Very odd a shoe company and one I've been using for 3 decades can't get the sizing right. I'm a 8.5 UK in all my FJs but have just reordered a 7.5. There was easily a 2 inch gap between my big toe and top of shoe and feel unstable, feet rolling around when I hit a few balls indoors. Amazing light shoe and super comfy otherwise. The design and quality is first class otherwise.

I'm a 9 in every shoe I ordered and 8an a half and they are bigger then all theb9s I have.

Returned after trying on. Way too big and not sized right.

These shoes are a size big and really unstable. Not a good fit and returned.
