I had to return because they were too big. Customer service was difficult to work with and I had to travel over 90 miles to make the return via FedEx.

The shoe fits feels great when you put them on but I can't get the shoe to tighten well enough to prevent my foot from sliding around in the toe box. My toes rubbed terribly after walking 18 holes. I ended up putting them aside in my locker and using my Pro/SL's that I customized the year before. I ordered them with a medium width similar to other FJ's I've ordered in the past with the same BOA system. They just don't quite fit the same. If you order, maybe go with a narrower fit than you normally would.

I ordered a size 13 and these were way too big.

I wear a size 14 and it's difficult to find that size in stores. I saw this shoe, I was excited about the style and the performance it offered. Having just moved to Colorado, I played last week and immediately realized I needed a new pair of shoes. I read the reviews, yeah there were some "the sizing is weird" or "they run large", but honestly I just figured it was golfers who didn't know their shoe size. Boy was I wrong, when these arrived they were BOATS. I'm talking the comical shoes they have at a discount chain like Ross or Marshal's in size 20. I took the shoes out and I actually snorted, like no way will these work. I tried them on, and I have to say they are at least two sizes large. I think I might wear a 12 in these if this is how they're made. It's extremely disappointing as Foot Joy is known for two things: shoes and gloves. How can a shoe be so off in size? Please please, if you are buying these shoes: 1. Go to a store, ordering online is not an option. 2. If you must order online, I think you need to order three or four pairs to get the exact sizing right. Get your size because you think I'm crazy, I get it. Get the next three pairs 1.5-2 sizes lower. The most comfortable shoe I've ever had. Unfortunately, I wore them in the rain, and found they aren't waterproof. Also this color gets pretty dirty and is difficult to clean. But very comfortable.

I felt very uncomfortable with these shoes, felt like I'm sliding on every shot. Would not recommend for swing speed over 115. Could easily twist an ankle with no support what so ever. Felt good however no stability.

Unless you want to wash them frequently, do not buy. Not once did I play in the rain or very wet conditions and these shoes changed colors from dust and pollen. They are comfortable shoes but the material clearly isn't stand up well against dust and pollen.

Wore the shoes and after 4 rounds the sole under my right toe started to come undone. Never had this problem with any other of my footjoy shoes.

Hard to rate as I am returning them. They are sized different then the normal flex shoes without the spikes. I didn't like the bootie type feel either.

Product is great no doubt but they run bigger than normal. About a half size bigger. I tried to send a pair to my son for a birthday present. But they were too big on his feet and when he asked to exchange them he was told they don't do exchanges. So he had to return them and credit my credit card. Then I had to order another pair again on my credit card. Why not do an exchange and make it simpler for the customer?

Really wanted to love them, but the left shoe keeps cutting into my heel...Not sure if it's a defect or not, but the right show is fine. The heel support rides higher than other shoes and for some reason this causes me pain in my left heel above my ankle...it's to the point I tried to play my 3rd round with them with double bandaid to add padding and protection and it still did not help.... Now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that I just cannot use...and at this point doubt I can return....

Do not buy this shoe on line before looking at their size chart! My husband wears a 10 1/2. And really needed a 9. We found this out after placing an order for size 10.5 too big . Then ordered a size 10. Again way too big. I have returned both and still am waiting on refunds.

Size is issue. they run big, so you wear, and then you cant return

The size is bigger. When it is big the BOA doesn't tie the foot. It has a wrinkly top.

I had to return this pair they were too wide. The previous pair of cable shoes I got from foot joy were excellent but constructed differently

Ordered the 12 Wide, my normal size, and they were over an inch too big.

Nice shoe with a couple problems. They don't seem to ever feel snug enough, for me,, and had to multiple times throughout the 2 rounds I played in them was re tightening them. The trim from the liner where it comes in contact with the Achilles tendon needs to be softened or wear ankle length or higher socks to prevent it chafing the area.

Always buy footjoy but these are the first ones to give me blisters and maybe it's because new style so hopefully will get more comfortable

These shoes run huge IMO. I'm a 9.5 in the ProSL and I question if I would even be an 8.5/9 in these HyperFlex. I also didn't love the weight of the shoe and seem a bit clownish. I'm going to stick with the ProSL and try BOA closures there.

This Hyperflex BOA is a high quality golf shoe. I only returned this model because I prefer lace shoes and not the BOA model. I purchased the lace-up model and it is very comfortable and supportive.

Wore these maybe a half dozen times, overall comfortable, lightweight but they tend to be hard to tighten and become irritating on the top part of my foot under the top laces after awhile. Even tried different styles and thickness of socks. I cart it, so would think walking a course would definitely be uncomfortable. Definitely waterproof!

Very nice and light shoes, more comfortable than the Classics I was using and the Tour S. Would recomend to anyone that doesn't rely on digging in to swing.

Sizing is too big compared to other shoes. Wish I actually got 1 size smaller in that shoe. Love the shoe but they're too big.

My wife got me these shoes for Father's Day and I wanted to like everything about them, unfortunately the seam in the back where the sock lining comes together really digs into my achilles area. I wear short or no show socks and the lining of the shoe hits above the sock so there is nothing between my skin and the seam and after one session at the range, it was clear I would not be able to wear these for an entire round. Everything else about these shoes is great, the look, the fit, the support of the BOA system, etc. If you wear ankle high socks or taller, I would definitely recommend. If you wear low socks, I'd look for something with a more traditional heal.

Played 7 rounds in these. Comfortable with good traction, but sole is coming apart already. Disappointed in the lack of durability
